Staff, staff and staff - excellent staff which will be the only reason I will go back if I do. Spa was amazing the masseuse Nguri was so good - best massage of my life.

Rooms are in bad shape and the duty manager moved me to better room to make us comfortable. Excellent person indeed. Internet sucks, TV never functioned, food - it appeared that same food is getting recycled next day in a different form, either in breakfast or dinner. Buffet, though inexpensive, was not so tempting. No human factor design in the bathrooms. Taps and tissue rolls are placed without consideration to human factors. No towel napkins. Instead they keep tissue box that eventually gets wet in the cramped up bathroom counter. No look or feel of Radisson.

The gym is smaller than an economy-class seat — definitely not suitable for a proper workout.

Its a Radission property about 30 mins from our residence. We had to book an overnight stay due to some work at our house. The rooms are very big. Clean and well maintained. We did not experience any other facilities. As far as the rooms are concerned, overall a great experience.

Food....very bad food.. Our overnight stay was with the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was very bad. Radission properties on the whole have excellent food. But this Park Radission was just bad. Fruits at the buffet counter were not fresh and smelly. When I pointed it out to the concerned, she iimediately took away my plate and got fresh cut fruits from the kitchen I assume. But there was no effort in clearing the fruits from the buffet counter. We did enjoy the pan cakes and some bread with jams and honey, etc. But the Sount Indian dishes were not upto the mark. These food items are mostly the Go To items when everything else is bad. But even that Go To sambhar left a bad taste. While the property is good, these guys need to improve big time on the food part. The Navi Mumbai Airport has just started and this property will be the preferred property going forward if take care of.

I was exceptionally well looked after during my stay. All the staff were friendly and supportive, and as a long-term guest with a disability, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, making multiple adjustments to meet my health needs and for my ease. The view from the upper floors was really relaxing and the room felt calm and spacious. I also loved the bathtub in my room. Despite traffic and hustle and bustle below in the street, the sound proofing is really good and I wasn't disturbed at all by other guests.

I did find the a/c in some of the rooms to be difficult to control and I actually moved rooms for my own comfort. The hotel were more than happy to help me with this though.

Breakfast spread was good. They cater to special dietary needs. Greeting during checkin was smooth and pleasant Mr. Swapnil is very good person. I know him ever since 4 years I'm coming to this property, it used to me country inn m suites before.

Some people serving at restaurant are full of ego and attitude. Night duty person Mr. Kavish wasnt aware of any things. Plus upon insisting also he was adamant to check for charges posted against my room. Eventually after pushing, I found out some were incorrect. Had it been my mother, she would not be able to push n check and would have end up paying more Internet sucks.. They really need to work on that.

Room Price are Great For The Radisson Standards, And Very Good Immediate Response From The Hotel Staff And Valet Parking Is There With Security Guards. Buffet Breakfast is Good. Room Size is Good Size And The Comfortable Facilities Available.

Location Might Not Work With Mainland Mumbai. But, Sure It is Very Good Locality And To Reach The Navi Mumbai Airport Very Nicely.

The location is a bit distant as compared to other Hotel. However with ola and uber apps commuting is easier.

the restaurent overcharged me for my drink and then when I found out and asked, they apologised. They have put the body lotion dispenser in the wash basin area and the hand wash dispenser in the bathing area the bathing cubicle did not have a hand rail for elderly people to hold, the chance of someone slipping and falling is very high

I am extremely happy with the hospitality. I fell sick during the visit nd was on medication. The team went out of the way to take extra care- giving me water for gargles, providing medicine, food etc. Very happy with the team.

The hotel experience was not what we expected. The ambience and overall quality did not justify the high room charges. Despite the premium pricing, basic service standards were lacking. The staff did not take customers seriously, especially in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow, and the waiting time was unacceptable. Because of this delay, I missed an important store launch meeting, which caused significant inconvenience. At the live counter, the food that was ordered was not provided to everyone as requested. This was very disappointing, and it felt as though we were not treated equally or fairly compared to other guests. Overall, the hotel needs major improvement in customer service, restaurant management, and service efficiency. This experience did not meet the expectations set by the pricing and brand image. Thank you.

Always a pleasant experiance at Radisson Park Inn. I do all my business and personal trips reservations at this hotel and its always amazing. The hospitality is top notch and the staf are very friendly especially my bike fanatic buddy Kaveih Trivedi. The rooms are always clean and room service is amazing. The location of the hotel is easily accessible to the highway but the sound proofing of the rooms are pristine that you can actually enjoy the city view and not be disturbed by the noise. The spot is also easily accessible. The gym and swimming pool are very well maintained and the spa, I am a member and always find it refreshing. In general, the overall homely experiance that the facilities and the staff of Park Inn provide us is worth every penny that we pay.

Centrally located...Nice ambiance...gud spacious room ..the only discomfort were the pillows....it was noisy outside the room...even at midnyt ...staff is kind and polite ...my special thanks to Ms Shrusti for a smooth check in and checkout ...sometym a Lil effort by the staff is a grt comfort to the customer..
