Stair light was not guided and it was so dark even in the day time and I flelt down and cut my arm and teared my shirt as the host keep a big floor lamp in every corner at a very narrow stair case

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Karim was a great host —very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The apartment was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, which made it feel very cozy and welcoming, almost like being at home. We felt comfortable from the very first moment. A special highlight was the terrace, which was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back!

Shower pressure could be better, but it’s not a big deal:)

Appartement sympathique avec une jolie terrasse. Il y a une chambre à coucher et un petit salon au 3e étage. Facile de se garer dans la rue. Compter 14-20 min en voiture pour aller au centre. Malheureusement le lit est trop dur et le canapé est vraiment à changer. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute.

Nous avons tout aimé : l’hôte Karim est très chaleureux et serviable. L’appartement est nickel, raffiné, très propre. La terrasse est incroyable. L’emplacement excentre est accessible par taxi très facilement pour un prix dérisoire. Et le quartier est calme et paisible après avoir passé la journée à la Médina. Encore Merci Karim. Everything perfect, Karim was super nice person, very helpful, area is quite local, very safe and friendly, in the streets are jasmins and oranges, we like it so much. The top was rooftop with own terrace with beds and couches, such a perfect spending time there. Flat is fully equipted with everything what you can imagine and need

I have a thing about roof terraces, especially out of season. This particular roof terrace is facing north so you don't get enough light but the hosts were lovely and let me use another part of the roof terrace that wasn't allocated to me so I could access more light in the day. They were also extremely helpful. This was my 1st time out if Europe on my own. On my last night they treated me to some home made food which was really just the icing on the cake.

It's a bit difficult to access, the address seems to not link up with the taxi system at the airport so both times I tried to get to the property I was taking in the wrong direction. Again the hosts were very helpful in this endeavour. I ended up using other nearby landmarks.

Appartement calme a 1/2h de voiture / bus de la medina et des quartiers commerçants Nous avons pu partir en excursions directement de l appart à chaque fois pour éviter de rentrer en ville Ligne de bus directe pratique pour l allé moins pour le retour aux heures de pointe préférer le uber local Pas un bruit ni de voiture ni de mobilette ce qui est très appréciable et quasiment inimaginable dans cette ville apres une grosse journée. Petits commerces très locaux au pied du bâtiment pour dépanner et s'immerger Petit supermarché à 5 min a pied très pratique Au grand merci à Karim pour son accueil sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et ses bon tuyaux Nous avons passé un super séjour

Het dakterras was heel fijn. Vriendelijke mensen en erg behulpzaam. Fijn appartement, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

De locatie was ver van hilvernage (centrum) met de taxi 20 minuten. Er was wel een grote markt in de buurt en veel cafés etc. Het appartememt zit op de 4e verdieping zonder lift, de host was erg behulpzaam met de bagage alleen voor iemand die slecht ter been is zou ik dit afraden.

Wygodny apartament z super tarasem położony na spokojnym osiedlu oddalonym od Medyny. Dodatkowo dostęp do drugiego tarasu z leżakami. Bardzo dobre Wi-fi. W okolicy sklepiki z najpotrzebniejszymi produktami. Duży market Marjane oddalony ok. 10 minut na piechotę. W pobliżu marketu piekarnia. Do Medyny można bez problemu dojechać autobusem miejskim 5, 13, 6 i 9. Jeden przystanek pod samym apartamentem, drugi ok. 5 min na piechotę. Bardzo mili gospodarze Karim i Naima - pozdrawiamy.

My favourite apartment in Morocco. Could easily live here full time. The apartment has everything you need, so clean and comfortable. Karim is the best host! Can’t recommend this apartment enough.

Karim was a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was large and lovely and contains everything you need. The terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The neighbourhood was great...heaps of restaurants and friendly locals. You are away from the hoardes of tourists but still close enough to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

terrace is great and inside its better than on photo (by my perspective), Karim is well educated owner (with long experiences in Canada, very rare between Morocans), he is always ready on phone to help, even i made my booking at 19:59 with arrive at 20:30… no problem, all with smile The best place i had in Moroco (and i took about 30;)

Everything! I have spent many years travelling the length of Morocco and this is the nicest apartment I have stayed in so far. The apartment was so clean, it was well equipped with everything we needed and the communication from Karim the owner was really fabulous. It is around 20 minutes from the main Medina so nice and calm but plenty of shops, bakeries etc locally for anything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a real added bonus. The terrasse was so lovely, just to relax in early morning or late at night. I would highly recommend this apartment and definitely will be returning again on my next visit to Marrakech. Thank you very much Karim.

Everything! The terrace is absolutly amazing, the house, and the flat is nice, clean, and the owner, Karim is one of the kindest host, we ever met. Fast communication, good english. Location is very good as well. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike.

Apartment was great, had everything we needed and terrace was fantastic. Host was great and check in was first class, this was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in in Marrakesh. It was close to local shops but far enough away from the centre that you weren’t disturbed.

This is not a criticism of property as it was great but for travellers with mobility issues or heavy luggage be aware this property is on 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Notre séjour a été merveilleux ! L’appartement est exactement comme il est décrit, confortable, propre, climatisé et la terrasse juste Wow! Un endroit parfait pour relaxer le soir après une journée chaude à Marrakech. Karim et Naima nous ont bien accueilli avec l’hospitalité marocaine tant reconnue et avec une ouverture d’esprit très appréciée! Karim a constamment était en contact avec nous si on avait des questions et nous a même aidé pour organiser une journée à Agafay! Je recommande fortement cet établissement !!

So thoughtful, helpful, and kind! The apartment is even better than the photos — they can’t capture how cozy and comfortable it truly is. Everything is super clean and well-equipped: steamer, hangers, washing machine, coffeemaker, drying rack — everything you might need! The private terrace is amazing, and from the shared rooftop you can see the Atlas Mountains, relax on sunbeds, or enjoy the little play area for kids. Huge thanks to Karim and Naima for their kindness, care, tips on local parking rules and fines, and warm hospitality. Truly the best place we stayed during our 15 days in Morocco!

I like the apartment distribution, also it has a great terrace to enjoy and nice views, the host was great, he responded to all my queries fast and also gives you all kinds of information. The lady that expects you it's really nice and kind.

The location is a little bit far from main attractions, but it's well connected and public buses and taxis.

The property was spot on , I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to have a peaceful morning as you wake up with birds singing and we have used the terrace so much during the stay there . Karim has been very helpful and reliable and always very easy to reach out to him when needed.

What a beautiful little apartment. It truly has everything you need and is so comfortable and clean! In a very safe and calm neighbourhood and good parking available. We loved the terrace! The owner went out of his way to help with us many matters and was super kind and professional. I thoroughly recommend!

The host gave better treatment than a 5 star hotel. He Helped With anything i needed done when i first got there he sent me Information about the local area such as where to eat and what shops there is around And even where to swap Currencys. He also Sorted out a 2nd apartment for another family that was travelling with me on the same day due to their planned booking being a fraud. The Apartment is Well Kept and has good AC. Overall I was Very Happy with my stay and the host was excellent

The apartment is very beautiful, and host is very nice and friendly man, he will help you with all information and needs, he is very kind person.

Apartment is far from city centre (medina) , around 8+ kms, and if you don't have car, taking taxi can be tricky and expensive at times.

The View, the neighbourhood, the layout of the apartment, and the ability to eat breakfest on the balcony. The rooms are individually separated and next to each other. Karim was always available and very helpful. Naima was very helpful on check-in. Microwave and oven to warm food up was a treat.

There is nothing negative to say, maybe a lift for the apartment for the lazy days 😂😂

Everything was perfect from onboarding until we left. One of the cleanest apartment we have been so far. Comfy beds, hot shower, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host Kareem was very communicative and flexible. He allowed us to check out late. I highly recommend it.
