Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Große Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin
Im Badezimmer gab es leider keine Mischbatterie zum Händewaschen. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer fällt auf einen Hof, obwohl die Fotos einen weitschweifenden Blick auf die Landschaft mit See im Hintergrund vermuten lassen. Schade!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026L'appartement est bien situé, à 5min en voiture de la ville de Oughterard., tres calme et très propre. Tres bien pour une famille de 3 personnes. Gráinne, la propriétaire est très attentive au bien-être des résidents et très sympathique
Il faut prévoir, si vous restez plusieurs jours (et voyager peu chargé comme nous), de laver vos affaires à la laverie du village.

Alleen streaming diensten op de TV. De wifi kwaliteit was matig.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Mooie, rustige locatie en prima appartement met goede faciliteiten. Werden verrast met een mand vol lekkere dingen en de gastvrouw kwam ook persoonlijk even langs. Ze staat open voor op- of aanmerkingen (maar die hadden we niet) en had duidelijke informatie achtergelaten over gebruik van apparaten, douche, verwerken van afval etc. - heel prettig.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Logement très moderne, bien équipé et super propre. Panier garni et l’accueil de Gráinne très convivial. On est au calme au bord du lac du Connemara, dans la campagne , il y a des chevaux dans la propriété. Je recommande.
Rien. Seul bémol, la route qui borde le lac est empruntée par des voitures mais c’est partout pareil à moins d’être en pleine montagne.

Reviewed May 19, 2025What an amazing place this is! We were also lucky to have fantastic weather, nothing but sunshine. But the location itself, wow. Stunning views and beautiful walking routes right from the accommodation. It’s wonderfully peaceful. The hostess is incredibly kind and welcoming. There was even a welcome basket filled with delicious treats. The cottage is fully equipped absolutely nothing is missing! We’ll definitely be back, as there’s still so much in the area we didn’t have time to explore.

We were three people and the sofa bed isn't very comfortable, but for two people it's perfect ! Except for this everything was perfect.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2024Property located in a beautiful landscape near lake Lough Corrib, only 50km from Clifden. Village Outhgerard is just 4km from the location. Apartment was clean, very cozy and quiet. It was a great break from city noises :) Highly recommend.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2024The apartment was lovely and quiet. It was in a great location to explore the Galway region and right by the lake. The host was lovely and accommodating and even left a welcome hamper which was lovely to see having arrived at night time. The apartment had all the facilities needed for a self catering stay along with a very comfy bed. It had a tv that you can hook up to Netflix if you want a nice night in. Overall a fabulous place to stay.

A stove would be lovely in that corner!!
