My recent stay at the Divine Inn Hotel was deeply disappointing. While the initial appearance of the room offered some promise, the fundamental failures in facility management and the hostile environment made for an untenable experience. Room & Facilities Aesthetic Appeal: The room itself was spacious and aesthetically pleasing, which initially created a positive first impression. Severe Plumbing Failures: Unfortunately, the functionality was non-existent. The toilet did not flush properly, leading to major sanitary concerns. Flooding: The bathroom issues resulted in water flooding into the bedroom area, causing significant discomfort. Environment & Ambience Constant Noise Pollution: It is impossible to sleep or find any peace in this building at any hour. The corridors are filled with workers talking loudly on phones, shouting, and playing loud music, regardless of the time of day or night. Hostile Atmosphere: There is a specific woman on-site who creates an incredibly unwelcoming environment. She frequently directs aggressive, hostile looks at me and spends the entire day screaming orders at workers or shouting into her phone. I heard every word she said from my bedroom. Guest Service Communication Barrier: When I attempted to raise these serious concerns with one short male staff member responsible for check-ins, I was dismissed. He claimed he could not assist me because he did not speak or understand English, leaving me with no recourse for the issues I faced. He told me he only spoke Hindi. Summary: Despite the physical size and design of the rooms, the persistent noise, unprofessional behavior from staff, and critical plumbing failures make this hotel a place I cannot recommend. Avoid if you value rest or basic hospitality. This place is more of a college frat house than a home stay. Run and do not book this place if you want peace and quiet. Don’t be fooled because it is impossible to sleep or rest peacefully at this property.

1-2 rooms are decent rest you will feel like you are living in very poor place , smelly washrooms , no privacy.

Smelly washroom , no proper handwashes , flush are bad , ac not in good conditions , you have to do some tricks to make ac work . Disrespectful staff specially female staff , wifi not working , manager or the person who gives the room says she js the owner although she is working there.

Room was not clean. There was a used condom between the cupboard & bed. So much dust & dirt under the bed. Torn bed sheet. Pictures showed a single seater sofa in the room which was missing. I stayed for 2 days & no towels were provided. TV was there but was not working. They said a working kitchen is available but I was told the refrigerator was off so could not use that. Would not recommend.

Honestly, I liked everything including the location, behaviour of the staff, the ambience, kitchen, room everything beyond the expectation. Without asking, the staff "Tanya" upgraded our room which was very surprising and made the day. So, personally I recommend everyone to book a stay with reasonable price and all the facilities. At the end, good part is that you will get a open kitchen with all the facilities where you can cook and also bring your food inside.

There is nothing which I don't like in this hotel. Everything was up to the mark.

A nice homey atmosphere, my room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There's plenty of space out of the room, a kitchen, several sofas, tables, etc They have a Nespresso machine so a coffee enthusiast like me felt like in heaven. The landlord and lady, the working people are very welcoming

The common kitchen is pretty extensive and you could cook your own meals there. (Although you need to buy the ingredients yourself at a supermarket a kilometer away.) There is also plenty of instant coffee and tea there to meet your needs.

Everything that was not the kitchen was disappointing. The bathroom is so small that the toilet is underneath the shower. The bathrooms are connected to other rooms so when other guests are using their bathroom, you can hear every detail, as well as have their bright bathroom light shine into your room. The beds felt like slabs of stone. Not comfortable to sleep on. The hotel does not have any air filters and being close to the city center, it really really needs them. Instead, they air out the hotel twice a day... during rush hour! So expect your room to smell and breathe as if someone is constantly smoking sigarets right in the room with you. Finally, there was no breakfast and the hotel staff was not very helpful. They seemed mostly busy calling their friends on the phone.

Clean & Peaceful property good connectivity with local transport

The cleanliness of the room and the common areas which ever were within the scope of the Inn's management was par excellence. The Check in procedure was very vigilant, which was reassuring for general safety of all guests. The room I had booked was well equipped with a very large and clean attached washroom. The staff is cooperative and polite. There is a large and clean lobby area for common use of guests. Transport connectivity of all possible modes including Metro Rail are very easily accessible within 5 minutes or less of walk from the property.

Although the management had provided a fully equipped self serve common kitchen facility with free supplies of Tea / Cofee / Peanut Butter and more. The guests and staff alike were not cleaning the utensils well enough before keeping them back for use by the next person. Staff was heard talking loudly with each other or over the phone, which was not befitting of the otherwise a very nice environment. I am sure there is hope for improvement as Mr.Kohli the owner seems eager to improve on all things brought to his notice.

A very beautiful homestay with communal kitchen yet attached bathrooms. I personally found the place much much better than I initially expected. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating. Recommended for a peaceful Stay and good sleep.

There is nothing to like about this property first of all there is no sign board so you can find this property and there is no parking available for vehicle even for two wheeler and the room and above all there is no network of any sim so you are gonna cut off from everyone once you enter in this property

We booked a queen & a deluxe room, the queen room was more spacious than deluxe. I would rate cleanliness 9 out of 10 beds were very comfortable. We had a great sleep. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a beautiful shared kitchen we couldn’t use the kitchen, but it was very clean, equipped and well maintained. The lounging space is very tastefully done overall, it was a great stay. Thank you for accommodating us.

The room was too small. The AC was not cooling. We had to remove the filter which was not clean

Overall, The Property is well suited for couples & offers a pleasant stay. However there are few area of improvement, such as the Dish Tv. Despite the minor issues the kitchen & bathroom was very clean and well maintained & all other amenities where in good working condition. The host and caretaker where very accommodating and helpful. In conclusion i would recommend this stay for peaceful and enjoyable stays to couples and families too

The place is same as pictures, we booked it late evening & was hesitant if i will be granted check inn, the host was warm welcoming & friendly, the place is at walking distance from Rajouri garden metro station on the main Ring Road, conveniently located with the check inn instructions and location provided by host The self service kitchen was a big plus next morning, we ordered milk and bread butter from blink-it and prepared our tea and breakfast. i liked this new concept

We had the access to the self serviced kitchen, the dry ingredients like coffee, tea & sugar was provided which was a savior for my budget corporate stay. The kitchen equipped with the kettle, micro, cooktop and all other basic amenities like utensils and other basic amenities was adding the ease at dinner time. Thankyou for the convenient stay
