Lista: - cucarachas en baño y cocina - toallas grisáceas y con manchas que no se ha ían ido. - sabana individual manchada - las camas supletorias eran 2 futones para estirar en el suelo - pelos en el WC y en la habitación - mancha de café en la pared y en la nevera - no había agua caliente - platos sucios - pica de la "cocina" parecia que se iba a caer

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026How am i rate?! We're stay in Silverscape instead of Atlantis residence WHICH I HAD PLANNED to stay there and also my whole trip schedule. So i don't know how to rate!!
As i had been told by the host on the day when we wanted to check in, the residence was facing a problem with the electricity, We must accept the truth although I felt I was not satisfied at all because my travel plan had to be changed but I had to switch to stay in another place.

Toilet missing bidet Bed have lint underneath can feel and it's also sinking Blankets fillings were removed and bed sheets and well as the blankets conduct electricity making it difficult sleeping together basically both blanket and bed sheets were conducting electricity Pillow and bed also missing cushion q4 Aircon blades damaged as well as not cold had to get agent to get a aircon cleaner to cleanse it Wifi was absolutely terrible no reception couldn't watch YouTube and TV was lagging toilet door was also damaged can be locked occasionally toilet paper wasn't given enough had to wait next day just to get toilet paper Fan remote was broken as well Swimming pool is poorly maintained as there were sharp and loose tiles out of place at the same time with many different debris and gunks

The accommodation is located very far from the city center. Although there is a washing machine, guests need to bring their own detergent. Regarding the pool, there are six sunbeds, but two are broken, and half of the pool is closed off. Also, you must fill out a questionnaire every time you want to enter, and the water is quite cold.

Room and place reasonably equipped w washing machine, refrigerator, ironing equipment, water kettle, microwave, TV, Aircond in bedroom, water heater shower. Water pressure is powerful very good for washing. Furniture is reasonably good but 1 chair is broken and cannot lean back may cause fall-hazard. Ms Agnes that handled check in n check out very professional and gave out very detailed instructions. Overall very worth the money!
No wifi. Not functioning hair dryer. Curtains are not blacked-out curtain. No living room aircond.
