Falcon Bay - Airport Pickup Available - Gated-Security

This place surprised me. It was easy to locate after the owner provided instructions. The exterior property and pool are well maintained. The Management team were friendly and nice! It was a great experience and choice for my one night stay.

Another apartment with other guest had a gathering with loud music after 8pm. It wasn't horrible, just would've preferred if the music was lower. This had nothing to do with the apartment that I rented as this was outside of their control.

Property is Gated & secure. Apartment was Very clean and looks EXACTLY like the pictures. Check in was very easy and Shana is a great host and communicator. I will be back!

The environment was very comfortable and clean

We arrived and the lady said our reservation was cancelled. We never got noticed about it and the reservation was still confirmed on our side. We lost a lot of time and had to book somewhere else.

No food places in close proximety

We had a wonderful experience at Falcon Shoreline. The apartment is clean, modern, and very well-equipped with everything needed. Shana our host, was very kind and available from the time of the reservation to our departure. 10 /10 is a recommend! Thank you Shana :-)

The room aesthetically pleasing, exactly how it was advertised. The bed was comfortable. There were two double beds, the room was big enough for a family of four our three to stay for a short stay. Staff members were very welcoming.

This is not necessarily about the property. But I’d rather have the option of paying with a card. But this very minor.

Clean interior & gated community.

Lots of ants & bugs inside kitchen counter areas. Also, property is located up on a hill. Had no access to food service delivery. Walk to nearest fast food- KFC by harmony beach. That walk is not for the weak- dangerous along side roads with buses and cars speeding by. No option to pay via credit card via booking.com. Was told once on property- only cash was accepted or Zelle or PayPal.

I liked everything about this property, the location, cleanliness, friendly staff. My family and I absolutely loved it.

Safe, gated community with a large pool (I was the only one there both times that I used it). The unit had everything I needed. The staff were very nice.

It was not a big surprise but there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance. I used UBER, which worked quite well.

The pool and the view were amazing. The room that I had was updated and very stylish. This was a great place for just an overnight stay. The price was perfect and the staff was nice. It is gated so that was a bonus.

I enjoy the ambiance and setup . The host was accesssible and accommodating. Definitely will be staying again.

There was no outside space - patio or veranda - to sit on. Perhaps that could have been clearer in the advertisement. Also there was only one armchair. A second would have been be nice. One of us always had to sit on the bed.

Firstly the host was amazing. Very approachable and ensured that you are comfortable. The property was very secluded and nested on a very calm and relaxing area. Most of all the property and utilities were very clean.

The location, cleanliness, and 24/7 gated security. The heated pool was an added plus also. Shana is a great host. Checking in was quick, and a breeze.

The place looked absolutely amazing, like the kind of house you see on a show. The owner was very nice and sat down with us for a while. The facilities were clean and well provided.

The condominium looks litle bit old but very clean however the apt was amazing , clean , beds comfortables , new kitchen. Very very nice and conserge very kind

The place was exactly as advertised, but the experience was above our expectation.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We wanted to cancel our other engagement to spend the rest of our time here.

The property is modern and very clean. The staff at the property are really helpful and accommodating. The host was also responsive and supportive when we were checking in early hours of the morning.

Nothing - only slight issue was the water temperature was warm and not as hot as back home, however I have experienced this in a lot of accommodations in Jamaica

Check out left a bad taste in my mouth, as we were told we owed an $18USD “service fee,” despite paying full at check in with cash, as requested, or risk being charged a “no show” fee instead. This surprise service fee was not advised of in any of my messages with the host or in my booking confirmation (I have screenshots). Luckily, I took out a little extra USD before coming out to Jamaica, but I would never book with this host again for this reason. Moreover, at 4:30AM, I received an email from booking.com advising that we had never checked in to the property, leaving me uncomfortable with the check in process and worried we would be taken advantage of since we had paid cash. Turns out my gut was probably correct. If it weren’t for the check out experience, the swimming pool being too dirty to swim in, and the location necessitating the use of ubers to get anywhere would not have been an issue for us given it was a short term stay. However, it really highlighted the negatives of the place for us, and now we don’t really have good memories of our quick stop in MoBay.

We loved the fully equipped room, we loved the quiet. And the shuttle from the airport to the property and back. Loved. Roy who helped us shop at the local supermarket.
