Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Apartment is very well located, still in downtown Cairo but far enough to avoid the traffic chaos. I really liked the apartment vintage style decoration with very good taste. Ideal place for a family stay. Host was also supper helpful and available for all our needs.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Basem est un hôte extrêmement serviable qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour excellent. Il est joignable à tout moment. Il nous a attendu en personne pour nous remettre les clés à 3h du matin. Il nous a aussi organisé le transfert et nous a permis de rester jusqu'à 15h dans l'appartement. Chaque jour, il nous apportait le petit-déjeuner et le repas ; tout était toujours excellent et copieux. Le logement est grand, conforme aux photos. Nous n'avions pas de draps la première nuit, juste des couvertures. A notre demande, Basem nous en a apportés le lendemain ainsi que les serviettes manquantes. Nous nous sommes habitués au bruit du Caire dès la 2ème nuit et nous avons bien profité de cet appartement typique (différent de ce à quoi on s'attendrait en Europe).
Les fenêtres ne sont pas hermétiques. L'absence de drap le premier soir.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026الموقع مخدوم جداً وقريب من النيل صاحب الشقة رجل محترم جداً وخدوم على مدار الساعة والحقيقة أحرجنا بأدبه وأخلاقه الشقة واسعة وشرحة وذات طابع مصري قديم لكنه فخم وجميل
المصعد صغير جداً لا يتسع لأكثر من شخصين لكن هذا لا يؤثر كثيراً ستكون الشقة خيار ممتاز جداً لو تم تجديد الأثاث

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025The position, right next to Nile river, all the shops you may need at walking distance, ac perfectly working in each room, new mattresses, the elevator, hot water in abundance any time, wifi impeccable, host more than kind and available, very nice to meet him in person. Quiet building.
The silverware and kitchenware need some tlc

There were some renovations in the apartment above that started early in the morning. The owner tried hard to get them delayed, but sleep was difficult

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025The property was in excellent condition. The location is perfect. So many restaurants and nice views. Above all Mr. Bassem is a Gentleman and he tries to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I will recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to rent a nice apartment.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025Owner was very helpful. He met us early to let us in, and when we forgot a jacket at the apartment he organised a driver to deliver it to us.
Elevator didn’t work properly and the stairs were dirty.
