The air-conditioners took long time to function properly. All aircons took more than ½hour before cooling the given area. Fan in master bedroom was not working. No glass/cup/mug provided.

During my stay, there is some issues with access card, but the staff act immediately. There are some furniture and electrical appliances that is not well maintained like the TV and also the chair which is not stable and prone for fall.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Close to the airport so perfect for a night or two before your flight. Very secure area with lots of security guards on site. Room was spacious with a big bed, TV, table, wardrobe and fridge. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Instructions on how to check in/out are simple and it’s a very easy process. There’s a shop in the building which is very convenient. Has a very large pool and also a gym
Security guards aren’t particularly friendly - one was very rude to my girlfriend for no reason. Bed isn’t too comfortable you can feel the springs a lot.

Cleaning was bad , a lot ant around , found the cockroach. The toilet slippery dangerous for old people, sprinkle water to floor a lot soapy! ( cleaning need to be improved!)

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026L'emplacement car tout est a proximité (commerce resto mall) piscine très propre et la sécurité et au maximum surveiller en permanence.
L'accès a l'appartement et loin de l'entrée principale il faut faire tout le tour pour accéder a l'entrée et la sortir, literie passable, climatisation uniquement dans les chambres côté séjour c'est un four, salle de bain passable c'est vieux manque une porte qui sépare la laverie du séjour donc on attend tout les bruits de l'extérieur et la chaleur penetre.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The location was excellent, with restaurants, convenience stores, and self-service laundromats nearby. The property is also only about 15 minutes from KLIA. The host was responsive, the check-in/check-out process was straightforward, and all instructions regarding the unit and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The security deposit was refunded much faster than expected, which was appreciated. Although the stated turnaround time was within 24 hours, the host refunded it in approximately 7 hours.
The floor felt sticky, two bottles of soap were provided in the bathroom, but there were no labels indicating whether they were body wash, shampoo, or hand soap, and the electric kettle was not working. We also noticed several cockroaches in the kitchen area, which made us uncomfortable using the provided cutlery. In addition, the bedroom air conditioner was not very effective even when set to the lowest temperature, and there was no air conditioning in the living room, making the common area rather warm.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Horrible stay!!! Lack of emphaty from the owner of the homestay. My QR code to enter the security guard was expired and the owner did not inform me earlier. I was waiting at the post guard for 2hours at 6am after finish my night shift and been calling the owner more than 50times but no single response from them. They only get back to after 2hours providing the QR without any apologize and act like nothing happen. Could you imaging keep calling them for 2hours and waiting at the post guard after tiring shift and end they act like nobody ever called them. Plus The floor was sticky and room feel like a jail.

Mohon pihak homestay maklumkan kepada penyewa terlebih awal sama ada ingin menginap @ tidak sekiranya terdapat kekurangan pada rumah tersebut.cnth blok C2210 tempat kami menginap tidak mempunyai pintu dibhgn tmpt membasuh dan pintu sliding bhgn balkoni tidak boleh dilock .

Reviewed May 11, 2026Great room, it's not a big room, just perfect for one or two person. Quite clean and check-in instructions were easy. Location is quite close to ERL Salak Tinggi, makes travelling to and from KLIA easy.
WiFi was a bit weak, YouTube had a hard time loading videos. Not sure if it is just something that happened on the day of my stay but should be looked into.

Kind of complicated to get there and enter as well as leave by Grab without internet but there is wifi at the security main entrance so things work out in the end. The instructions to enter were ambiguous. Room with bathroom only, good for one night as the area not too exciting.

W każdym z 3 apartamentów było cos nie tak: 1- brakowało szyby w oknie pralni 2- nie było cieplej wody, w mieszkaniu było o 1 łóżko mniej niż w opisie 3- połowa blatu stołu byla zerwana, w mieszkaniu było brudno- kanapa cała w plamach, niedoprana pościel a co najgorsze wszędzie były karaluchy. Odradzam!!!

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026We had a great stay. The apartment was as described, well equipped and well located, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The swimming pool was very clean. Would stay again for sure.
Finding the apartment and checking in was a bit confusing as there was no lobby, you have to navigate through parking to find everything.
