breakfast had poori with sambar, upma and semiya with coconut chutney, bread with jam and butter. coffee/tea pack with hot milk and corn flakes

Size of the room and the facilities provided

It’s was very good and room was clean and very spacious and really well maintained hygiene

The hair drier was not working also the hot water was not coming even the geyser switched no hot water

Rooms were excellent

Rooms were excellent and location is very good for family. Breakfast also very good.. We enjoyed our stay with families booked 5 Rooms.

Everything was good. The location, the room size, the cleanliness, the room service.

The only problem I faced was in toiletries provided. The yellow colour liquid which was supposed to be a shampoo, as told by the room service guy, smelt badly like phenyl while the blue colour body lotion was good.

we had booked this room for my sister and she came early at around 8:30 . however the staff was quite rude . the ony thing he was talking about was money and they charged extra 500 Rs for early check in . Further i had visited my sister . for which they metioned any visitors can visit only for 10 minutes which was quite a disappointment . Overall bad experience .

The kettle provided was burnt and not fit for preparing hot water for tea/coffee

As I stayed for work purpose and asked for company GST invoice they are not provided.Mentioned time of booking also. I Asked them not ready to provide.

Good looking rooms More specious

1.Inside the bedroom the pipe sounds are not good 2. Breakfast timings aren't perfect completed before 1hr itself

The property is nice and cozy with good spacious living room with kitchen. The place was neat and to my surprise the tv worked as WiFi was good! The staff was helpful and the hotel is an excellent location few meters may from good street food!

The parking slope of the area was too high and required some skill to get the vehicle parked inside property! The only other downfall is small roads of the hotel!

They did not book me at the same price that I had booked - They took more price and forced me to pay more for the same room that I had booked for less - also they did not give breakfast which was in original order

Spacious room and great location

A late check out or extension of one or 2 hour should be made complimentary rather than charging 300 rs. I would say sometimes you have to be more empathetic.

We did not opt for breakfast on any of the days we stayed. Location is good though it can get noisy because of the nearby school. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be nice if the hotel can install universal plug adapters so visitors from outside can charge their phones without any special adapters. It should be pretty inexpensive for the hotel to have these installed.

The hotel was spacious with good reception area and nice service in place. Room was well furnished.

Impressed by the entry of the hotel, looked nice from outside and even the room was very spacious and felt like home with refrigerator, AC, lighting, LED even kitchen was also there along with sofa and well maintained washroom

The entry of the hotel was very impressive, reception area was well maintained. The room was neat & clean with LED, AC, Refrigerator & lighting in working condition with a nice balcony.
