My Resort Hua Hin Service Apartment with Seaview

The kids water park and pools were really nice. Yes they are a bit dated and missing some tiles here and there but were clean and the building was actively re-tiling. Small playroom for kids and parking in basement. Located 8minutes from Tamarind and Cicada Market it was convenient for food but a rental scooter is helpful to explore Hua Hin. Beach is a 8minute walk.

Plan ahead and let the owner know what time you check out to ensure someone is available to return your deposit. We didn’t realize nobody was onsite. Apartments are dated and there was some cosmetic damage but it wasn’t horrible. One room only has a window that looks into the hallway.

The view, the pools, the safety, everything is a plus here. The balcony, the plush sofa there. The cleanliness was also very good. Unfortunately I arrived at 1 Am at night and had to leave at 12 PM so I never got to enjoy the several pools here. But I will certainly be back for at least 3 days here.

I slept on the Sofa outside, the frame hurts your back a bit. The AC in the hall is a little small for such a big place. That said, it did cool up the hall after a couple of hours.

The pools are great, especially for the children. Location is good, only a few kms to Hua Hin central. The beach is accessible via an easement.

It was difficult to walk past the main bed because of the TV on the wall and the second bedroom was maybe a little bit small. The air conditioning I think just needed a good service. The range hood didn't work, which I think is a fire risk problem. The design of the main bedroom and bathroom is not to have a door which is just a little bit strange

The pool and kids play zone was fantastic.

Everything else sucked. - Room was tiny, barely a foot of space around the bed. Felt like sardines in a can. Way too much unneeded furniture. Barely any space to put down a bag or a suitcase. Random baby furniture scattered around the room and closets. - Room had a kitchenette, but no drinking glasses, only coffee cups. Broken knifes and barely a good spoon. - Door alarm kept going off for no reason after opening the door with the provided key card. - Elevator door keeps closing super fast, can't get in or out without getting smashed by the closing door. I don't walk slow. - Room wasn't made up properly, empty snack bags were laying around. - Bed super, super uncomfortable. Ultra cheap mattress and bedding. - Very, very old air conditioners. Hard to use, remote barely functions. - Zero facilities on the property. No restaurant. No bar. Nothing whatsoever. - No laundry facility or service. - Advertised as "Serviced appartment" but there is no actual service. - No receipt was provided for the 2000 THB key deposit - Owner was rude when handing over the keys

Location was pretty good, facilities were good on the property

Apartment was fairly old, definitely could do with a freshen up, new floors, paint etc. Bathroom was very odd, glass sliding door between bedroom and bathroom, no privacy unless no one was in the bedroom.

Nice big rooms with lots of ammenities

Never informed about closed kiddies area. Beach is far away since the hotel in front is blocking access, so a long detour is needed.

Lage ist gut, Poolanlage ist auch schön, aber leider fehlen im Pool viele kleine Mosaikfliesen. An den scharfen Kanten kann man sich sehr schnell verletzen. Das Appartment entspricht der Beschreibung. Einzig: die Badezimmer sind nur durch eine Glasscheibe und Glastür von den Schlafzimmern getrennt. Privatsphäre gibt es da nicht

ห้องพักกว้าง หากเทียบเฉพาะห้องพักถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา ห้องค่อนข้างสะอาด สะดวกสบาย อุปกรณ์สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องครบครัน ถ้าต้องการพักเพื่อใช้ห้องอย่างเดียว ไม่ใช้สระว่ายน้ำถือว่าค่อนข้างตอบโจทย์ (ที่พักไม่มีอาหาร) ที่จอดรถเพียงพอถือว่าค่อนข้างดี

สระว่ายน้ำค่อนสกปรก (มาก) มีกระเบื้องแตก เด็กน้อยถูกกระเบื้องที่อยในสระบาด รวมถึงบางสระมีกำลังปรับปรุงไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ซึ่งสระอยู่ติดๆกันทำให้มีสิ่งสกปรกบางส่วนตกไปในสระที่ใช้งานได้ด้วย นอกจากนี้เพราะการซ่อมแซมทำให้มองดูไม่สวยงามเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Our stay at My Resort Hua Hin Service Apartment was overall just okay. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family, with a convenient location just a short walk to Cicada Market, Tamarind Market, and the beach. The property also offered excellent family-oriented facilities, including a large kids' pool with water slides.

However, cleanliness could have been better—certain items like a rusted dustbin and small overlooked areas needed attention. Additionally, the kids' pool tiles had sharp edges, causing minor injuries to our baby and nanny. Apart from these issues, the stay was acceptable.

Very happy, accommodation was convenient with a microwave, washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in each room. Location was convenient and quiet. Swimming facilities was amazing for children. Overall, highly recommend for small to medium family.

Nice pools for kids

however the apartment was not so clean. Not such a good value for money especially if you are paying 8k for 2 nights there are better hotels available at this price

The pools are great and are awesome for the kids. Rooms were small, but both contained on-suites, so that was handy. There was a washing machine but only a really small drying rack for clothes. No coffee or condiments provided so couldn't make a drink (they do provide water which is great) No, plug for the sink to clean the dishes

Clean, bright and modern apartment. There was a choice of individual apartments available on Booking.com which appear privately owned, we went for this one (C603) as it looked the most modern furniture wise. Felt very comfortable. Ideal for family. Stayed for 4 nights. The resort is great for children, plenty of pools and water park. Cross the road to the beach. Shop opposite for provisions. Easy Bemo ride into town and shopping malls.

The rat underneath the bed in one of the room was a big disturbance.

The pools, the view, the location, the proximity to Cicada Night Market.

Not enough towels, glass bathroom walls and doors, balcony doors didn’t lock.

The maid is very nice and try to support everything

The access to the beach is not close and check for the sea tide, thus, we can't enjoy the beach close to the residence

We need the kids' pool, but it was closed, and they didn't tell us.
