El desayuno es muy variado y completo de muy buena calidad,el personal la gran mayoría menos alguno que no fue muy simpático en el servicio que realiza .

La ubicación no es perfecta, si quieres ir a coger telecabina de St Antón ,tienes q andar y los horarios del bus para bajar temprano puntuales, a partir de las 17 , no tienes conexión de subida al hotel,tienes que subir andando por carretera subida larga y con inclinación

Great breakfast, super close to the bus stop which made things convenient and easy, and it was nice to be a little outside of the main hustle and bustle of the town.

Fantastisches Frühstück !!! Nicht Quantität, sondern Qualität zählt hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, absolut top. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl, und die Besitzer kennen sich auch sehr gut aus mit Outdoor Touren (Wandern, Bergsteigen, MTB Touren)

Alles entsprach voll den Erwartungen.

Hotel tranquil i molt còmode, ideal després d’un dia llarg d’esquí. L’habitació estava neta i el llit era confortable. El personal, molt amable en tot moment. Esmorzar molt correcte, variat i de bona qualitat. La parada del bus de pistes just davant de l’hotel és molt pràctica, tot i que les pistes están a 10 minutos caminant.

Die Arlbergerin ist in einem Mix aus moderner Architektur und urig traditioneller Einrichtung gehalten und lädt rundum zum Wohlfühlen ein. Unser Zimmer (im Neubau) war groß, sauber und bot genug Platz für Gepäckstücke und Kleidung. Es verfügte zudem über eine tolle große Dusche mit Durchblick zum Bett und einen großen Balkon mit Bergblick. Auch der Saunabereich gefiel uns sehr gut. Es gab eine Biosauna und eine Finnische Sauna, zudem einen Ruheraum mit Liegen und eine kleine, aber feine Teebar mit kleinen Snacks (Äpfel und Nüsse). Eine Candybar im UG war zudem ein absolutes Highlight und wurde täglich von uns genutzt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Auch die Käsespätzle sowie Blattspinatknödel auf der Abendkarte waren ein Schmaus, obwohl die Knödelportion etwas klein war (gerne 3, anstatt nur 2 Knödel). Das Hotel ist so gelegen, dass man schnell auf lokale Wanderwege kommt und Liftstationen gut zu Fuß erreicht. Vor der Haustür gibt es zudem eine Bushaltestelle.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer sowie eine Klimaanlage hätten wir uns noch gewünscht

Erg ruime kamer, heel goed in orde! Fijn dat er gedacht werd aan kleine attenties: thee op de kamer, koekjes in de lobby... Het ontbijt overtrof onze verwachtingen, heel erg van genoten! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, ze hebben de receptie zelfs langer open gehouden voor ons omdat we er niet op tijd geraakten. Hierdoor konden we helaas ook niet meer genieten van de sauna, maar deze zag er wel heel aangenaam uit. Een verblijf hier is zeker een aanrader!

Het warm en koud water van onze douche waren verkeerd aangesloten, het duurde even voor we doorhadden dat we de kraan op koud water moesten zetten om warm water te krijgen... :)

Zimmer haben keine Klima bzw. kein fliegennetz, im abends zu lüften ( viele Stechmücken)

Upgrade zu einem sehr schönen, modernen Zirbenzimmer mit begehbarer Dusche.

Staff are super friendly. Breakfast was great. Location is quite convenient to the lifts - just 5m on the free bus. Sauna was perfect after a hard day skiing. Would absolutely stay again.

A little far away from center and lifts

The staff at the breakfast was excellent. Very friendly. The people at reception was very friendly with exception of the manager. The rooms was old but well kept and for a weekend skiing was perfect as I spent little time at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious!

They didn’t have the small notice to hung at the door for not disturb. And the house keeping kept sneaking me up each morning sometimes was 8:30am! I was skiing and obviously quite tired so I was t so please about that. On my last night my key card got damaged and I arrived at the hotel really lates as my friends and I went crazy party. I couldn’t open the door. They had a buzzer which I kept pressing and no one answered . I tried to called the number but obviously I had had a few drinks! Someone that lived near by heard me and came to help me and ended up staying in their apartment because no one ever came to give me access…. It was really bad. To be Honest. When I spoke to them on reception they were blaming me and saying you did t call. But o explained that how about if I lost my phone. Or something. And they kept blaming me. It was really terrible service then. As o was put in danger . It was really freezing and really late and I knew no one! Then never offered an apology. They just blamed it on me…

Everything was clean and breakfast was nice. Good location with the bus stop right next to the hotel. The hotel also gives you depot service for skis near the gondolas.

The rooms are missing a mini fridge, most hotels at this point have it. It feels like is pushing people to order stuff in the restaurant. Restaurant always had the same menu at nights.

Excellent breakfast. Very nice personal. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Very cozy family run hotel which is located in a quieter part of the town. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we would definitely would be back again!

I don't often write a review, but I think it was due this time. The hotel is brilliant, with attention to details like spacious rooms, with large storage space, sweets on the way up from the ski room, and long opening times for the Sauna. The staff was brilliant, friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is plenty and lots of choice. The restaurant is really worth booking for the evening meal. Even if out of the centre, there is a bus stop at the front door, or the possibility to cut across fields.
