L'appartement est propre et bien agencé, la literie est de bonne qualité cet appart joint la modernité à l'authenticité, mon séjour à été parfait en plus dotée de 3 piscines qui ajoutent plus de charme à l'ensemble, j'y retournerai sans discussion 🥰

Het was precies zoals op de foto’s. We werden goed ontvangen door Aziz, een zeer vriendelijke man die al meteen wat plekjes doorstuurde wat er allemaal in de buurt te doen was. App was zeer ruim en goed voor 3 personen.

De wegen die naar het app leiden zijn kapot.

Voisins bruyant par moment la nuit

Très belle expérience à Marrakech ! L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et sent vraiment bon dès l’arrivée. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. L’accueil avec Aziz a été excellent, très sympathique et disponible. Il y a également un gardien à l’entrée de la résidence, ce qui est appréciable. L’appartement est très bien équipé : bonne connexion Wi-Fi, machine à laver fonctionnelle, petite terrasse agréable avec des espaces à l’ombre et au soleil, ainsi qu’une petite piscine privée qui est un vrai plus. La résidence dispose également d’une piscine commune, très agréable et bien ensoleillée. L’adresse est facile à trouver et l’emplacement est pratique pour découvrir Marrakech, particulièrement lorsqu’on dispose d’un véhicule. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Oreiller un peu petit mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Établissement très agréable, propre et chaleureux. Je le recommande. Très bonne accueil, au petit soin et très serviable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. On y retournera.

Magnifique appartement ! Très beau, entièrement équipé, très propre et spacieux. Les lits sont super confortables. Une agréable terrasse et une belle piscine en bas. Nous avons été accueillis par Aziz, qui a été très gentil, respectueux et serviable. Nous avons demandé s'il était possible de faire un départ tardif, même avec un supplément, mais ils nous l'ont gentiment offert gratuitement. Un grand merci pour cette attention ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Une arnaque dans le descriptif, vous voyez les photos d’une piscine privée sur une terrasse Lorsque vous choisissez l’appartement, il y a bien notifié, piscine privée, et lorsque vous arrivez vous retrouvez dans un appartement très peu lumineux . Une clim climatisation qui fonctionne mal… lorsque j’ai expliqué mon mécontentement au gestionnaire, il m’a dit qu’à ce prix-là, il ne pouvait pas y avoir de piscine qu’ils avaient quatre appartements en tout comme si j’étais médium pour le savoir et que je devais m’adresser à Booking pour qu’il change le mot piscine privée, je suis désolé la piscine de l’immeuble est une piscine partagé. Très déçue

Everything - Avoid this property at all costs—what should have been a relaxing holiday became a stressful ordeal due to a hot apartment, unreliable Wi-Fi, dusty floors, elevator and door lock issues, and, worst of all, a host who responded to polite complaints with intimidating accusations, legal threats, and endless references to "case files" instead of simply addressing the problems.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bilder abgebildet und war ein Traum! Es gab auch einen Pool in dem Gebäude. Es war kein Touristen Hotel sondern es gab viele Eigentümer.

Apartamento super limpo, lindíssimo, prédio novo, o funcionário era super simpático e prestável, confortável e com boa piscina, certamente voltaremos!

Really enjoyed staying in the property. Property was as described and as the images used. No issues with any of the facilities in the apartment. Host was amazing, very helpful and insightful. Any late night messages, he was very quick to respond. Want to say massive thanks.

Location. Thats the only downfall, so it requires a bit of walking or taking taxis if you want to go to old town or the Hub of Gueliz. The walk wouldn't have been an issue for me, but as I was with two young kids (toddler and a baby) it was somewhat difficult. Taxis were being fussy with number of passengers and the use of a pram. Not the Hotels fault, but the location does play a part.

Het was echt een fijne plek om te verblijven! Als het kon zouden we er langer blijven . Ik zou het zeker aanraden! Het bed was goed , de badkamer en een erg groot terras! Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt

Very comfortable space. Fully equipped kitchen and was very clean. Added bonus that there were 2 TVs with Netflix to wind down. Washing machine too if you need to do laundry depending on your stay. Our host Aziz was such great help, even went as far to give us guides to the area! Overall, a great stay.

A bit of a walk from everything but still doable nonetheless.

Next time we visit Marrakech we will 100% be staying here again. The apartment was clean, stylish and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets. The kitchen was well equipped. The neighbourhood was safe and convenient as we wanted to stay outside of the hustle and bustle but still not too far to take a taxi into town. We loved the balcony with splash pool, there was plenty of seating and a large table to eat alfresco with great views of the sunset. The washing machine came in very handy for us, as did the dishwasher and coffee machine. Our host Aziz was fantastic, greeting us with a warm welcome, excellent communication throughout our stay, brought us extra toilet rolls and bin liners within a few minutes of requesting them. He helped us to the elevator with our cases when we checked out too, so many thanks to Aziz, who made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times Swimming pool had separate shallow and deep ends and was in a beautiful garden. Towels and loungers are provided. My daughter was delighted to find a colony of cats & kittens living in the street nearby. The air conditioning worked well and much attention to detail was given to the lighting.

The only improvement would be to provide an oven glove and tea-towel.

- Location. There is no nice vibe within 10min. Kind of a remote place with some other resorts and construction going on.

Aziz fue muy amable en todo momento y nos facilito todo, muy buen anfitrión,la decoración muy bonita nos gustó mucho, cama cómoda y netflix que al final no usemos pero es un buen punto.La piscina. Que tuviera lavadora.

La ubicación es necesario coger indriver para llegar al centro hay 4km pero no es problema. La cocina no la usamos pero le falta algo de menaje.

Огромный номер, два санузла и две душевые кабины. Отличная отдельная комната для стирки и сушки белья. Есть все необходимые столовые приборы и кухонные принадлежности.

При заезде было предоставлено 3 капсулы для кофемашины и больше в апартаментах не было ничего. Ни сахара, ни соли, ни масла, ни капсул/геля для стирки, ни мусорных мешков и т.д. (шампунь, гель для душа и туалетная бумага были).

Everything was just perfect, I have found that the property was better in real than in photos! So it was a really good surprise. Everything was cleaned and the beds were so comfortable. The host aziz was super responsive and very kind and attentive and even gave us several addresses to organize our stay in Marrakech.

Bardzo pomocny opiekun mieszkania. Lokalizacja, nieco dalej od centrum, ale za to w bardzo miłej i spokojnej dzielnicy, dodatkowo w pobliżu są bardzo dobre restauracje.

Appartement joliment décoré, spacieux, avec une jolie terrasse. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profité de la petite piscine qui était trop froide. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte qui s'est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien.

L'environnement de l'appartement qui n'est pas entretenu et un peu laissé à l'abandon. Un peu excentré.

Absolutely lovely apartment! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We stayed with two kids and they had a blast as well. Aziz is a great host and really sorts you out with everything.

Fantastic place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment has all necessary amenities, rooms were very clean and modern. Includes free parking. It's about 10mins drive from the bazaar but that's actually a positive thing because it's safer and not chaotic.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Sehr gediegene, hochwertige und gut durchdachte Einrichtung und Ausstattung (umfassende Kücheneinrichtung, Nespresso Maschine, Bügeleisen + -brett, 2 Flatscreens, Netflix-Zugang, Schreibtisch). Wohnliche und geschmackvolle Accessoires im gesamten Appartement.

Uns hat in der Wohnung alles gefallen. Ebenso ist der Poolbereich sehr gepflegt, die Wassertemperatur war aufgrund der Außentemperatur (Anfang Februar) ür uns zum Schwimmen zu kalt. Anlage als Ganzes sehr gepflegt. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Wohngegend mit einiger Entfernung zum Zentrum bzw. zu touristischen Zielen, häufiges Taxifahren ist nötig.

It’s a beautiful location, and centrally located 10 minutes walking to many stores and anything you need . Apartment is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. The building is very safe. The Staff was exceptional. Aziz took care of everything we needed assistance with, he was very responsive in communication. I highly recommend !

Si fa in 4 per ogni tua richiesta, gentilissimo, sempre e dico sempre disponibile. Aziz e’ il vero plus della casa! Io e i miei amici viaggiamo spesso e ovunque, ma una tale disponibilità e gentilezza non si trova. Grazie davvero ancora di cuore per averci trattato come persone di famiglia!

Nice spacious pretty apartment, especially for the price point. The residential area is quiet. Security front men are very nice, and our contact is hospitable and available at any time to assist. Bed are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. Comfortable furnishings and 2 toilets. Jacuzzi was nice and showers hot. Our contact gave great tips such as the Glovo app, which is a great app for deliveries from fast food, pharmacy, and grocery.

Area is not local to attractions, a cab trip away. The area was a bit rundown. The address of appointments would confuse drivers. ( top tip quote le semiramis hotel), and they will be able to find your accommodation as it 60 yards away. Cab fare range from 50 dh to 70dh max) A bit of walk to cafes and restaurants. Outside area a bit dusty. They need a microwave, and the heat was fixed at 30. It wasn't cold, but I preferred a little warmer in the winter. Also should provide 2 keys. Also in winter need a portable dryer for washing clothes.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Marrakech, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautifully maintained and welcoming the space was. The apartment is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: close enough to the heart of the city to explore the souks, restaurants, and major attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful area that offered a quiet retreat after a busy day in the medina. I especially appreciated how safe and calm the neighborhood felt. The host was exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. They provided great local recommendations, helped arrange transportation when needed, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. One of the highlights was the apartment’s terrace/balcony (if you had one)—a lovely spot to relax with a cup of mint tea and take in the atmosphere of Marrakech. The Wi-Fi was strong, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Marrakech. A true home away from home!

Il nostro soggiorno a Marrakesh é stato perfetto grazie sopratutto alla gentilezza di Aziz! Fin dall’arrivo ci ha conquistati con il suo caloroso benvenuto, ci ha aiutati con ogni tipo di richiesta ed é sempre stato presente per ogni tipo di raccomandazione dai ristoranti ai taxi ai Tours! Candelina sulla torta é stata che dopo il nostro check out, essendomi dimenticata un giubbetto nell’armadio ha portato l’indumento ad un mio amico che si trovava lì! L’appartamento é bellissimo,spazioso e pulito in un quartiere super tranquillo! Taxi sempre disponibili! Lo raccomando veramente a tutti sopratutto a chi ha bambini! Grazie Aziz spero di tornare presto!

Suggerirei di riscaldare la piscinetta sulla terrazza anche nei mesi meno caldi, é troppo bella per non essere usata!

Ik was wat terughoudend met de extreem lage prijs die we betaalden voor vier personen, maar uiteindelijk toch de stap gezet en WAUW!! Su-per mooi appartement, enorm hulpvaardige verhuurder die non-stop bereikbaar was, heel rustige omgeving. We deden een trip door Marokko en hadden spijt dat we op deze plek niet wat langer geboekt hadden. Absolute aanrader!!

It's a very nice and clean apartment in a quiet area. The host was very helpful and friendly. A nice place for a family. For a supermarket or restaurant you have to walk a little but there's also the option to use a delivery service

L’hôte, Aziz, top, très gentil mais aussi très pro, une clarté dans les échanges y compris 2-3 jours avant pour préparer l’arrivée ; tout était clair. Il nous a donné tout pleins d’infos utiles pour notre séjour. Il fait honneur au tourisme marocain.
