Bloom Hotel - Karol Bagh

After reading many obviously fake reviews on booking.com we booked Bloom hotel and were happy with our choice. Staff were welcoming and very helpful and were keen to make our stay pleasant. Nothing was a problem. Our room was spacious with a king size bed and was clean and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was compact but with a good shower. Everything is quite worn and could do with updating, but there are lots of touches that show some attention to detail - newly painted walls with matching yellow decorations. Tea and coffee making and a fridge in the room. The restaurant next door to the hotel serves breakfast - both continental and Indian and very reasonable evening meals. For central Karol Bagh this hotel is a good choice.

The street was mainly for car repair business so a tuktuk is required to to markets etc. however there are several outside the door so it is no hassle. We also had a problem with the travel agency they use, we had a pre booked airport pickup but the guy wasn't there. They give a phone no to call but we didn't have an Indian sim. After a lot of waiting we just used the official airport taxi service, which was considerably cheaper anyway! We later received apologies from the hotel and the agency.

Aaah so many things ! The hotel is worn out and badly needs renovation ! Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved ! Staff were cold and not welcoming at all !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — DO NOT STAY HERE Absolutely terrible experience at Bloom, Karol Bagh. The front desk staff were rude, unwelcoming and had a horrible attitude from the moment we arrived. But Alam was the worst of all — extremely rude and disrespectful, especially the way he spoke to my father. Completely unacceptable. Nobody was willing to help with anything. Every problem was basically dismissed with “Talk to Booking.com.” Then why have a front desk? The breakfast was also very poor and looked completely unappetizing. Overall, bad service, bad attitude, bad experience from start to finish. Seriously, train your staff properly. This is not how guests should be treated. Never coming back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere they treat you as guest.

Entrance, no kitchen attached. Hence, you need to depend lot on outside food which causes inconvenience if you reach property post whole day work.

The regular room floors stink after complaining twice they give me a decent room which was liveable. Some of staff is good but remaining was very arrogant.

Property did not clearly mention about max person per room . Created confusion , ended up paying extra with senior citizens parents made wait for 45 min

Las instalaciones limpias, cómodas habitaciones, el servicio de aseo fue muy bueno, y destaco la amabilidad del personal de recepción que siempre colaboraron en todo.

En general todo fue muy bueno, sin embargo la limpieza del sector exterior al hotel generaba cierta inseguridad, pero después me di cuenta que eso ocurría mayormente en toda la ciudad.

PErsoneel was vriendelijk en alles. De locatie is goed maar is niet voor iedereen, karol bagh is een plaats waar het niet schoon is dus neem dat met je mee wanneer je boekt.

Ik vond het hotel van binnen ok maar sommige dingens waren kapot en niet erg schoon als je op alles let. Voor de kamers die je krijgt vind ik dat het hotel wel duur was, overall wel leuke tijd hier gehad.

It’s falling apart. 1. Iron was leaking water and it wet my shirt rather than iron it. 2. Shower head was all clogged so barely any water streams making the showering experience very bad. I have a full videos for all

I have been to this property for the since it was not under Bloom's control. Its earlier name was Swati hotel .It's really overpriced .One of its most important thing is that customer has to asked for shaving kit and brushes etc. Despite charging so much, you should already have the things his bathroom cz its a regular practice.

When I checked in at night, I found out that the air conditioner in my room was not working, which made it impossible for me to sleep at night.

Clean linen, comfortable bed, hot water, AC is working perfectly, kettle in the room. Availability of the drinking water in the hotel in the corridors and reception.

Bad room cleaning, awful internet in the rooms, awful surroundings near the hotel. You step out of the entrance door and beggars meet you every morning - hotel staff does not do anything about it. Non professional staff. We had to go to reception to charge room cards so often because they didn’t work to open the room. It was very disappointing. It’s pathetic location for getting a taxi early in the morning and at night. There is travel agent at the reception where you can call up the taxi - it’s the only option. But their services are awful. The taxi was late for 30 minutes. Be sure to start the journey to the airport much much earlier - otherwise you can be late for the flight. You can not rely on this travel agent service at the reception. We asked for big car - but they sent small car. They charge twice price for the taxi. Look for another taxi option. Don’t use this guy service.

Good location, kind staff. Generally clean. Good for 1 or 2 night’s stays.

Breakfast was at the next door restaurant and it was ok, but they should also include some non-Indian options in the menu. We’re not used to having such heavy meals for breakfast so ended up eating toast with Nutella only. Simple omlette or porridge would make a big difference!
