The curtains in the lounge were transparent and see through- I didn’t like that plus the outside balcony had cigarette stubs - they looked like they were thrown down from the balconies above the apartment we stayed in. That made it very unpleasant to sit outside

Ideally for 3 people, 2 x double beds is a bit tight. A queen/ king size bed would have made it more comfortable - but the double beds were made clear in the booking (not an issue or surprise)

The staff and security are incredibly welcoming, visible and helpful, and the apartments are always sparkling clean. Enough parking. The noise level has dropped comparing to the last visit, this is a great improvement.

Beware - their security cameras don't work so, should there be an incident, their security won't be aware of it neither will there be any footage or proof. Parking was an issue - there wasn't consistent allocated parking so Security had to assist with allocating parking spots on different days. The main gate sensor didn't work and smashed my vehicle on 3 April. I have been to Security and Reception multiple times to request the security camera footage and the incident report and nothing has been forthcoming. The venue is responsible for the insurance excess and they are ghosting me!

I did not like the door knocking despite having the "do not disturb" sign. I understand why they had to knock though. I've been to several hotels prior to this visit and they do the same thing - just knock at the door all the time. Anyway i do really like this place and i wish them all well!
