Central Apartment with Free Parking & Roof Terrace

Aanvankelijk konden we de auto toch niet kwijt, maar de dame van het appartement ging hoogstpersoonlijk wat regelen en kwam er na twee minuten aan met de sleutel en een parkeerplek. Ze deed echt alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Ze gaf later ook allerlei tips voor het bezoeken van de stad.

Het meubilair is enigszins gedateerd

The location of the apartment is very good, only a few minutes walking distance to tram and bus. The free parking is great. The apartment has everything you need and I’d definitely recommend going up to the roof terrace for an amazing view. Zia is a very friendly host and she replies very fast to messages.

To małe ale funkcjonalne, przytulne mieszkanie , na parterze w bloku. Mała sypialnia, salonik z aneksem i łazienka. Jest balkon. Jest dobrze zaopatrzone we wszystko co potrzeba : żelazko, suszarka, zmywarka, pralka. Jest wifi. Do centrum dobre 30, 40 min piechotą lub autobusami ( komunikacja wyśmienita). W pobliżu sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje. Bezpieczna, spokojna, ale żyjąca okolica.

Nie ma telewizora.

Location was reasonable. Parking was attractive to book.

Place was not clean. Carpets not vacuum cleaned. Microwave very dirty. Sheets on bed not fit to stay in. House said that to rectify a person would come at 10pm at night. Would have needed at least 2 hours to clean

Cozy apartment equipped with everything needed in a good location. The host was also very nice and careful. We were traveling with a 4-month-old baby, and we received an additional crib.

Monolocale con tutti i confort possibili e chi ci ha ospitate davvero accogliente e disponibile; vicino a una fermata del tram o del bus che in poco tempo porta in centro città; supermercato a 4 minuti a piedi molto fornito anche per i celiaci, essendone io una.

Non trovare tra le spezie e i condimenti l’olio d’oliva (gusto personale).

Zelo lepo urejen apartma, mirna lokacija, blizu javnega potniškega prometa, zagotovljeno parkirno mesto, lep razgled s terase, zelo prijazna lastnica.

Goed gelegen appartement met een parkeerplaats inbegrepen (!). Netjes, gerieflijk, klein maar fijn. Terras + dakterras. Supervriendelijke host!!

Perfect to explore Oslo! There is everything you need ans it‘s perfectly located to enjoy all this city has to offer. We were warmly greeted and had a wonderful time. Thanks again!

Small bedroom, (doesn’t accommodate suitcases) no television, everything else really good,

I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived. The apartment feels more spacious than what i deemed from the photos and m². I loved the sunny balcony, facing the view of picturesque garden houses across the street. There was also a huge rooftop terrace, with spectacular, 180-degree views of Oslo. The location is practical, less than 5 minutes walk from Carl Berners plass, a major transport hub, and thriving with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The host also provides a parking space around the corner from the flat. It's super convenient and rare for Oslo. The host was super friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze! Thank you for hosting me! I highly recommend this apartment!

The host used some strong room perfume sticks from Rituals in the living room and bathroom. I'm a bit sensitive to smells, but that was easily solved by putting the scent bottles in the cupboard.

Our host Ziaitouna was very pleasant and helpful. She met us at the apartment and gave us advice about the area incl buying groceries, eating out and travel tickets, etc. Location was fantastic-easy travel into the city centre and harbour, etc. Apartment was smallish but comfortable and cozy. Good kitchen facilities for cooking, which is what we wanted because it is expensive always eating out in Norway. Recommend.

-The bed was honestly terrible. Way too soft, a mattress with two toppers, one of them folded strangely underneath the other (I have no idea why) -Cleanness can improve (carpets, windowsills, kitchen) -Apartment is at ground flour, directly at the entrance of the building, not moch privacy when the curtains are opened. -Host used parfum sticks with very strong smell (probably meant as a nice gesture, but the intense parfum smell is rather irritating, in my opinion)

The cozy apartment is located in central Oslo, offering easy access to transport. There’s a direct bus to the airport, and nearby supermarkets make it very convenient. The rooftop terrace is a great spot to enjoy fresh Norwegian air and the city view. A big bonus is the free parking. The host is very attentive, providing great local tips. Highly recommended for a comfortable and peaceful stay!
