Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed, nice breakfast items and snacks to choose from. Friendly and helpful owners who were keen to ensure we had a great stay.

Facilities were excellent. Breakfast had a huge range of options available in the room including toast bread, yogurt and a range of cereals, loads of snacks, a coffee machine and more. We have never stayed in a place that provides so many extras. It made the stay very enjoyable. Lovely views across to Auckland City, the Sky Tower and the Harbour Bridge.

Facilities, location, and cleanliness were top notch. To be met on arrival and given a quick, friendly overview of everything was much appreciated, as were the wonderful snacks and breakfast items. The owners provide everything you could need and more!

Cosy, clean, private space with excellent facilities. Steve was a perfect host, from helping with directions to a warm welcome. Room was stocked with snacks, breakfast, tea/coffee, soft drinks, bread, milk & more. Comfy bed with extra pillows & blankets if needed. En suite attached with great shower. Private parking, TV & Wifi included. Couldn’t ask for more - 10/10

Mooie locatie met terras/balkon met goed zicht op de stad en skytower. Geweldig vriendelijke gastheer.

Wat miste was een infomatiemap, staat tegenover dat onze gastheer tips gaf over restaurants in de buurt.

Die Unterkunft war für uns einfach perfekt!! Es gab so viele gute Sachen fürs Frühstück , Knabbergebäck und Süßes für zwischendurch, ein bequemes Bett, alles war sauber, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und die Aussicht auf die Stadt, wenn du auf der Terrasse sitzt, war einfach nur perfekt 😍

Steve was very accommodating, let us store our bags for the day after we stayed there. He was gracious and kind. I would highly recommend.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf dankzij de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer Steve en gastvrouw Debbie. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom. Ze stonden altijd klaar om mee te denken, gaven fijne tips over de omgeving en zorgden ervoor dat het ons aan niets ontbrak. De accommodatie was tiptop in orde en de persoonlijke aandacht maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Hun oprechte gastvrijheid en warmte creëerden een huiselijke sfeer!

Sehr schöne Aussicht und alles war sehr sauber! Steve und Debbie haben uns sogar unsere Lieblings-Snacks hingelegt. Mehr hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommen und haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Very generous and thoughtful hosts - even with some snacks set out for us! Beautiful views of the city and very quiet.

The host Steve and Debbie are amazing host it’s worth every cent.its a beautiful place with everything you need.They really went out of there way and beyond.They communicate with you every step of the way you want get that most places,it’s a private place with peace and quiet you won’t regret it,I would 💯 percent book this place again😊

Nothing to dislike

We really enjoyed to stay with Debbie and Steve on our work trip in Auckland. The location was close to our work and easy access to the highway. Lots of treats in the room and lovely breakfast!

The location was handy the view was beautiful. The room was clean and everything you needed. The host was welcoming and showed/ told us everything we needed to know. Plus all the extra snacks/ goodies was so nice as an added extra 😊.

If you don't like waking up early to birds being noisy it's not the place for you though sorry. Otherwise great place to stay!

We were greeted by a super friendly host personally. Which is always a good start to any trip. The accommodation is perfect, nice and cosy with lots n lots of yummy snacks and treats. Hosts were kind enough to cater to my husbands Coeliac. The location is nice and quiet and in a safe neighbourhood. Amazing view of the city feo. The balcony. Highly recommend!!!

Location was good for our travel arrangements as we flew in from Melbourne and had west Auckland engagement

The location was great for where we needed to go. Close to the motorway and supermarket. Lovely view from the deck. The snacks provided were way more than expected. We fully enjoyed our apartment. Lovely and cosy for the two of us🙂. Overall it's a 10/10 for us.

One on one greeting

As if we had known each other previously, very friendly. Made sure we were comfortable and didn't want for anything... would highly recommend this stay.

The location was excellent, really close to Trust Arena and other shops nearby. There were snacks, breakfast, bread and milk all supplied, as well as other refreshments. The host was easily approachable and easy to contact. Will happily stay here again!

Nice, quiet, excellent location and service was amazing. Greeted with a smile and great communication. Even suggested we could stay an extra hour if we wanted, which was perfect for a sleep in. Thanks for having us 😀

Location great, had lots of wonderful snacks and host very accommodating

What a lovely comfortable place to stay. Exactly like the owners have described, only better. Good quality bedding and towels, really comfortable bed, plenty of space and all very clean. Easy parking. Cannot fault the breakfast provisions, or the other (very appreciated) goodies which were left in the room and inside the fridge for us. Excellent to have an outside eating area to enjoy the views of the sun setting behind the Sky Tower in the distance. Very peaceful location, but easy to drive from there to anywhere else. Very accommodating and welcoming hosts. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Would return in a heartbeat and cannot recommend highly enough.

The room is comfortable, whilst still being self contained and private. The hosts are absolutely lovely and friendly, making everything possible to make their guest's stay pleasant and with no issues.

The property is well organise, spacious and very clean. I love the view from the deck, the area was really quiet. Steve is very accomodating and kind. Great selection of breakfast and snacks. We are very impressed. We'll definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommended🥰
