整体都很不错。

冷气会一直自动关，不是timer的问题，应该是没什么gas了。 冷气不够冷。其他的都很好。

La résidence est extrêmement bien située. La pression de l'eau est bonne et l'eau est chaude.

L'hôte était expéditif. La salle de bain était sale et sentait mauvais donc j'ai demandé un nettoyage. Quelques minutes plus tard, quelqu'un est venu renverser une bouteille d'eau de javel en guise de ménage et pour camoufler les mauvaises odeurs. La cuisine était également sale, le ménage est approximatif. À mon départ de la chambre, un commentaire a été ajouté à mon nom, que j'ai demandé à Booking de retirer. Je ne savais même pas que cela était possible. Je ne recommande pas cette agence.

⚠️ Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel. Plusieurs agences immobilières possèdent des appartements dans la même résidence, c'est pourquoi vous constaterez que des logements similaires ont des noms et prix qui diffèrent. Choisissez donc l'agence la mieux notée et la moins chère. La résidence est extrêmement bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied de Bukit Bintang. Elle est globalement propre. La pression dans la salle de bain est bonne et l'eau est chaude (ce n'est pas le cas partout à KL). La vue depuis la piscine est très jolie.

L'hôte n'était pas très agréable. Il faut payer une caution de 200 MYR en cash uniquement. Il y a un distributeur au 7/11 en face de la résidence.

The best thing is the locations it’s near to the pavilion and most of the famous streets no need to get a taxi

The elevator is not good it takes a long time

The cleanliness and the location are strategic with an affordable price.

La situación. Muy céntrico y muy buenas vistas. El apartamento en la planta 35 muy practico, 2 plantas por debajo de la piscina y gimnasio. El apartamento tiene lavadora y secadora. Es un apartamento con una habitacion y un estudio tipo loft con cocina, mesa…. Tiene 2 baños y eso es ideal para 2 parejas. Nos guardaron las maletas el dia del checkout. Y eso nos ayudo mucho para disfrutar de nuestro viaje.

Este alojamiento bien pero me costó una fortuna porque la noche anterior me cancelaron la reserva que tenia en el mismo edificio con otra compañia: Axon Residence Bukit Bintang By Lux Stay KLCC. Así que tuve que reservar de nuevo con los precios cuatriplicados. Al llegar al nuevo apartamento otra sorpresa, no teniamos un apartamento de 3 habitaciones! Teniamos en el comedor 2 camas separados por un armario. Nos quejamos y nos dieron otro apartamento con otra habitación. Menos mal que íbamos con nuestros hijos adolescentes y ellos felices de tener su apartamento para ellos. Pero no es lo que se describía en Booking. Pero al final estuvimos muy bien. Ademas nos querian cobrar un 3% por pagar con tarjeta. Nos quejamos y nos quitaron el 3% Cuidado con las reservas en efectivo!

We had to pay cash at the property which was only in the fine print and not properly communicated. The hallway and room smelt so so so bad.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The details were a little iffy on booking but it's fine on the day of the stay. Just go to the lobby and contact the host on WhatsApp and he'll get you sorted then.

One of the light switches in the room didnt work properly and we didn't realize it takes 10 minutes for the water to heatup. i wish smaller things like that were mentioned

Nowhere to hang your wet towels in the bathrooms, you need to pay 200 MYR when you check in as a deposit and cleaning fees not included in booking.com price

Clean room . Great location in the heart of Bukit Bintang . Prompt and easy check in and check out.

Basic room . No fridge . Bit smaller . In fact @ Axon suites different unit different facilities and size.

We couldn’t access the swimming pool since it was on maintenance.

Washing machine cant dry off my clothes

The view from the apartment was stunning, had the view of the twin towers, KL tower and the 118 Merdeka tower. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a bonus having a washing machine/dryer. We had been at a hotel before for a conference so it was so good to be in a nice and spacious apartment. The 37th floor had an amazing view from the infinity pool.

We had to pay cash when we arrived up to the room which was fine but we had to leave quite early in the morning of check out day so someone had to come up to the room the night before to return the security deposit so we had a bit of cash that we had to try and change before flying out of the country.

Location was near resto and mall and near the mrt. The host made sure to give me the keycard and showed me to my room as I arrived past 9pm.

Building elevator takes more than 5mins waiting time. Wifi was unreliable.

Great location and beautiful views from the apartment. The pool is very nice as well.

We didn't like how insanely busy it is daily in the lobby and how much time you need to wait for the elevators as well- prepare yourself with patience. We were as well not informed that the payment can be done in cash only otherwise we will be charged more if we pay by card. As well disappointed that we had to pay for my suitcase after check out for a few hours. And that out of the 6 days we stayed there 5 days the pool was under maintenance 🙄- and that was the main reason we picked this place. Also, how come in 6 days nobody cleans up the place or even brings toilet paper?

It was no information about parking fee during booking stage, which in my opinion it should have been stated to manage customer expectations.

Convenient location. Friendly staff who acted on my requests promptly.

Cooking utensils not enough. Lobby is full of guests, too busy and a bit chaotic. Elevators are slow and sometimes do not open the door at your floor to let you out.

LIFT NEED WAIT

Nothing. I would advise anyone against from staying at Axon, and especially do not book from this listing. Or any other listing at Axon as this gang manages 30+ properties there.

1. First thing you notice when you are there is the extremely long queue of people elbowing each other to take the lift. It takes up to 15 minutes one way a day to take the lift, which means you can use 30-45 minutes a day just for this purpose. 2. Second thing you notice is the amount of Bangladeshi, Indians and other foreign workers hanging out at the lobby. There are slumps next to this building and lots of them work at Axon as cleaners or agents for booking.com listing. I felt unsafe during the entire stay. 3. The hygiene. They came for room service and the floor smelled after the cleaning. They use the same mop to mop all the floors without cleaning. Don’t drop anything onto the floor, it’s disgusting. Towels and bedsheets have stains. I understand this maybe common standard in Asia but for the price you pay for this property, unacceptable. 4. We got put into a much lower standard place than the one we booked. When I complained, we got offered a very small discount which did not make up for the low standard. We were moved later but the complaint went unresolved. They are not interested in your reasoning, they just care about money. And you can’t pull out because there are literally 20+ Indians/ Bangladeshi men there and they are like a cartel. 5. The location itself is supposed to be good as it’s in the central area, but as soon as you walked out of the building there are slump. A lot of eyes staring at me when I walked around (woman 30+ in age wearing shorts). I would definitely not walk around there alone at night. 6. The infinity pool is way worse than the picture. It’s shallow, needs updating and just pretty crap.

The only thing I could say is that there are very few lifts, and we waited upwards of 10 minutes for one at times because the building was so busy. Everything else was great.
