Nous avons payé toute les eaux qu’on a pris ! Alors que c’est sensé être un hôtel hall in, la nourriture étais dégoûtante.

I stayed there twice (2020 - 2026 ) and will stay there again next time. ⭐ The staff were friendly & helpful. ⭐ The food was amazing in terms of the variety and tasty ⭐ The location ⭐ The hotel security & life guard staff on both pools and the sea were always alert and make sure that all the guests are safe. ⭐ Room 512 was on the fifth floor with a nice view on both pools & side sea view.

‼️The animation team did not live up to the standard of five-star hotels. need some more experienced staff and more activities - boring shows and very bad music were playing repeatedly.

Staff is helpful and friendly. It's a mix between quietness and liveliness. You will not get bored. Mondays candle night dinner is so nice.

بصراحه إقامة مريحه جدا نظافة المكان والهدوء ومعاملة الموظفين في قمة المهنيه والاحترام وخصوصا أستاذ عبد الحميد قمه في الذوق والتعاون وصلت اول يوم الساعه 8 صباحا ومع ذلك تم تسكيني الغرفه في نفس الوقت بفضل أستاذ عبد الحميد واهم حاجه عندهم انك تمشي من هناك وانت مبسوط وأستاذ احمد محمود موظف الاستقبال كان متعاون جدا معانا فعلا تجربه تستحق التكرار بفضل تعاون الجميع هناك

Well I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel .Everything is very good and i would like to thank everyone and especially those people whom i dealt with directly as they are so helpful and professional : Mr Bekheet Mohamed Restaurant Manager , Mr. Mostafa Abbadi Restaurant Captain , Mr.Mehanna Restaurant Captain and Mr. Mohamed Abdelhameed from Reception Team.

Just a small comment i want to refer to any kind of maintenance to be considered as preventive maintenance shouldn't be while guests are already as we came here to relax and enjoy our time.

المكان لا يوجد فيه اجواء حلوه وصغير ما يستحق 5 نجوم

فيو الغرفة يطل على حمام السباحة والبحر رائع العاملين في الفندق ودودين ومتعاونين

درجة نظافة الغرف ليست كما اتوقع والتي تناسب 5 نجوم. البحر سيء وخاصة بعد العصر يوجد مد وجذر وتقريبا مستوى المياه يهبط بدرجة تظر الارض والصخور، كما ان البحر به شعب مرجانية وصخور لا تناسب الكبار والاطفال.

It's perfect for a kite surfing vacation since they have kite school hurghada inside the hotel so it was very convenient for me

The cleanliness of the room, the pool area, and the entire hotel was impeccable. The food was delicious, varied, and of high quality, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxation. A special mention goes to all the staff members for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their dedication made our stay truly enjoyable. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Aya. Her warm welcome, constant smile, and exceptional attention to guests made a real difference. The property is local to our home as we have cats 🐱so ideal for us - was the first stay as celebrating a birthday and will definitely be back - food and drink very good with good branded drinks for all inclusive 😊

بشكل عام كانت اقامة رائعة على الرغم لم تتجاوز مده الاقامة 12 ساعة لدواعي العمل ، اشكر جميع العاملين لحسن الاستقبال و المرونه في التعامل ، كما يوفر بوفية لجميع الوجبات ( تم استخدام وجبة العشاء و الافطار ) يوجد تنوع في الاصناف . اطلاه الغرفة جميلة على المسبح وجزئي على البحر . شكرا للجميع و ان شاء الله اكرر الزياره.

هناك ملاحظه واحدة وهي عدم توفر اتجاة القبلة في الغرفة.

-keine Antworten auf Fragen im Vorfeld -kein kostenloser Shuttel (obwohl inklusive) -keine Sauberkeit im Zimmer (vor allem im Badezimmer viel schwarzer Schimmel) -Zimmertür mit daumenbreiten Schlitz unten -Lüftungen verdreckt/verstopft -Bettwäsche dreckig, Matratze durchgelegen -Föhn funktionierte ca. 20 Sekunden, danach benötigte dieser eine Pause von mindestens 30 Sekunden -TV stoppte alle 5 Minuten für ca. 10 Sekunden -bei Beschwerden ans Management gab es keine Reaktion oder Veranlassung etwas zu reparieren -nächtliche Putzaktionen mit sehr lauten Maschinen und Geschrei der Mitarbeiter um 03:00 Uhr Nachts -ein Besuch beim hoteleigenen Fischrestaurant ergab eine Lebensmittelvergiftung -MiniBar ohne Inhalt dafür leichter Schimmel -Katzen und Krähen überall auf der Anlage, daher überall Vogelkacke und sehr laut

Solidan hotel u smislu vrijednosti za novac. Definitivno nije hotel s 5* i osobno bih rekao da je riječ u solidnom hotelu s 3*. Čistoća je zadovoljavajuća, sobe su prostrane, a ambijent je ugodan. Bazeni za kupanje nisu pretrpani i dobro su održavani. Odličan internet.

Ponuda hrane i raznovrsnost. Definitivno bi trebalo poraditi na ponudi hrane, pogotovo za doručak. Ponuda mesnih narezaka je očajna, praktički nepostojeća. Za ručak i večeru je uglavnom isti set jela, uz manje promjene.

Entertainment ‘s avonds is niet heel geweldig. Meer voor kinderen of voor oudere maar voor wat jongere gebeurd er niet veel in het resort of je moet van het resort af met het animatie team. De snacks en drinken die je all in kon halen over de dag waren niet heel wauw, als je betere drankjes wilde moest je er extra voor betalen ook.

Good spot to kite. Friendly staff. Energetic atmosphere. Just outside the city but a perfect spot to kite or relax. Plenty of boat things to do. Food is good. I stayed in four hotels all above 8 rating between Hurghada and el gouna. All basically the same as far as food and facility. Not sure why this one was rated under 8 on booking.

The first time I was at the Sea Star Beau Rivage hotel but I do not recommend it, it has supposedly 5 stars but deserves 2.5, specifically about the cleanliness in the bathroom, shabby walls, dirty bathtubs as if they were not washed from something, no hot water from 10 pm, the plastic that is mounted on the bathtub is terribly neglected, dirty neglected lamps, the rooms are decent but not great, there was cleaning, yes, but everything is so neglected that there are no words, I suggest taking a cleaning agent with you if someone wants to go there, one program is Polish, 3 English, the rest is Muslim, when it comes to food, the same every day and what is left from a given day is processed the next day into salads, raw vegetables or soups, I am not satisfied with this hotel and I think that there are much better ones in Hurghada, the service is nice and friendly because they have to be like that because of us tourists, we live, the internet despite the fact that all inclusive is paid for 13 dollars, they collect money on every corner as much as they can and it's not nice and they make fun of the fact that if there is, for example, a slightly torn dollar, I won't take it, I had to organize a driver back to the airport and earlier he was there at the arrival and even though I paid he took 10 dollars, in general Egypt is going to the "dogs" I won't go there again and I think that there are better, more beautiful places, in general for the hotel I rate 3 out of 10, food 3 as well, best regards

The cleanliness the fact that’s an all inclusive hotel but you have to pay for wifi specific drinks hot or cold and also be aware some people leave their towel to book seats on the beach without taking them off for a week so you will end up next the pool where the music is to loud

Some members of stuff was friendly, others not. The housekeeper was a lovely guy and the restaurant manager too with couple of waiters.

Hotel has a great potential but it needs desperately for a refurbishment, specifically in the rooms and toilets

The service is excellent in all places. All the employees deal with you with a sincere smile. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the food tastes great. There is a different buffet every day and the breakfast buffet is very rich. There is a heated swimming pool. The entertainment team has different shows every day.

Easily the best hotel I went to during my two weeks in egypt

We spent 6 nights at the Sea Star Beau Rivage and mostly had a great time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach and swimming pools were lovely and well taken care of. Though there was a lot of variation for food every night at the buffet, the quality wasn't great. We ended up paying extra to eat at the seafood restaurant for multiple lunches and dinners. That being said, the best part of our stay was Abo Taleb and his team in the seafood restaurant. They really went above and beyond to make our dining experiences special!

There was super loud music at the pool every day from 10AM to 10PM. Sometimes the music would become less loud, which was okay but the activities that included music were very annoying to listen to, especially because songs weren't mixed well and they would often play songs over and over again throughout the day. Another thing is that the hotel claims to be an 'all inclusive' resort, but you have to pay extra for most things. For example the spa/gym, wifi, water-sports were all extra. Also the hotel has multiple men walking around the beach all day trying to sell you activities or services which are often more expensive than if you book outside the hotel.
