Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I had a wonderful two-night stay here. The place was clean, peaceful, safe, and had a beautiful view from the window. I truly enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere. But the best part of my stay was the warmth and kindness of the owner and the caretaker, Charmaine. Charmaine went above and beyond to help me get some belongings back from another city. The taxi drivers were asking for almost R1,000 for the trip, but she helped me find someone who did it for only R450. I really appreciated her effort and kindness. Thank you so much, Charmaine, for being so helpful and caring. You made my stay even more special. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!
I gave one star less because my room doesn't have an attached bathroom.. it was a private bathroom in front of the room.

Too much noise from the road behind. We had to close the windows eventually and put the fan on but the fan was noisy when it rotated. The couple right next door to us were inconsiderate when they got back. Talking loud and banging doors and then proceeded to play music on their cellphone. We knocked on the door and then they turned it down. Nice house, Charmaine is pleasant but the rooms are too close for privacy. Thank you.
