Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Lamentablemente la estadía fue tan mala por el estado general del departamento y la falta del servicio de agua en la mayor parte del día que hemos tenido una pésima estadía, SE TRATA DE UNA ESTAFA YA QUE LAS FOTOS PUBLICADAS NO RESPONDEN AL ESTADO REAL DE LA PROPIEDAD, evidentemente fueron sacadas hace años, ADEMÁS EL ANFITRIÓN NO RESPONDE SIQUIERA, UNOS IRRESPONSABLES Y ESTAFADORES
Departamento con una falta total de mantenimiento que opaca totalmente la ubicación. Y etc, la falta de respuesta del los anfitriones y de Booking hasta el momento ya que hemos solicitado un reembolso dado que realmente fue pésima la estadía, teníamos agua en la red solo durante 2 o 3 horas por día y no se han hecho cargo absolutamente, solicitamos la devolución del importe pagado y no hemos tenido siquiera respuesta, realmente una pésima experiencia

Other owners in the building are not friendly and don’t want you there. The kitchen needs a renovation. We couldn’t do our laundry because the dryer machine was making a huge noise and other neighbors were mad. Owner was advised but did not offer any other assistance or suggestions.We are a big family with special needs kid , the towels must be washed..
