The personal (girls) at the front desk was rude and not willing to help and listen. Just smiled when I talked about my problem at my room. Had super bad wifi in the room and it was leaking water from the fridge. My documents ik my bag got destroyed about that. When I told them this they only smiled and didint care. For my it was my worst hotel in whole of my china trip. Cant recommend this place at all

The apartment is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around and access nearby shops and transport. It has standard apartment facilities, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, it was a decent place to stay but nothing particularly memorable. The apartment met our basic needs and offered fair value for the price

Housekeeping was one thing I appreciated. Everyday my studio was cleaned

They didn't meet the description posted on booking.com. No microwave Zero utensils and cutlery provided Tell me why one should book a studio apartment with kitchen if there are no utensils provided at all. The manager was least bothered and never met me even once when I raised my concerns. I didn't want to eat outside food hence I prefer especially in China to cook quick food for myself. This property was a disaster. Approached booking.com, always unreachable was a disaster If you are thinking that you are booking apartment you can warm or cook small food, this is not place unfortunately.

房間隔音效差，樓上動傢俬或走廊有人講野亦聽到。 酒店取房前台在6樓有些難找, 因前台上是寫了另一酒店名稱。 等升降機時間較耐，因有時人多入唔到升降機。 房匙卡得一張，如兩個人住想分開出去唔方便。

- top preis leistung! - grosses zimmer: doppelbett mit beamer als tv, couch, tisch mit stuhl zum arbeiten, voll ausgestatt mit waschmaschine und waschmittel, küche, grosses badezimmer. - lage direkt in der innenstadt: 2 malls direkt vor der haustür eine mit geschäften und eine mall nur mit essen in beiden befinden sich auch michelin guide restaurants die erstklassig sind - täglicher zimmerservice obwohl es mehr ein appartment ist. - im selben gebäudekomplex befinden sich mehrere spas die gefühlt 24 stunden geöffnet sind. habe mich jeden abend massieren lassen (ohne happy end!)

la ubicación es excelente. metro buses taxis todo a metros del depto. Piso alto muy luminoso, silencioso, amplio. Muy limpio todo. personal amable. tenia cocina nos dieron muchas botellas de agua. tenia lavarropas. cocina a gas. lavavajillas y extractor. Hervidor. heladera grande con freezer. pileta para lavar los platos había 2 tasas y 2 vasos ( éramos 3 adultos) muy buenas luces camas muy cómodas y buenas almohadas. baño pequeño pero cómodo, jabón liquido y toallas bien. aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes.

la ubicación publicada es un poco confusa: es la otra entrada del edificio que suele estar cerrada, sin la llave no se puede entrar . hay que entrar por la puerta que da a la avenida ir al sexto piso hacer el check-in y de ahí subir a la torre correspondiente( son varias). el personal no habla nada de ingles. Solo traducción por pH. la cocina no tenia microondas, ni tabla de planchar ni plancha. en la reserva decía que si. LO IRONICO es que no tenia un solo utensilio de cocina.( sartén ,olla, etc.) ni nada de vajilla por lo menos ( 1 cuchara, 1 tenedor 1 cuchillo ).no se podía cocinar o calentar nada. las habitaciones un poco chicas. un lado de la cama pegado a la ventana.

La cuisine n’était pas suffisamment équipée. À part deux verres, il n’y avait presque rien à disposition : pas d’ustensiles, pas de casseroles, pas de poêles, ni de vaisselle nécessaire pour préparer un repas. Je ne comprends donc pas vraiment l’utilité d’avoir un grand réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle si les voyageurs ne peuvent pas cuisiner sur place. C’est dommage, car une cuisine fonctionnelle aurait vraiment amélioré le séjour.

We got a flat with two bedrooms as advertised and other facilities as described.

The flat we got was not the same as the one on the pictures. Lights at the bathroom sink were missing, so the only mirror in the flat was almost unusable. One of the bedrooms was fully occupied by the bed, from wall to wall.

La habitación es muy pequeña. La cama es muy dura. La tele sino pagas no funciona. El inodoro está dentro de la ducha necesitas secar todo y sacar el papel porque todo se inunda. Muestran cocina pero no hay utensilios ni nada para cocinar. Solo 1 pava eléctrica y dos tazas sin cuchara para revolver un café. Los taxis no encuentran la dirección jamás, te dejan siempre a 4/7 cuadras de distancia. Tenés que llegar a la habitación en dos partes. Primero se ingresa al 6to piso y luego tenés que encontrar la torre que te fue asignada. Si llueve te mojas mucho. Las chicas de recepción no son muy amigables. Sos un número para ellas no un huésped. Las vistas son a un edificio en construcción. Entiendo que está cerca del metro pero en china no funciona alipay por ende tenés q moverte en taxi o caminando. Está sobre una avenida que es linda pero todo queda a 20 minutos por taxi. No te muevas caminando porque nadie respeta al peatón. Motos y bicicletas se suben arriba de las veredas cruzan semáforo en rojo es muy caótica la ciudad.

The location is great. It's right across the street from stores, restaurants and shopping malls. Gangxia station (subway) is next to the building providing access to both line 1 and 10. The apartment has a good layout and is well equipped.

Just one improvement: some cutlery, plates and bowls would be nice.

The location is exceptional , steps away from the mall , plaza , subway and infinite restaurants options But the apartment was very small , smelling of smoke even tho I asked for a NON SMOKING as I have small kids , the cleaning not really great , the cleaner would just come in without knocking or ringing randomly No option to put a “do not enter “ on the door Only 1 aces card was provided which is not great for a family and ZERO utensils in the kitchen, like nothing which is absurd if you offer an apartment with kitchen

Les lits sont très confortables, les 2 chambres, le salon, beaucoup d'espace. La machine à laver est simple d'utilisation.

Pas de bureau, de table et de chaises. Aucun ustensile de cuisine à disposition pour 1 belle cuisine à gaz. Il faut apporter son matériel et sa vaisselle personnelle. Les voisins de l'étage supérieur peuvent être bruyants tard le soir.

Location is good and there is a 3 bedroom apartment for my group.

The picture shown was misleading. I was expecting an apartment with 2 toilets but realised that that was the 3 bedroom suite, which wasn’t available during booking. Sorely disappointed as 1 toilet to share between 3 was challenging.

The building is right next to the metro station. The price is very reasonable. The apartment was simple and clean enough. The staff were friendly. Located in a good, lively area with many malls and restaurants.

I don't really see the point of having an apartment with a little kitchen but no cooking utensils whatsoever. Not even a knife, let alone pans to use on the stove. The biggest problem I have with Xi Ke is the lack/slowness in communication. I received a message in Booking.com, asking me to add their WeChat account if I used WeChat. But they never accepted the request or responded to my messages on Booking. Then, upon arrival, I was asked to scan a WeChat QR code for communication. Many hours after I had done that, I received a message with some information about the facilities, but I had already been using the apartment for more than half a day.

The room type we booked did not attract a breakfast. However, the location is good.

No spaces for our group of families to load off the luggage, then needed to walk a short distance between the reception at front building to our room at a rear building.

地點非常好，距離要去的地方都非常近，打滴甚至走路都能到，周遭寄存櫃跟驛站也讓收件變得很方便，下次有再來出差應該還會來選擇這邊，屬於是非常高CP值的一個選擇。

浴室的排風設施可能久未保養，開啟時的噪音滿大的。洩水速度也比較慢一點 會外溢到乾區所以滿潮濕，好在這幾天天氣還OK一覺醒來地板都乾的差不多，不算大缺點。

Apartments inside a tall and modern building within the modern shopping area of Shenzhen. Lots of shopping mall food courts nearby with options and the subway right next door. Staff was very helpful and kind. Apartment has everything you need in a short stay in Shenzhen

It was a bit difficult to find as western map apps have the incorrect location. When getting to Gangxia, search for the Gangxia Garden building and go to the 6th floor. The receptionists will help you out. I would not recommend to somebody arriving late and not familiar with the area. The staff relies on Wechat to pass over information through their translation services, so expect to downlaod the app, which is needed anyways for everything in China. Besides that all great.

Central location with all the main malls right across from the building where the apartment is , near the metro, easy to get to and from Futian port.

The toilet is right in the small shower room, so the floor and toilet seat gets wet and it’s inconvenient going to toilet after shower. The toilet paper isn’t hooked on a roller, it’s just kept in a covered space, I wet several rolls of toilet paper because the whole roll just drop onto the wet floor when you pull it. The mini kitchen is there but nothing is provided for you to cook with., no pans no pots nothing is provided, no forks or spoons

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was really convenient and close to the subway and very nice restaurants around.

Nada todo perfecto en mi caso. Quizá deberían dejar elementos de cocina (al menos cubiertos) ya que cuenta con nevera, hervidor eléctrico, cocina, pero ni un elemento, ni cuchara, para poder aprovechar estos recursos.
