Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Alloggio con splendida vista sul lago. Posizione isolata, ma ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il Connemara. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Letti comodi. Il salotto con cucina annessa sono spaziosi e godono di ottima vista.
La pulizia lascia a desiderare, ragnatele e ragni ovunque. Odore di muffa nella camera al piano terra, dove abbiamo trovato anche una limaccia sotto un letto. Totale mancanza di grucce negli armadi. Bagni piccoli. Sarebbe utile fornire la cucina di almeno un' insalatiera. Basterebbe davvero un po' più di attenzione verso il turista, per renderlo un alloggio stupendo.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Le gîte est très agréable : le salon avec vue sur le lac est très appréciable, la cuisine est bien équipée ainsi que les salles de bain. Le gîte est bien décoré. Nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir, cela n'a posé aucun problème : le gîte était ouvert et nous avons pu partir avant 10h le jour du départ. Les indications fournis par le propriétaire pour trouver le gîte sont très importantes.
Nous avons moins aimé la literie : les matelas sont mous. Nous aurions apprécié une prise usb.

Das Geschirr und Küchenutensilien könnten nachgebessert werden. An sich zu meckern gibt es aber gar nichts. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Difficult to find No Postcode spent 45 mns. Finding it. No notice board at entrance No welcome folder to advise on facilities in property no emergency Telephone numbers very remote and no mobile signal Left a list of shortcomings with owner who we didn’t get to meet but did speak to father Booking site should have mentioned principally for angling clients Overpriced for us and in need of TLC but a good base for exploring Galway and Connemara

Difficult to find. We had to enquire at several neighbouring properties. Only GPS coordinates were available which we could not utilise on our phones or satnav. Should have provided postcode (eircode) or phone number.. Also name of rental house should have been displayed at entrance gate
