Lovely new cottage very private. Spotless. Best shower ever closed to lake . Close to Waikato river trails.

Beds very uncomfortable, was visiting home town for a family reunion and had nieces & nephews visiting and felt like we was being watch from the cameras outside. Great location, clean and modern.

the rooms had no views and ventilation was not proper. the path leading from car park to the rooms was not properly paved to carrry the luggage on wheels.

Breakfast was not provided

It would be good to have a small carton of milk on arrival. Also it needs poles in the wardrobe to hang clothes.

This was an extremely well appointed accommodation. A lot of care had gone into selecting the best fittings, and it had all that we required, plus a very pleasant outdoor area. Walking distance to the Lake. Comfortable, quiet, and private.

We would recommend to stay here, however the walk to the property is abit annoying when you have a lot of luggage and it’s raining 😅

Conveniently located and extremely well-equipped accommodation especially as we like to self-cater. Air conditioning and double glazing was awesome on cold and frosty mornings prior to hitting the bike trails.

We found bed (and sofa) uncomfortably firm. We would have rated this accommodation a 10 if it wasn't for this. Info in unit said Netflix was available and to use Guest login but we were unable to find this login, it may have been inadvertently deleted? Wardropes in rooms had no rails or hangers which was a bit strange as rest of unit had everything you could think of.

Shower was amazing, beds very comfy. Kitchen had everything needed to eat in.

We had great communication from the host regarding how to access the site. The town of Mangakino is a bit secluded, but within an hour's drive of many sites. The cooking facilities were stellar; we had a large refrigerator, stove top and oven. The shower was beautiful, and the living and bedroom spaces are great.

It would have been nice to have a teapot available. Also, the only grocery store in town is a small 4 Square, so guests need to do their shopping before they arrive (we figured this out so it didn't cause us any trouble).

Spacious rooms, nice and quiet location, clean and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay. Absolutely loved this place.

We loved everything at Cosy, only a recommendation for others who might be travelling with wheelchair accessible guests. I found it difficult pushing a wheelchair across pavers and grass. An added ramp onto the deck would be great. Having a grab rail in the shower with a non slip shower base would be welcomed for disabled guests.

Awesome place

such a shame that there were no complimentary tea/coffee milk etc. Quite interesting. Might pay to take your own if you are planning to arrive late.

The Cosy Korari was a really comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Obviously quite new. Very clean and modern. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for couple or small family. Nice big TV with Netflix included! Heatpump.

The apartment was ideal as we were close to Mangakino Shuttle Service (we were cycling the Waikato River Trail), the river & the local shops. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean & roomy, on a very quiet road.

Nothing to dislike at all.
