the kitchen and reception staff were pleasant and friendly. and the chef was very nice in particular. i did enjoy my time in this place regardless of all the inconveniences we experienced. the place is more suitable for a group of friends rather than a family or a couple. please make sure to read all the reviews especially the bad ones before booking.

1- the beach smells like it had manure in it. when we first got in the water it felt extremely warm, then we smelled the sand in the water and it literally smelled like p*op! besides the whole place smelled like a bathroom exploded all the time! 2- construction on the next floor up at 7am. causing very loud banging keeping everyone up and stressed out which is the last thing anyone wants on holiday. 3- the sink water smells rusty and is not usable for daily use like brushing teeth and washing ur face. 4- it seemed like there were budget cuts of some kind causing low staffing which resulted in slow service or at some times no service at all which was very inconvenient and again stressful. 5- the room service staff unfriendly when confronted with any criticism about the late or bad service; however when discussed with reception staff it was resolved. 6- for some reason people are allowed to go into the water (pool and beach) in underwear! this is not only extremely unhygienic but also very unpleasant to look at.

We were very happy with our stay and enjoyed every day at the hotel. The staff were kind and professional, and everything felt easy and comfortable. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

The food and the reception team, especially the young lady at the front desk, were very helpful and supportive. The guy who managed the activities was nice and full of information and was not pushy or trying to sell, but rather provided service.

The seaside is very poor, and I couldn't enjoy it at all—almost no seaside.

Igiene 0, non usano lavastoviglie x risparmiare. Pasti da indigenti: solo pollo ( la cosa più economica) è carne da bollito spezzatino. La griglia....è troppo cara, i succhi...un miraggio Addirittura coca e fanta su richiesta ( dispenser troppo caro) Addirittura un ragazzo delle pulizie si fa beffa dei clienti pulendo la camera...se si ricorda

Je n’ai rien aimé du tout dans cet hôtel ils font le ménage superficiellement, ils ne changent jamais les draps, ils ne change jamais les serviettes ou alors quand ils le font, ils oublient d’en remettre, ils jettent pas les poubelles les sont inconfortables. Vraiment une expérience de merde, je déconseille vivement.

Het restaurant was goed en het personeel daar ook. Zwembaden werden goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt. Het werkende (vloer) personeel was top.

De gehele receptie en manager vielen gruwelijk tegen. Slecht in communiceren en niet in oplossingen denken. Het werk personeel kwam met oplossingen en zorgden voor alles. Deze gaven ook aan zich te verontschuldigen voor hun leiding waar ze zelf niet tevreden over waren.

C est la première fois en 20 ans de voyage que je lets un tel commentaire mais c est justifié. Les photos de booking ne sont pas du tout révélateurs de ce qu est en réalité l établissement. Le personnel de l accueil le soir, désagréable !! Comme beaucoup de personnes durant notre séjour nous n avons pas eu nos chambres à notre arrivée, on nous a mis dans un appartement sans clim ni affaires de toilette papier wc compris, comme nous avons été mécontent on s est fait engueuler... le ménage n est quasiment pas fait notre chambre juste le lit le sol mais jamais les WC, la douche, les serviettes et même pas de papier wc. Nous avons du aller à la réception tout les jours pour réclamer un minimum d hygiène. La chambre de nos ados a été fait après plusieurs passages à l accueil soit 4 fois en 15js.. On vous donne des vouchers pour la plage situé à 50m, c est une plage public et très sale.. Pas du tout d animations, beaucoup de locaux dans l hotel parfois irrespectueux La nourriture est toujours pareil un plat de riz, un plat de pâte en sauce, un plat de légumes, û plat de poulet un plat de poisson frits. Pas de fruits que des gâteaux secs et gras... c est la course au verre donc on prend des verres en cartons. Le all incluses en boissons c est que du coca, fanta et sprit... le café c est du soluble..tout le reste est payant.. Tout les soirs on assiste aux mécontentements de touristes qui se plaignent que les draps sont sales, sentent l humidité et surtout n ont pas les chambres réservées sur booking, en faite ils donnent les chambres au fur et à mesure que les touristes arrivent sans tenir compte des réservations booking. Il faut les harceler toute la matinée pour avoir ce pour quoi nous avions choisi et payé, et on était pas les seules!! J ai mis des photos, même si le prix est bas il ́ne faut pas craindre l hygiène de cet hôtel. L hôtel est en travaux, il ne faut pas craindre le bruit du matin au soir aussi..

all'arrivo abbiamo atteso 2 ore per le camere(tripla con divano letto circolare e non terzo letto e volevano che dormissimo sul divano senza lenzuola), non c'erano asciugamani nei bagni, sporcizia nascosta dietro le tende(in una delle stanze anche vetri rotti), lenzuola sporche e macchiate di giallo..visto che ritengo tutti possano sbagliare sono andato in reception e poi dal direttore facendo presente i problemi e mi ha detto che avrebbero risolto in mezz'ora..poi sono tornato dopo mezz'ora che nulla era stato fatto a cena ancora non era stato fatto nulla..ho rifatto presente per la 5 volta che o sistemavano o avrei aperto una segnalazione via booking chiedendo il rimborso..su sua garanzia mi sono fidato e sono uscito per calmarmi e far rasserenare la famiglia..al mio ritorno non era stato fatto nulla. Ho aperto la segnalazione e atteso risposta da booking (dormendo vestito su teli mare e improvvisando per i teli bagno)l'indomani venivo invitato da booking a contattarli direttamente alla sede in Inghilterra..così mi sono organizzato e ho chiamato..dopo una chiamata a 3 con il titolare della struttura mi dicevano che volevano scalarmi 2 notti perché era passato mezzogiorno e avevo ricevuto i servizi(sarei stato trattato meglio in un campeggio/ostello)..dopo aver parlato chiaramente con il titolare e con booking sono riuscito a ottenere il rimborso completo. Nel frattempo altri ospiti si sono avvicinati facendomi presente che gli stessi problemi erano presenti anche nelle loro stanze..una povera signora aveva addirittura la porta della stanza difettosa ed era costretta a tenerla accostata altrimenti rischiava di rimanere chiusa dentro/fuori. É la prima volta che sono costretto a darmi alla fuga da un albergo..INDECENTE!!! Allego qualche screenshoot dei numerosi video fatti per mostrare le problematiche. Da notare poi la malizia nel cercare di vendere la struttura cercando inquadrature e angoli di prospettiva particolari..

Alles war wunderbar. Das Personal und der Service waren außergewöhnlich und erfüllten alle Wünsche perfekt. Die Ausflugsziele waren fantastisch und gut erreichbar. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Manager, Herr: Mohamed Bassiouni, der sich unermüdlich um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste kümmert und für deren Komfort sorgt. كان كل شيء رائعًا. كان الموظفون والخدمة استثنائيين، وقد لبّوا جميع رغباتنا على أكمل وجه. كانت وجهات الرحلات مذهلة ويسهل الوصول إليها. شكر خاص للمدير، السيد محمد بسيوني، الذي يبذل قصارى جهده لتلبية احتياجات الضيوف وضمان راحتهم.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, és aranyos, udvarias volt!

A szoba tisztasága nem megfelelő volt, a szekrények, tetején a tévén vastagon ált a por, ágynemű csere után is foltos hajszálas volt az ágynemű, nem jöttek rendszerssen takaratina, a törölközőt akkor cserélték ha épp sikerült elcsipned a takaritó személyzetet a folyosón! Vizet is csak akkor raktak a hűtőbe ha szoltál nekik, maguktól nem raktak be! A teljes állátás egy picit átverés mert pl kávét csak reggelenil tudsz inni, utána már fizetni kell érte! A szálloda bookingos leirásában az van hogy tengerparti, de nincs közvetlen tengerparja! A szállodátol 5 perc séta egy part ahova le lehet menni a recepcion kért jegyell, és itt is minden fizetős, ami elég drága! Reggel fél 8 után nem lehet már pihenni mert épitkeznek a szállodában és egész nap ezt halgathatod!

It’s not exactly like the descriptions on booking, on booking they write there is hotel beach that was the main reason for me to book but their is not u should walk to a share beach with other hotel to go there the beach it’s self not good for swimming that was sooooo disappointing , I am very disappointed also with my experience at this place,The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me as a customer.His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, and it made me feel unwelcome. Because of this experience with him ,I will not be returning to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. This is especially unfortunate because the staff, particularly the reception team, were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. Sadly, the owner’s attitude completely ruined the positive impression that the reception staff had created and overshadowed all the good aspects of my visit.

As a couple, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean every single area was. The swimming pools are crystal clear and the beach access is just perfect for relaxing. My stay at Al Dora Hotel in Hurghada was extremely disappointing. I stayed there for a week with my children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what was advertised online. The bed sheets were dirty, and one of the pillows was torn. Room cleaning was not done daily, and every single day we had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper, hand soap, and housekeeping service. The hotel is falsely advertised as a “resort.” It is not a resort at all — it is just a very basic hotel, below average in my opinion. There is no direct beach access from inside the property. I had to leave the hotel and walk outside in the street with my children just to reach a beach belonging to another hotel. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not represent reality. We were never offered different room options or informed whether the room had a pool view or not. Our room windows were facing another building, completely different from the beautiful views shown on Booking. Another misleading point: the hotel is listed as “All Inclusive,” yet drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. For approximately $151 per night, this was absolutely unacceptable. Customer service was very poor. I complained to the manager, Mohamed Bassiouny, about the dirty rooms and the lights being turned off around the pool area, but his response was dismissive, as if he had no idea what was happening in his own hotel. There was no follow-up, no care, and no effort to resolve anything. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Hurghada. Everything advertised online felt misleading, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No i didn't stay just after i arrived & they confirmed by message by 2 hours we are ok but when i arrived from 6 hours driving they said no space

The staff were exceptional and always helpful. The breakfast was acceptable and offered a good variety of options. We also appreciated the drinks served by the pool and the convenience of having a supermarket inside the resort.

Unfortunately, the lunch and dinner food were very disappointing. The menu was almost the same every day, with only minor variations, which became repetitive after a short time. The beach was very small and covered with stones, making it less enjoyable than expected. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. Another downside was that the swimming pool closes at 6:00 PM, which feels too early for guests who want to relax in the evening. Additionally, access to the jacuzzi and sauna requires an extra fee, which was disappointing considering the overall resort experience. When we booked the property, airport transfer was advertised as free. However, after contacting the property, we were informed that there was an additional charge of €20 for the transfer. This was disappointing, especially considering that we took a taxi on our own from the airport and paid less than €2 for the same journey.

No thing, every thing is so so so bad .......

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and caused serious discomfort and health problems for me and my family. From the first day of our stay, the hotel room was filled with huge insects and ants in multiple areas of the room. The level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards for any hotel. The presence of insects created an unhealthy and disturbing environment, especially for my family and children. In addition, the mattress was extremely rigid and uncomfortable. Sleeping on it caused me severe back pain during the stay, making it impossible to rest properly. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we suffered physically and mentally because of the poor room conditions. Furthermore, several members of my family developed allergy symptoms, including skin rashes, redness, and irritation, which we strongly believe were related to the unhygienic environment and insect infestation inside the room. Due to all these serious problems, we were forced to leave the hotel earlier than planned. Our stay became unbearable and negatively affected our health and comfort. This experience was completely disappointing and far below what was promised or expected. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because of the poor hygiene, unsafe conditions, and lack of basic comfort standards. I request that this complaint be taken seriously and that appropriate action be considered regarding the unacceptable conditions we experienced during our stay.

Все было ужасно,то что написано 1я линия моря,это вранье,до море нужно идти на другу территорию,пляж ужасно грязный,отель старый,еда не вкусная,и каждый день одно и тоже,еда не свежая! Мы съехали с отеля,деньги нам никто не вернул,хоть было еще 2 недели проживания,не рекомендую данный отель,все что написано в описании,не соответствует реальности!

La propreté, la nourriture, les travaux, les serviettes extrêmement sale. C’est un vieil hôtel qui na pas su se renouveler. Si vous voulez de la qualité, passez votre chemin. Intrusion dans la chambre le premier jour à 8h45 : le monsieur a ouvert la porte alors que nous avions mis l’encart ne pas déranger. Notre chambre était sale et sentait les égouts, nous avons dû nous plaindre pour changer. Les serviettes étaient degueulasses, pas fournies tous les jours et le ménage laisse à désirer.

Les serviettes de plage qu'on nous prêtait étaient sales je doute qu'ils les nettoyaient chaque soir: elles étaient humide le matin et marron et parfois même rouge ou noir, le manque de propreté: la chambre n'a jamais été nettoyé en une semaine, la nourriture au restaurant n'était pas ouf.le bruit des travaux qui nous réveillait tôt le matin.

estuve unos días y me pareció un sitio muy apañado está todo muy bien cuidado las sábanas limpias y el baño perfecto es un lugar práctico y muy bien gestionado se nota que mantienen el sitio con cuidado doona

Certaines personnes ne sont pas satisfaites mais je vous confirme que le personnel est au top, serviable et gentil. Les repas sont très bons contrairement à ce que les gens disent. Faites vous votre propre opinion. Les produits étaient frais et les chambres propres. Le rapport qualité prix est inégalable

La seule chose c'est que ce n'est pas dans le centre d'Hurghada mais au moins vous êtes au calme

L'hôtel était sympa tres calme et reposant la literie impeccable et la chambre spacieuse avec une deuxième chambre pour notre garçon nickel

Juste un peu plus de choix au buffet serait mieux et diversifier

The food was quite good, with a decent variety offered at the buffet. There were both local Egyptian dishes and international options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable at every meal. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The pool area is also nice, clean, and suitable for both adults and kids. There are activities and some light entertainment, which adds a fun atmosphere without being too overwhelming. In terms of value for money, this resort is a solid choice, especially for travelers looking for a relaxing and affordable getaway in Hurghada. It may not be a luxury resort, but it delivers comfort, good service, and a peaceful environment. Overall, I would recommend Al Dora Resort to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable stay by the sea in Hurghada.

Al Dora is a hidden gem in Hurghada honestly.. you get a lot of privacy and the quality of the building is very high. its not like those cheap tourist places. the pool area is great and not crowded at all. i felt very comfortable and safe there. thank you for the great service.. i will be back for sure!!

on sent tout de suite que c'est pas géré au hasard.. tout est bien organisé de l'arrivée au départ. la propreté est irréprochable (ce qui est rare lol). Al Dora c'est vraiment le top pour ceux qui cherchent la qualité et la tranquillité loin des foules de touristes. bravo à l'équipe!!

Io e il mio partner cercavamo un posto speciale, lontano dal caos dei soliti resort, e Al Dora è stato un vero colpo di fulmine. L’appartamento era incredibile: spazioso, arredato con un gusto moderno e, soprattutto, pulitissimo. La zona di Al Helal è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e un’atmosfera più esclusiva. È stato bellissimo svegliarsi nel silenzio e godersi la qualità di una struttura gestita con vera professionalità. Si vede che dietro c’è un lavoro di gestione serio. Se volete un soggiorno romantico e di alto livello, questo è il posto giusto. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

The apartment was spotless, and the attention to detail in the maintenance is clearly visible. Al Helal is the perfect area if you want a more local, high-end feel away from the tourist traps. It’s professional, secure, and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay in Hurghada, this is definitely the best choice
