High Flyer KLIA at Alanis Residence Kota Warisan

Everything was soooo clean with a beautiful decor and such comfy beds!! The overall vibe was so peaceful and cozy and homey I was sad I had a flight the next day or I would've stayed longer!! On top of that, the owner was so kind and cooperative to extend our check-out time because my daughter was not well. Simply LOVED the stay there!! ❤️

Wir haben die Wohnung wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. Sie ist groß, sauber und gemütlich. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gute Lage: sehr viele Läden, Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Close to KLIA, which was our main goal as we were flying out at 6pm. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed including a water purifier.

Would have been useful for there to have been some basic kitchen necessities such as salt, sugar and tea. There were only some coffee sachets.

Nous avons dormi 1 nuit entre 2 vols et c’était bien correct. Ce n’est pas loin de l’aéroport. Le logement est confortable et propre.

Nous avions reçu les indications pour l’arrivée, mais l’hôte avait omis d’ajouter le fait que nous devons nous arrêté à la guérite ou il y a les gardiens afin de s’enregistrer avant que notre taxi puisse entrer pour nous déposer devant le bon bloc.

Ubytování jsme zvolili kvůli blízkosti letiště. Z 15 patra byl hezký výhled. Apartmán je dobře zařízený, působí velmi útulně. Komunikace ohledně vstupu do apartmánu byla skvělá. Bazén je fantastický, čistý a velký. V blízkosti se nachází obchody a restaurace. Vřele doporučuji.

pověšené dekorace a obrazy měly na sobě vrstvu prachu, které si všiml i můj syn :) Ale jinak bylo ubytování čisté, lůžkoviny, ručníky voňavé a čisté.

Lovely furnished and very clean. Condo has two rooms. We chosed this between flights and wanted to stay close to airport. Host was very informative and attentive. It is a self check in apartment. Flat has everything for your need not just for airport transport it is also very convinient for longer accomadations. Thank you🙏

Nothing just main door entrance security check in was wierd. It was first time i delivered my passport to the gate security for photocopy.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos desde el primer momento; el alojamiento no le faltaba ningún detalle, todo estaba cuidado y perfectamente equipado. La dueña fue muy atenta en todo momento, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Como recomendación para futuros huéspedes, es importante indicar al Grab que os deje en el bloque C de la residencia, ya que el acceso es con seguridad y es el punto más cómodo para entrar. Sin duda, repetiríamos la experiencia.

Very nicely designed and furnished two bedroom apartment. Beds were comfortable in each of the bedrooms which were quiet for a good night’s sleep. There’s a small lanai with a nice unobstructed view towards the airport. Really nice and responsive host should you have any questions. There are lots of local restaurants and coffee/tea shops within a ten minute walk and also a small shopping mall with a supermarket.

Only some traffic noise from the highway when the lanai door was open but quiet when closed.

Brilliantly presented property. Felt right at home. Shame it was only for a 1 night stay as we were flying out the next day to Thailand and the property wasn't too far from the airport hence our booking. The property has every type of store at its disposal. Only annoying thing was that there's only one way in and out of the gated residence. You have to go all the way around to only walk back on yourself to get to the countless shops (nearly 10 minutes) which are literally 2 minutes walk away if there was a rear pedestrian entrance.

Very nice apartment, about 15min per grab from KLIA We stayed here 1 night during a layover.

It's a guarded location so if arriving by taxi be sure to let them drop you off at the right entrance. Have your passport ready to get past security.

I like how the room was designed well considering the customers who will stay. I like the rooms as well and the pool.

I think the bed covers smell off, the bed covers probably was not dried properly and so it smelled bad and was quite hard to sleep thinking if it was properly cleaned or not.

We had a next-day flight from Kuala Lumpur, so we chose to stay at this property as it was closer to the airport. The apartment was spotless, and the facilities were above our expectations. I wish I could stay more than one night to enjoy all the amenities the apartment offers.

El apartamento parece sacado de una exposición de habitaciones de tienda de muebles. Es súper agradable y tiene de todo. La ubicación ideal para hacer una noche de escala y volver al aeropuerto (15 mins en taxi). La entrada es muy fácil, te mandan un código para coger las llaves y listo.

Suitable if you need to fly out the next day. It is a 20 minute drive to KLIA1.

Getting in is quite a hassle with the security, expect long waiting times.

It was perfectly located for one night overlay between flights. The flat is beautifully decorated clean and has both ac and fans. Plenty of places to eat around. ,

Everything. !!! Absolutely loved it. 😍 True to the pictures on booking.com. (Not often the case). We have been travelling since the 4th of November 2024. And can honestly say this has been the most comfortable, relaxing stay my wife and I have had throughout our travels by far. We were even able to get our washing done in our room. Incredible. Loads of places to eat, McDonald's, pizza 🍕. A big supermarket with ATM, that's always helpful. All in walking distance, too. The host is extremely helpful, too. Always there to help, anytime on WhatsApp. We will definitely want to stay there again before we have to leave for home. (England). 😥. Looking forward to our return.

We really enjoyed our four-day, three-night stay here. I love the decor, which looks exactly like the photo provided. Everything is clean and there are adequate amenities. Most importantly, it is conveniently located near many eateries and malls. I absolutely enjoy it and plan to return if the opportunity arises.

Very dirty - we found someone else’s ear plugs and nose plugs on the floor, bathroom was not clean, cigarette butts on balcony. ?blood stain on bedsheet. I have included photos. All supplies were finished or close to finished - one and a half roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 days. Literally 2 pieces of tissue paper. Soap was finished. Long queue to enter and leave property due to the security staff having a disorganised process.

Very clean house ( as per picture). The mattress & pillows are hotel standard & very comfortable Easy & clear instruction of check in/out. The location is great, walking distance to eateries & supermarket. Nearby to airport as well. My kid enjoys the pool very much.

The property was in a great location for accessing the airport. It also walking distance from some shops and restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy and tastefully designed. The owner were very friendly and helpful. It is great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Very homey feel, homey design, has washing machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, beds are comfy, living chairs are nice, clean room.

Location is not that convenient, near market but actually need to walk a big circle to the place, take around 20mins. Water heater is not working in the day that I stayed, which is annoying

15min drive from airport to apartment, easy to check in, apartment is very clean, quiet, all facilities work well. Owner is nice, respond to our enquiry quickly and friendly. Walking 13mins to McDonald's, 7-11 and local shops.

Double size beds, suit to two slim people. A bit of bouncy if one person is big size.

The location was excellent and easily accessible to eat at any time. The distance between the resident and the food outlet is within walking distance. My family and I had a great time staying at this place.

There is nothing to add. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. In compared to hotel rooms, the pricing were reasonable, and residents were provided with family cooking appliances as well as wonderful coffee and utilities. Such opulence has never been seen in a five-star hotel.
