The host response was not timely and when I pointed this out to her, she got an attitude and was not receptive of the customer feedback I gave her. I called and messaged her via WhatsApp, I never got her , we had to ask security attendant to call her. Which he did. I sent a WhatsApp message in real time on the phone while speaking with her, when I asked her if she saw the message, she said yes. I asked her what did the message say, she said she was at work and didn’t have the phone with her. Additionally, I was in the company of my family member and hired driver who heard the way which she spoke to me, which was not favorable. She then proceeded to cancel my booking via text a few minutes later,while I’m right there at the property in nearby vicinity waiting to get into my room and cited that she didn’t think me staying at this venue would be a good fit. Terrible customer experience. :( This is terrible customer service! Leaving me high and dry after flying several hundred miles from New England to the Caribbean! I had to go find another hotel at the last minute. :( As a healthcare provider, real estate developer, and Fellow Airbnb owner, I can definitely say that Shana- She definitely needs to learn to be a little bit more teachable, and understand how to appease her customers when verbalize that their expectations are not being met. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The place was exactly what we were looking for, with amazing views that made it easy to relax and enjoy Jamaica. It was nice being away from the typical resort experience because it gave us the chance to explore the local communities, eat at local spots, and see a more authentic side of the island. We were on the 3rd floor with other apartments so it wasn't isolated. There was 24/7 security which made us feel even more safe. The keypad entry allowed us to have peace of mind. As women traveling, anything adding to safety is a plus! The pool and gym were such a nice addition. The apartment was fully furnished and modern living. The WiFI was very fast and reliable. Was even able to still access it when at the pool area. It was 1 and 1/2 baths which was perfect. The AC cooled the place really well. The kitchen had all the equipments you would need. The host also arranged a taxi driver for us, and he was fantastic. He was always responsive, never overcharged us, and had some of the best rates we found. He was reliable, friendly, and made getting around the island completely stress-free. Overall, this Airbnb gave us a much better experience than staying at an all-inclusive resort. If you're looking to experience the real Jamaica while still having a comfortable place to stay with incredible views, this is a great choice. We'd happily stay here again.

Our stay at Falcon Island View in Montego Bay was wonderful. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Jamaica. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and gorgeous landscape was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which made us feel right at home. The location also felt very safe and convenient, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. If you’re looking for a place with breathtaking views, exceptional hospitality, and a secure atmosphere, Falcon Island View is a fantastic choice in Montego Bay.

The property was very clean and beautiful

The host did not tell us we were on the second floor without a elevator We have to climb all those steps and my aunt could not deal with steps.

Place was great, clean really nicely decorated and comfortable, super spacious. View from the dining room and living room was amazing. Well appointed kitchen.

Small bugs in kitchen but not a dealbreaker, was a little clunky with the payment transfer and getting the code from the host, communication could have been improved!

The apartment is breathtakingly beautiful and very spacious!!

There were these tiny little bugs, almost microscopic, but I won't miss a pest of any sort. They kept crawling all over my phone and anything else I had charging on the nightstand.

It was Clean Spacious and Well Kept Apartment

I had an amazing stay. The one bedroom apartment is superb. Large and spacious. TV in the bedroom which I loved! Great view as well. Staff were on hand to help with my luggage which was good given I was on the second floor. My only negative is that I was looking forward to a swim in the pool but I was unable to because they had just added shock treatment. Perhaps this could be done at night so guests can enjoy the pool. I will definitely be back!

Shana Kay was extremely responsive. Roy is a gem and an asset. The apartment is exactly as the photos with minimal wear. Furniture comfy with no wear. Bed is on the firmer side, which I happen to prefer anyway. Both ACs work great. Fans work great. TVs work great. All the basic amenities of home provided. The balcony is everything. Harmony beach, fast food, and the craft market are all within walking distance. Walking is only for the adventurous as some portions of the sidewalk at dangerous road bends dont exist, but totally doable if you dont have transportation. Again, when available, Roy can take you to any of these places.

I booked the facility on short notice after missing my flight out of MBJ. I was a little anxious but the host made my stay worthwhile I almost extended my stay. The facility is exceptional. The interior is incredible and absolutely comfortable. Definitely heading back there.

Clean and calm great for relaxing

The apartment is beautiful, specious and clean, the staff super nice and helpful

The location is a bit far from the beach and the center and it's impossible to walk, so you either have to have a car or take taxis which are very expensive there

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The property location and the staff.

Nothing that I disliked. There was an issue with the master bathroom but the staff was right on it. Problem was out of their control but the staff acted quickly and resolved the issue,
