Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Talo itsessään on erittäin rauhallinen ja yhteydenpito ja avaimen haku toimi moitteettomasti. Parkkipaikkakin löytyi aina tarvittaessa kadun varrelta.
Lämpimällä ilmalla asunnosta tulee aika kuuma, meillä oli oma pieni pöytätuuletin mukana.

Modern, clean, functional apartment with full kitchen, bathroom with sauna and large covered balcony. Quiet, great sleep!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026The apartment was extremely clean and fully equipped down to every detail. It had a very comfortable bed, Netflix, a very large balcony, and a brand-new, fully functional sauna. The location was excellent, very close to public transport and supermarkets. The apartment owners were incredibly helpful and always available for any questions or information we needed. 10/10 — highly recommended!

Pimennysverhot nukkumista varten olisivat hyvä lisä huonevarusteluun.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Tampere központjában van ez az apartman. A közelben két bolt is van, ahol élelmiszert lehet venni. A 3-as villamos megállója pár lépés a lakástól. A kulcsok átadása furcsa mód történik, mert egy közelben lévő R-kioskban helyezik el, ott kell átvenni, de ezzel nem volt probléma. Érdemes lenne azonban egy kulcsszerkrényt vagy más megoldást kitalálni, mert miközben mögötten álltak a sorban a kioskban, addig a boltos a kulcsokkal volt elfoglalva és a mögöttem állók kissé mérgesek lettek. A szállásadóval a kommunikáció emailen illetve a bookingon keresztül ment, mindenre gyorsan válaszoltak. Nem volt gond. This apartment is located in the center of Tampere. There are two shops nearby where you can buy groceries. Tram 3 stop is just a few steps from the apartment. The keys are handed over in a strange way, because they are placed in a nearby R-kiosk, you have to pick them up there, but there was no problem with that. However, it would be worth coming up with a key cabinet or another solution, because while they were standing in line behind them in the kiosk, the shopkeeper was busy with the keys and the people behind me got a little angry. Communication with the host was via email and booking, they responded quickly to everything. There was no problem.
Az ágy nagyon puha, aki ezt nem szereti, annak nem lesz kényelmes. The bed is very soft, if you don't like that, it won't be comfortable.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Amazing location for a few days in Tampere. The building is close to public transport and big grocery stores. Cosy and very clean apartment with all necessary amenities (hair dryer, clothes iron, internet, tv, microwave, fridge, stove, washing machine, balcony). The best part of the accommodation was the sauna in the bathroom, which worked flawlessly. The staff was very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Rauhallisuus, Hyvät löylyt saunassa ja sijainti. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja Parkkipaten pysäköintilupakin oli saatavilla niin sai auton pihaan parkkiin.
Seinäkello puuttui 😊 ja suihkun sekoittajan vasen puoli oli turhan jäykkä varsinkin juniorille. Sänky aavistuksen liian pehmeä noin 100kg ihmiselle.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja mukava. Sauna oli ihana bonus. Tein osan aikaa etätöitä ja taloyhtiön rauhallisuus antoi siihen hyvät puitteet. Parveke oli yllättävän iso. Asunto on ihanan lähellä yliopistoa.
Ainoa miinus oli sängyn liiallinen pehmeys, mutta nehän ovat makuasioita.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2024Located close to the stop for Tram 3 into town and railway station, or about 20-25 minutes walk. Small supermarket and some restaurants near by. Quiet location (though ground has been cleared I guess for building work across the road), and a quiet apartment block. Owner met us at the property. Well maintained and well equipped apartment, with high end washing machine, good sauna, coffee making and kettle, lots of Tupperware branded items, strong WiFi signal for Internet. Comfortable bed.
We didn't have any problems with this stay.

Private Sauna was wonderfull after a cold day. If you are comming to Tampere, don't go to a boring hotel, just choose this great Appartement. 😄

Reviewed Sep 25, 2023Perfect quiet location near to my sons house but also on the main tram line into the city. Very clean and comfy, great wifi, our own sauna and Minna our friendly host helped us with the transfer from our flight and had provided everything we needed for our 4 day stay
