Hotel Stay Inn-MAHAPE

I came here for office work for 3-4 days in last month. Its a good place to stay with friends. Calm and quiet environment all around bcoz it is located in outer area. The best thing is cleanliness and a well behaved staff. Lots of couples do visit the hotel so not well suited for family. You get whatever u need in room only in very less time. Overall a good experience.

It was scary, unhygienic and the location was bad. I had to make speedy arrangements to leave before my check out date.

The flush used to splash water outside while flushing, bedsheets were extremely dirty, crowd was scary, there were bad noises coming from rooms and I would not recommend ANY female to stay there.

Over all hospitality from staff members are very good except facilities provided by the hotel.

No break fast was available in the Hotel. Connection to transportation was not available at all. Since it was group booking of Govt. Employees and needed individual bills which were not provided by either from the booking.com of Hotel. In fact, we have to get bills in the name of each guest on individual basis therefore, requested to please let us know, how can we get bills on individual basis.

Lights

Cleaning, bath tub werent clean, pillows bedsheets werent clean . Money, very costly, No cutlery and toiletries were provided. Everything was chargeable.

Room was soo dirty . Washroom has leakage Food taste was not good. We booked for a night but due to the dirty room we checkout in 3 hours only... Waste of money. They need to improve soo much for their reputation.

The location was closer to my work location. A nice, ambient place. Good and supportive staff. They swiftly resolved a complaint about the AC.

They should provide invoice as the guest makes the payment. All the tax details should be included if an upfront payment is requested.

I liked that the rooms are bigger and value for money But the building doesnt have elevator we walked all over to top floor through stairs

Room was with bath tub and bathtub was broken and they charged fully for it. No electricity for 2 hours.

There was no breakfast, the location was deep inside and very far from the main road. They had charged Rs. 1500 more additional and the room charges. Which was very bad remark and not acceptable at all.

It's on main road so easy to find out

Well room was not ready at the time of checking after that bathroom light was not working they have mark that light but not repaired, bathtubs val was broken so we don't Able to fill the bathtub after that there is problem in pipeline all the time only hot water was coming even in the toilet and we just waste our so much time in that to fix the things bcz we knew that after complaining thay are not Able to solve the problem immediately bcz problem is big enough to solve so that's it.

they dont provide electrical kettle even you pay for that... they don't even provide water you have to buy that... kitchen will always take time they inform so you have to depend on zomato and swiggy
