We had a great stay and really enjoyed the Moroccan atmosphere of the property. Everything was comfortable and well looked after, and the location made it easy to explore Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay here. The Riad is really beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were all very friendly. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Marrakech. Would definitely recommend it.

Tolle Lage direkt in der Medina. Sehr ruhig und schöne Dachterrasse um dort zu frühstücken oder relaxen.

Es ist etwas schwer zu finden und relativ weit vom Hauptplatz Jamaa El Fna entfernt, sodass man sich immer durch die Besuchermengen drängen muss. Am Gebäude sind keine Hinweise auf die Unterkunft zu finden, daher unbedingt auf die Hausnummer achten die am Vorbau über der Tür zusammen mit 116 und 117 angeschrieben ist.

a 10+ stay. beautiful and quiet riad in the middle of the Medina. Very best breakfast - enjoy it on the roof terrace if the weather is good. Helpful and pleasant staff. A bit hard to find - no nameplate at the entrance, but look for #114

Buen Riad en la Medina y además tranquilo. Cuesta un poco de encontrar pero esta cerca de la Plaza Jemaa el Fna. El personal muy amable. Y las instalaciones buenas.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean.

To be honest everything was great.

The building has been beautifully restored and the person on site was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ample. During most of our stay, we were the only people there - great if you like quiet (but not if you're looking for a hotel with a more lively atmosphere).

It's quite misleading to advertise the rooms as "suites" with a balcony. Our room was comfortable, but, in addition to the bed, had simply a desk and a chair, and if you're on the upper floor there's a narrow gallery that runs round the edge of the inner courtyard to connect all the rooms. The booking team was very reactive and helpful, but they're based in Switzerland and we never even met Amal of the local hospitality team, just exchanged messages with her. She arranged a transfer for us from the main train station to the hotel and again at the end of our stay from the hotel. In both cases, the driver or porter was 25 minutes late, which was extremely inconvenient. In recognition, she did refund the 20 euro cost of the transfer from the station. Moreover, you're really obligated to book the transfer through the hotel as the last part of the trip has to be done on foot and it would be impossible to find it yourself without being guided there first, given the labyrinthine nature of the medina and the absence of any sign whatsoever marking the hotel at the bottom of an alley next to an empty lot.

La atención por parte del personal del hotel fue excelente, siempre estaban atentos para que estuviéramos cómodos. El hotel es precioso, está ubicado en la medina y cuenta con muchos detalles. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y son cómodas. Además, todas las mañanas nos servían un desayuno muy rico. Sin duda es un hotel que recomendaremos.

all like in the posters, the photos are representing exactly what you see, nothing worse. if anything- the terase is even better. extremely clean. good food- breakfast included but you can order lunch and /or dinner- and the portions are more than generous. you can save the leftovers for the following day- as i say- the portions can cover even 3 days..

we have not had the greatest amount of information about the services available, such as dinner at the property. prices are dhm and euros but we had to be firm in having change to euros in euros. AC not working and therefore wet and very very cold. close to unacceptable. the breakfast is in the interior garden and it was freezing- we went in january, yes, but i dis not expect to have breakfast at 10degrees. not cheap and probably overpriced for the whole thing… but is was very very cold

the room was beautiful but it would nice to have some privacy between the bedroom and bathroom/shower.

Un Riad au cœur de la médina, tout était parfait. Les chambres étaient bien équipées. Le personnel était adorable. Le rooftop était un plus pour voir le feu d’artifice du 31/12.

Estaba todo bien

La struttura è bellissima, tipica marocchina con un design impeccabile e dai colori neutri. La stanza accogliente e ben curata. Il personale eccellente, ti aiutano in tutto e rispondono ad ogni tua esigenza. Inoltre la colazione la mattina, tipica, è molto abbondante e variegata.

Da rivedere un po’ la pulizia nei punti meno visibile, del resto era abbastanza pulita e ci rifacevano il letto ogni giorno (non con il cambio lenzuola ma abbiamo comunque apprezzato). La posizione è a 15 minuti dalla piazza principale, le strade sono piuttosto tranquille anche se molto buie.

Beautiful setting, good location and friendly helpful staff.

Not having a key to the main door to get in. The staff were usually quick to answer but when later at night as a small hotel you felt might disturb other guests with the bell.

They are above and beyond. The kindness is unbelievable.

We had a great time in hotel! Lovely room, great breakfasts on the terrace. Very very very hospitable staff! Special thanks to Amal - he organised for us 2 transfers, early breakfast! I would like to come back!!

The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were very tidy clean.

There was no separation between the bedroom and the bathroom and it was a bit uncofortable when sharing with friends

Breakfast was amazing! They can serve it at the rooftop or downstairs, wherever you prefer. You can let them know the time you want your breakfast and they will arrange it accordingly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amal, the guest relations manager was available via whatsapp all the time and was very helpful. The riad was beautiful, spacious bed.

There is no helpdesk. Found it difficult to get hold of any staff in the evening/night. The main door lock was a bit tricky to open with the key given to us, rang the bell and knocked on the door for 10-15 mins until another guest let us in.

The property was beautiful and quite modern with a traditional feel. The concierge was attentive, helpful, and friendly! Breakfast on the roof top was a real treat for the beginning of the day.

My only complaint was the rooms location. My room was on the ground floor, right next to the front door and foot traffic.

The riad was in a good location, close to the souks and main areas in the medina. It was very clean and peaceful and the staff were very attentive, especially Aziz who took care of us throughout our stay

Only downside was that the pillows were a little hard but other than that it was a 10/10 stay

The traditional feel and decoration were beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious.

It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms instead of the kitchen. As there was no onsite manager we would have liked maybe a book of information about the property’s history , facilities and maps etc. The only book about our room was in German.

If You want to live in a heart of medina and experience the real Morocco - this is a good place.

The hotel is not after renovation, the paint literally falls off the walls. No coffee/tea maker in the room (as the description says), there are even no water glasses. The standard is rather at the hostel level than boutique hotel.

I loved the hotel, should you wish to go to Medina it is just amazing, of course the staff and the management team are extremely friendly and helpful

Breakfast on the terrace, beautiful old building

Location was hard to find, down a dark and dirty at times alley. As two single ladies we did not feel comfortable returning in the dark when the local shops were closed . It was disorienting and no signage outside the actual door.

Lovely Riad in the heart of Marrakesh . Great base to explore all the sirs and the medina and square . Lovely breakfast .

Some loungers or comfy chairs on the roof terrace would have been a great addition.
