The Post Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a fairly spacious room, and the staff were always friendly. All our requests were met. The only minor issue was that housekeeping was overlooked once, but it was taken care of the next day. Overall, I am happy with the hotel.

The location was perfect. The staff was helpfull and always friendly. Good bed, big tv and ac.

The bathtube was a bit damaged but it didn't bother us.

Staff were excellent, very good English and polite and helpful. The location is very convenient and also in a good cultural hotspot

Vond het te oud. Handdoeken waren niet wit, maar geel. De kamers hadden ook een vieze oude lucht . Wij wilden de kamer annuleren, en vroegen dat aan de receptie, toen bood hij 2 keer een andere kamer aan, tenslote hadden wij het maar geaccepteerd, omdat het laat was.

The manager gave us the opportunity to view five different rooms and choose which one we would like to stay in, definitely made the experience better.

Very good location, nice neighborhood and very convenient commute (few steps to metro line). The room was very well equipped, with nice view. Clean, spacious and cosy.

Probably not a minus to most people but the bed was too soft for my taste :)

It’s a small hotel, but the staff are incredibly friendly and sweet. They provide complimentary bottled water every day, which is a nice little touch. The location is fantastic — very convenient for getting around, with lots of great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Korea! 🇰🇷💕✨

The staff were really nice and accommodating always friendly and helpful, it was fine hotel for a budget hotel but we expected it to be slightly more upscale compared to previous accommodation in the same price range

There was black mould in the aircon unit and the window safety latch was broken. The shower was too big for having to stand in a bath to use so it covered the entire room in water and trapped it behind the bath

The location is convenient, and the amenities are good. The hotel provides a refrigerator stocked with unlimited complimentary bottled water, parking spaces, and a laundry room. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner was not clean and gave off a strong moldy smell whenever I turned it on. I informed the staff, and they kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same problem, so it seems to be an issue affecting multiple rooms rather than just one.

Ich frage mich, ob die 1er Bewertungen auf Google Fake sind und ob die Leute lesen können (z.B. keine Klimaanlage im Winter und dafür Fenster öffnen ist klar beschrieben). Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal im Zentrum, 5 min zur U-Bahn Station. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Schönes, grosses und gemütliches Zimmer mit Fenster, das sich öffnen lässt und ein Fliegengitter hat. Koreanisch sauberes Zimmer. Keine zerrissenen Kissenbezüge. Saubere Bettwäsche. Tolles Badezimmer, saubere Tücher, grosses Duschtuch. Kein verspritztes Bad (wie duschen die Leute?) Elektrischer Schlag vom Toilettensitz soll wohl ein Witz sein. Ein tolles Bidet. Kein Schimmel im Bad. Heisses Wasser war kein Problem. Eine tolle Badewanne. In der Lobby gratis Kaffee, Stilles Wasser, es hat eine Mikrowelle und Nudeln für den Notfall.

Das Bett war katastrophal weich und durchgelegen (ein Loch), wo jeder liegt. Ich schlief mit Kopf auf dem Fussteil und am Rande an der Wand. Die Schlafqualität war sehr schlecht. Es gibt keine Lichtschalter am Bett. Nur einen Hauptschalter am Eingang. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man in einem Hotel im Zentrum der Hauptstadt des Landes Personal an der Reception einstellt, das nicht Englisch spricht und bei Problemen nicht weiterhelfen kann. Die Zimmerbeschreibung auf booking.com ist falsch, man bekommt im Doppelzimmer nicht die dort beschriebene Ausstattung, z.B. fehlen Whirlpool, Kaffeemaschine, Sofa, Computer ... Was ich aber auch nicht gebraucht habe.

The glass wall that separates the bedroom from bathroom (toilet was 1 meter away from your head when you are laying on the bed). View from the window - construction site. Next to a fish market (not the best smell while walking to the hotel, the hotel did not smell. The room was worn (worse than the pictures)

Pænt hotel godt til prisen. Hele værelset bliver styret med fjernbetjening og det fungerer virkelig godt.

Der var mange små detaljer på værelset som man godt kunne have lavet pænere, og der lidt små skader på nogle af møblerne. Men det havde ikke nogen betydning for mig.

Удобное расположение, уборка в номере была каждый день. Прямо в отеле есть прачечная, можно самостоятельно постирать вещи. Сам номер совсем небольшой, шкафа нет, но в целом достаточно.

Туалет отделен только стеклянной перегородкой, так что если вам нужна приватность, то ее не будет.

Fantastic hotel, staff were lovely, clean the room every day and refill water! Great location a few minutes walk to all subway routes.

Changed to 3 different rooms, all dirty and damaged, mold all over the bathrooms. Left early.

This hotel was quite disappointing overall. The property is old, and the space is poorly utilized. Other than being close to the city center, I struggled to find any real advantages. The pillows were among the most uncomfortable I have ever used—extremely high and hard. Despite leaving a note in Korean asking for softer, lower pillows, nothing was changed. Combined with the uncomfortable mattress topper, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room also felt significantly smaller than advertised. The Booking.com photos make the space look much larger than it actually is. If you’re considering booking, I would suggest looking carefully at recent reviews and photos before making your decision.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff attending reception were nice and answered all my questions.

The hotels location was convenient but going the way that is recommended from the maps takes you through a long curved alley that can be quite scary at night as it's quite dark with people loitering but all the shops are closed. If you're travelling with another person or group I think you will feel fine but if you're solo either book a different hotel or enter through supyro 18-gil (the alley where G1 coffee is a straight alleyway and you can see the Post Hotel from the entrance of the alleyway)

The room was good enough although I was told I could get a taxi service which I couldn't get in the end. The room was not as seemed on the pictures but I sufficed. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

Great location, walking distance to a lot of cool things. Room was spacious for a solo traveller, plus a massive TV with loads of channels (unnecessary but cool!). Bed extremely comfortable and had very restful nights of sleep after full days of exploring the city. Manned reception and luggage storage available.

Shower in the bathtub took a little getting used to and the water went everywhere on the floor.

I love the location of this hotel, near subway and airport bus limousine. Alot food places not too crowded like myeongdong

I don’t like the bathroom too slippery and every use it. So worry will slip and fall and hope they will upgrade for safety

I was very pleased with the room. The location was excellent—central and convenient, with easy access to everything, even on foot. It was clean and quite spacious for two people, which is not always the case with similar accommodations. The staff was polite, and everything was just as it should be. I would definitely choose it again the next time I visit the area.🐥

La calidad de la cama, que no había opción de café. No ofrecen desayuno. No tienen restaurante.

Clean and tidy hotel with pleasant staff. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room contained hairdryer, hair straighteners and phone changer. Normal necessities such as shampoo, bodywash, conditioner and towels were provided. Bottled water was available, and they had further in reception, aswell as a noodle station. They also had a laundrette which a staff member went out of his way to show us how to use. Good location- a short walk to some markets, train and bus stations but also quieter than the main square.

Toilets were very loud when flushing which can wake up light sleepers if you use it in the night. (Autoflush).

Great location and super kind staff. They’re helpful and accommodated my early check in with a small fee, and helped with my bags to boot. It’s a perfect space for folks who tend to stay out most of the day and need a simple straight forward accommodation to stay at

The room is a tad smaller than what I saw in pictures and I did feel the need to open the window to air it out when I first arrived. Additionally the bathtub set up meant that the water easily got out the tub which was inconvenient

The room was clean and exactly as advertised. Slippers and robes were provided. Located near the major palaces and so it was great for tourists.

Parts of the hotel were somewhat rundown, and the first towel I received was dirty, but they were all spotless after that.

Esperaba más de la habitación por las fotos que había visto; me pareció que estaba un poco anticuada y descuidada. Había algunos desconchones en la pared, la puerta del baño no cerraba del todo, salía agua de debajo del váter y era imposible ducharse sin bañar el suelo. De hecho, el “plato” o “bañera” de ducha estaba también lleno de picotazos y crujía al andar sobre ella.
