La habitación estaba realmente sucia, había mucha tierra, se notaba que no limpiaban. Las camas eran incómodas y sus almohadas viejas. Además tiene una ventana arriba de la puerta que da al pasillo y entra toda la luz, imposible dormir. El baño se moja todo, la ducha está encima del inodoro. Dan desayuno en un horario limitado, solo para la gente que va al Ha Giang Loop de 7.30 a 8.30 am.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Comfortable and spacious room, perfect for recovering after the loop. Great location and close to all restaurants. Breakfast was simple but great, also very quick to arrive. Friendly hosts, one staff member even helped us contact the bus company we were travelling to Cao Bang with, as they were late. Great value for money.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026El alojamiento está limpio y ordenado. Perfecto para dormir una noche antes de hacer el loop. Además te dejan pedir el desayuno según tus gustos. Lo mejor de todo, es la chica que está en recepción. Habla súper bien en inglés y nos explicó todo para el loop, nos alquiló la moto y todo lo necesario para hacer el viaje. Además nos dio su número de teléfono para que la llamemos si necesitábamos ayuda en el loop. Lo recomiendo mucho!

They could improve a few basic points. Toilet windows have no sealing and the place is quite cold , no heaters available despite the fact that it is in the mountains, water is either very hot or cold, thy don’t have a mixing tap.

Все, что Вы хотите получить в Хазянге в плане поддержки в вашем путешествии, вы точно получите здесь! Быстро! Четко! И без накладок! Можно выбрать маршрут по Ha Giang loop тот, который для вас лучший, в том числе по количеству дней и ночей, взять мотобайк с водителем или без него, в группе или индивидуально. Все организовано на высшем уровне. Также, что бы ни планировали дальше, здесь всегда помогут по всем вопросам! И с покупкой билетов на автобусы по всем направлениям тоже.
Не понравился хоумстей в Dong Van, там была ночевка в рамках мото тура по Ha Giang loop. Я оплатила размещение single с ванной комнатой. В общем это был ужас! Комната была холодная и сырая насквозь, в том числе постельное белье. Обогреватель, который был, не помогал прогреть ее. На улице было +13, думаю, что в комнате также. Просидела около обогревателя вплотную полночи

Wir hatten im Badezimmer irgendein Tier. Das machte das duschen und Klo gehen etwas mühsam. Wir wissen nicht genau was es war. 😂

The motorbike drivers from the loop tour we purchased through the hotel did not speak any English. Would have been nicer if we could have communicated a bit, ask them to stop somewhere, or ask how long is the break... it was a bit weird not to be able to communicate at all and we had no signal for google translate. Definitely lots of other riders we met on the loop spoke English and it looked like much better experience.

Un peu trop de lumière et de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit et le matin de bonne heure (femmes de ménage et touristes qui partent faire la loop).
