應該是天氣的關係，找不太到路，因為原本的路被雪覆蓋～加上行李箱在雪地很難拉～不過夏天應該是好走的～天氣因素比較大喔。一切都很好，房子也都很溫馨！然後外面還可以大玩特玩

Very cozy and quiet house in a beautiful place, very close to the centre but away from the city lights and the noise. We enjoyed the sauna and we had an amazing stay, the owner is really kind and helpful

Beautiful. Very nice and helpful owner with easy to follow instructions to care for cleanup. Heated floors. Very clean. Has cottage in the woods feel, but still close to action.

Small steep narrow stairs to upstairs bedroom makes it hard to take luggage upstairs. Plus, only one shower.

What I liked most was that the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was no need to bring any basic items, and cooking was easy and convenient.

There was a minor electrical issue and the oven didn’t work. However, the host was very kind, responsive, and handled the situation responsibly. Even though the issue couldn’t be fully fixed, their care and good management made it not bother us at all.

Absolutely stunning house great location the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even bringing a fire pit with all the necessary accessories and some goodies to cook some sausages outside

Great experience and lovely Christmas light setup. Lodge has lots of little extras that help make it extra fun for kids like sledges, balloons and spices. Just be aware that it's a ~700m walk to Santa's village. It's clearly marked and was easy to do with sledges for the kids on a lovely winter track which is kept clear, and was mostly pedestrian only.

Not the property's fault but those children's sledges were stolen at Santa's Village, watch out for them during peak periods, it is apparently a common problem.

Very warming! It is like being at home with so many details (our 3 little kids enjoyed a lot!) Very close to Christmas village (5mns with kids in snow)!!! Tero is very nice and told us about seeing auroras!

Close to Santa Claus village but tucked away in a private nook perfect for playing in the snow outside. Lovely and warm, heated floors were great! And of course the sauna was very relaxing.

Nothing really - a minor problem with the electrics but it didn’t really affect use.

Our stay was exceptional, with the accommodation distinguished by its cleanliness, comfort and comprehensive facilities, offering all necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing experience. Its location was also particularly advantageous, as it was situated a very short distance from Santa Claus Village.

难以形容我多么喜欢这套房子，房东给房子做的圣诞装扮特别好。房子里随处可以看到房东的贴心，比如沙发上的毯子、驯鹿角烛台、欢迎糖果、小孩座椅和涂鸦画本。桑拿房太舒服了，我们一天的奔波疲劳一扫而空。圣诞老人村步行十分钟左右就可以到达，晚上回来认准房子外面的彩灯箱。非常开心住到了这里，它让我们圣诞旅途更加美好愉快。

Die Lage war wunderschön abgelegen im Wald und trotzdem in Gehdistanz zur Santa Clause Village. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.

a very lovely and warm wooden house with a distance from santa claus village. it should be a nice place to watch northern light but we were not to lucky enough to have a bright night :(

it's fairly quiet and a bit far from village which is not easy to call uber however the closely supermarket only takes you 30 minutes walk. other than that it would be perfect to have laundry machine there.

Everything is perfect, there are no negative points, everyone should use this place.

Very nice accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to everything. The furnishings were very comfortable and stylish. It felt like Christmas at Easter. Everything we needed was available. A big thank you to Tero for being such a kind and welcoming host!

The most amazing place!!! We were so lucky to find Tero’s place when looking for somewhere to stay. 5-7 mins leisure walk to SCV. Beautiful inside and out. Tero was so kind to organise a birthday cake for our son’s birthday and gifted some chocolate for him as well. We put his birthday card with your wishes in his special box to keep forever 😊😊. The best birthday little one can get. I would return in a heartbeat if we come back to SCV. Will be recommending to everyone your beautiful house. Thank you again Tero Marzena and family x

We had an amazing stay! The house was filled with Christmas atmosphere, which made everything feel so festive and cozy. It’s super new and comfortable, providing the perfect spot to relax. The best part was how private it was – we even had a snowball fight in the yard! The location is great too, with Santa Claus Village within walking distance and Rovaniemi airport nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the holiday spirit in a cozy, private setting!

The house is absolutely perfect and exceptionally presented and has everything you need and more, its also very warm and cosy. Surrounded by trees and perfect views. Its in a fantastic location situated close to Santa Claus Village with such a short walk no need for taxis. Tero was extremely efficient at responding to our questions and enabled us to check in early. The house was ready for our arrival and is a credit to Tero its amazing and certainly as a magical and wow factor. We enjoyed every minute and we will definitely be returning and recommending to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the Art House of Lady Christmas in Rovaniemi. Tero was an excellent host. He was communicative and helpful before our arrival, welcomed us generously, and was available and kind during our stay. The house is warm, lovingly designed, and in a cozy yet central location near the airport and Santa Village. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We strongly recommend the Art House Lady Christmas. Thank you again Tero! Hope to visit Lapland again.

This home was the most gorgeous property! It was in a perfect location, easy to walk to Santa Claus Village, but in a spot where you felt you were in a remote wood. The home itself felt like a destination, and we would have just enjoyed a weekend going nowhere and only enjoying the gorgeous scenery around the house. We had young kids and they were happy playing in the yard for hours and hours. I think they enjoyed the house and yard more than SCV! The interior of the home is truly stunning. The decor and quality of the furniture was incredible. The beds were comfortable, the house was warm and cozy, it was truly a dream house! Last, but not least, Tero was so incredibly kind to me and my family. Communication on the property was always quick and Tero was so thoughtful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, especially since we were arriving late and had young kids. Everything was perfect and we were touched by the Finnish hospitality that Tero extended to us. We cannot recommend this home enough. I want to come back as soon as possible and will always stay at this property when coming to Rovaniemi. Thank you so much Tero, staying at Art House of Lady Christmas was a highlight of our trip!!!!

Our stay was absolutely magical—truly the best experience! The location was perfect, surrounded by so much snow, and we were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. The accommodation was modern, well-equipped, warm, and cozy, with everything we could possibly need. The added bonus of a sauna made it even more special. It was an unforgettable experience—highly recommended!

I have travelled the world and I cannot name one problem with this location. Just book! You won’t regret it.
