Location is not great as there is nots of construction going on . So it’s messy and the hotel says they have restaurant but it’s not functional . They just arrange food somehow for morning breakfast.

I liked the overall stay at Royal Ace Boutique Hotel. The staffs were really responsive and helpful. The food was also good and served with hygiene.

Everything was average. There wasn't anything in particular that I really liked

When I made the booking, breakfast was included in the price. However, when we checked out, we were charged for breakfast again. We were told that Booking.com had made the reservation without breakfast included. I do not know whether this was a mistake by Booking.com or by the hotel, but unfortunately we ended up paying for breakfast twice. Another issue was the restaurant. When we wanted to have lunch, we were told that the restaurant was not operating because of a gas problem. There were no cafés or restaurants nearby, which made it very difficult to find somewhere to eat. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a restaurant on-site, so that we could easily go downstairs and have a meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not working, and this information was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. As a result, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing surprise.

I appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff of the hotel. the room (503) was quite spacious, clean and with good view. the supply of linen, toiletries etc were quite sufficient. the location ion was quite ok. the restaurant in the sixth floor was spacious and clean however, the food items were limited. they were unable to cater for lunch and dinner. the housekeeping and other services were satisfactory. overall, the stay was satisfactory and safe.

non-functional room telephone. this results in difficulty in availing any service especially for senior citizen like us. this has to looked into as it involves safety of the guests particularly in case of emergencies.

Need to improve the cleanliness and breakfast for sure it should be improved a lot.

The food wasn't that great, ordered multiple items off their menu and all of them did not meet the same levels of wow the room and the staff meet.

Everything was great, especially the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay comfortable.

The Wi-Fi connection was very slow and disconnected frequently, which was inconvenient.

Nice variety & quality in the breakfast buffet. Walkable from some nice restos & pubs. Fairly clean linens, not bleached but relatively well washed

- construction noise right out the window - our room was some 30m from a major road, making for very loud traffic noises throughout the night. A sound sleep was impossible - strange smell in the bathroom. - no sound-proofing in the building. Noisy guests in the hall were bothersome late at night

Hotel is ideal if you attend events at the Manayata business park since it is only 5 mins walk from it. It is also very convenient if you do not want to take a taxi from the airport. The airport bus leaves you at the Manayata park and it is very fast. There is also very good bus transportation to go to the center. Staff is very helpful and kind. I got sick and they helped me through. Room is spacious and clean, including bathroom. Good value for money.

I got food poisoning while staying at the hotel. I only had food at Hilton where I was attending a conference and at the hotel where I had breakfast. I didn't eat raw vegetables and only drank bottled water, but I did eat fresh fruit. The rest of the food I had was cooked food. I guess the food was contaminated, but I cannot say in which of these two locations. In any case, as foreigner, be careful of what you eat at breakfast.

The location on one hand was ok until i guess the metro construction came into the picture. Hotel room was nice and cozy.

The noise at night considering its right in the middle of the busy area. Considering the metro is being build so close to the building its quite noisy at night.

The friendliness of the staff ,have to mention Ahmad who worked during the night shift and helped my elderly father who lost his way in the night. All the staff at the buffet breakfast were always around to help. Room service was excellent. Overall a good stay , excellent value for money and I would definitely visit again.

The shower tap was not so easy to use need to use a lot of strength to turn the lever.

Location is good during overnight stay while you travel to Cochin via road
