View from the property and cleanliness is top notch

A disponibilidade, amabilidade e simpatia da anfitriâ. A Eva foi muito prestável, colocou-nos à vontade e sentimo-nos como em casa. É uma casa de campo típica, com vários apartamentos, e corresponde exatamente como descrito no Booking. Não é um edifício moderno, é uma típica casa de campo. Estacionamento disponível e gratuito, apartamento com o essencial necessário. O maior luxo neste alojamento é o sossego, as paisagens, a vista para o lago e a simpatia da Eva. Quem precisa de descansar, é aqui que deve ficar. Existem supermercados em localidades muito próximas e mercearias a alguns minutos a pé. Adorámos a estadia. Recomendo, sem dúvida.

É certo que a Suíça é um país em que as temperaturas geralmente não são altas. Por isso, a maioria das casas não têm ar condicionado. Neste caso, em dias muito quentes, poderá ser desconfortável não conseguir dormir com o calor. Existem ventoinhas, mas fazem muito barulho. Janelas abertas podem convidar mosquitos e não é suficiente. Um ar condicionado, nem que fosse portátil, pode fazer a diferença e dar mais conforto. Não foi o nosso caso, tivemos sorte com o tempo, mas quem ficar no pico do verão, poderá contar com este "contra".

Paní Eva je velmi laskavá a přátelská hostitelka, která nás vřele přivítala. Měli jsme k dispozici možnost praní prádla. Z ubytování byl krásný výhled na jezero.

De locatie was geweldig. We hadden een prachtige kamer en een nog prachtiger uitzicht waar we ontzettend van hebben genoten! Eva is super aardig en helpt je waar kan.

للامانه صاحبة السكن محترمه ومتعاونه واخلاق وأدب ، حتى الافياش موفرتها لان تعرف ان اغلب السعوديين ينسون الافياش ، اطلاله خيال ومواقف مجانيه.

The view is amazing and it is everything! I would recommend this apartment just for it. The bed was comfortable and all facilities are quite basic, but was just enough as you will not spend much time inside while travelling. The host is really nice, thank you for your hospitality.

I think the building is wooden and soundproofing is very poor. We had neighbors above us and we could hear them walking around the room. Luckily they went to sleep quite early, so the noise at night was not an issue. Also I sleep with ear plugs, so they solved a problem, but for people who are sensitive to noise, it could be a big problem.

Eva was a wonderful hostess. She answered all our questions quickly and accommodated us with anything we needed. We were able to do laundry there and she met us at the bus stop and brought us to her place. We highly recommend her place.

We have no complaints.

Het uitzicht van het appartement is echt geweldig, als je wakker wordt kijk je uit over de bergen en de Thunersee. Wat wil een mens nog meer? Savonds in de hangstoel kijken naar de zonsondergang is echt een droom. Eva is heel aardig en we voelden ons direct welkom en helemaal toen we een welkomsdrankje kregen aangeboden, heel lief! Het appartement is klein maar fijn, evenals de badkamer. Alles is netjes en schoon, bed ligt heerlijk! Het balkon van de presedential suite is echt zo ruim en met zo'n heerlijk uitzicht! Zeker boeken!

Misschien is het leuk om de begane grond op te knappen tot een leuke en moderne ruimte?

Wir waren im August 2026 eine Woche in einer der Ferienwohnungen und waren begeistert. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr groß und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind angenehm groß. Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber uns hat das gereicht. Der Ausblick aus allen Fenstern und vom Balkon war ein Traum. Der Thunersee und die Landschaft sind wunderschön. Da das Haus erhöht am Hang ist, kann man wunderbar beobachten, wie der See ständig seine Blautöne wechselt. Die Eva, der das Haus gehört, ist total nett, herzlich und kümmert sich sofort, falls man ein Anliegen hat. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Es gibt keinen Aufzug zu den Zimmern im 1. OG und 2. OG, aber das Gepäck wird rauf - und runtergetragen. In der Wohnung ist eine Nespressopads-Kaffeemaschine mit einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Pads. Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank, Spühle, zwei Kochfelder, einen Wasserkocher und selbstverständlich Besteck & Geschirr. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Man kann sich aber auch Essen liefern lassen. Im Ort (Krattigen) ist es sehr ruhig, u.a, weil es keinen Zugang zum See gibt, weil zwischen Ort und See eine mehrere Meter hohe Bergkante gibt. Zum See muss man ca. 10 min mit dem Auto fahren. Eva's Seeblick ist perfekt für Leute, die in aller Ruhe den Ausblick genießen möchten.

Die herzlichkeit von Eva

Eva est d'une gentillesse et d'une sympathie qui se fait rare. La vue sur le lac de Thoune est sublime et le lit est confortable. Places de parking appréciables.

La propreté est à revoir, beaucoup de saleté (tâches de sang sur les draps, poussière, trace de rouge à lèvre sur une tasse). Il faisait très chaud dans le logement et il y avait beaucoup de moustiques donc impossible de garder les fenêtres ouvertes, il faudrait installer une moustiquaire au moins sur les fenêtres de la chambre. La salle de bain est très chaude, très exiguë, peu éclairée, peu pratique et encore plus pour les personnes grandes. La cuisine n'était pas refaite à neuf et donc le four et le micro-ondes étaient dans les parties communes du rez de chaussée. Volets manquants ou attaches de volets manquantes sur plusieurs fenêtres ce qui est très gênant s'il y a du vent car ils claquent. La machine à laver est dans les parties communes et est en supplément (5CHF par lavage) ce qui n'est pas précisé en amont. Le rapport qualité / prix est très mauvais selon nous malgré la bonté d'Eva.

Bijzondere en rustige locatie met uitstekend uitzicht. Ruim appartement met goede faciliteiten daarin maar ook in de algemene keuken. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Eva. Veel te doen in de omgeving.

The view over Lake Thun was incredible. We loved having our morning coffee on the large balcony while watching the sunrise. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and Eva was a wonderful host.

We stayed at Eva’s Seeblick for three nights. We liked absolutely everything. Eva is an amazing host, helpful, kind, always with a smile on her face. The house is a charming Swiss place in a great location. And the view on the lake was absolutely amazing, just like on the picture or even better. Eva’s Seeblick gives you much freedom, you can prepare your own food, do your laundry if needed, which is absolutely great when you are on a longer trip. Thank you Eva for all your help! Highly recommend.

Maybe the parking place was a little tricky for me in the beginning but we managed to park with no issues anyway.

אין מיזוג אוויר. ביממה האחרונה לשהייה שלנו , אספקת המיים החמים התקלקלה ומארחת לא הצילחה לתקן זאת עד סוף השהייה שלנו.

Sehr entspannte, schöne Atmosphäre. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Sogar ein Ventilator wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Matratzen könnten ein bisschen härter sein.

الموقع المطل على بحيرة ثون صاحبة السكن كانت متعاونة جداً وساعدتنا في حمل الشنط بدون نطلب منها ويوجد غسيل للملابس وكوي في الطابق الأسفل اقوم به بنفسك لو أردت يوجد عبوات إضافية مجانية للقهوة في الطابق الأسفل لو انتهت القهوة عندك في الشقة تأخذ منها يوجد ميكرويف أيضاً في الطابق الاسفل ومطبخ متكامل

لا يوجد تكييف وكان الجو حاراً وعند فتح النوافذ تدخل الحشرات

افضل اقامة في سويسرا اطلاله كامله على البحيره صاحبة السكن في قمة الادب والاخلاق ساعدتنا في الشناط وسوت دخول مبكر والمواقف متوفره واغراض المطبخ كلها موجوده

الاطلالة في الشقة ترد الروح خاصة الصباح، وجميع ماتحتاجه متوفر فيها فيها مطبخ وصالة وغرفة نوم مطلة على البحيرة والجبال وشرفة تجلس برا وتوفقنا بالاجواء امطار وخير 😎👌🏻

يمكن الالوان داخل الشقة خاصة شقتنا اسمها pinky الحمام برتقالي 😂 تنعمي داخله.

For the hikes we wanted to make, the location was perfect, and the views to the lake are a great plus. The kitchen is simple but it had all we needed, and Eva was great, she helped us a lot.

Eva is an amazing host, every responsive from the time of booking until you leave. The view is spectacular, our balcony was the perfect spot to sip tea and enjoy the sunset. The bus stop is a 5-min walk away. There's a very large kitchen to cook anything we'd like and Eva is always around to help.

The bathroom was too small, not enough space to move around. Everything else was perfect.

Die Lage von Eva‘s Seeblick ist sehr zentral im Berner Oberland - Ideal für Tagesausflüge zu den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten das Glück, das Präsidenten-Appartement mit Eckbalkon und somit fantastischen Blick auf den Thunsee zu haben. La posizione è tranquillissima e la vista sul lago e sulle montagne è incantevole. Eva è molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo siamo capitati in un periodo di caldo del tutto inusuale per la località. Ho sentito la mancanza dell'aria condizionata anche se ci siamo arrangiati con il ventilatore. Comunque, siccome la temperatura si abbassa molto dopo il tramonto, il mattino, la sera e la notte era fresco anche senza ventilatore. Il bagno è davvero piccolo ma funzionale.

חניה צמודה ובחינם. חניה פרטית של מקום האירוח. בעלת הדירה מאד אדיבה ועוזרת במידת הצורך. הנוף מהחדר מושלם. החדר גדול והמטבח היה מאובזר. החדר נקי והמיטה היתה מאד נוחה.

חדר הרחצה והשירותים בנויים מיציקת פיברגלס, הרצפה הקירות והתקרה, והכל בצבע כתום חזק. הדירה לא מתוחזקת- מכסה אסלה לא מהודק לאסלה, וילון במטבח יצא כולו מהמסילה כי אין סטופר, רוב הנורות בסלון לא דלקו.

Eva is a warm and welcoming host and eager to help. The view is amazing. The place is located within a short driving distance to a number of places worth a visit.

The location provided us a stunning lake Thun view. We spent most of our time there on the balcony. We booked a room for a few nights and the bed was comfortable and Eva and her family were very kind to us. She allowed us to use a coffee maker and a fridge on the ground floor as we didn’t have either in our room.

We booked this location purely for the washer/dryer access as we had been traveling for about 2 weeks prior. It was great to have, but the cycles took multiple hours each and there is only one dryer with two washers, so we felt like we were in the way and it was quite a hassle to do any laundry. Our bathroom’s shower curtain was too short for the shower so the entire bathroom floor would get splashed with water when showering. The room was quite small and not much space to set anything down due to decorations everywhere.

Typical Swiss property in a wonderful position with stunning views over Lake Thun and the surrounding areas. The host was extremely warm and helpful. The location is perfect for travel to Interlaken and Thun with a well stocked local store and a good restaurant within walking distance from the property.

Helles, behagliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit ausreichend Platz, guter bis sehr guter Ausstattung und schöner Aussicht "trotz" Bergblick. Kompakte, doch bequem nutzbare Nasszelle. Gleiches gilt für den abgeteilten Küchenbereich. Anfahrt und Parken problemlos. Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir bedanken uns für einen gemütlichen und entspannten Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder! 😄

الشقه جدا حارره ماقدرت انام رغم انها اعطتنا مراوح لكن لازالت حاره 🥺🥺شقتي رقمها 221 ماعرف المشكله بس بشقتي او كل الشقق لاني لما اخرج بالدرج الجو بارد بس داخل شقتي حر فضيع لايحتمل اضطريت اطلع فتره الظهر والعصر منها

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das upgrade vom Doppelzimmer auf das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine guter Grund, wieder mal zu kommen und wir würden diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer und Appartements im Eva's Seeblick sind sehr gut und mit vielen nützlichen Details (wie Nespresso Cafémaschine, Tee etc... ) eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr ruhig und es hat genügend Parkplätze. Das ganze Haus hat einen sehr lieblichen Charme und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht auf den Thunersee ist "das Tüpfelchen auf dem i". Komme gerne wieder.

Super Aussicht , Appartment war sehr groß , alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet , Küche mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet, Eva war super zuvorkommend und sehr gastfreundlich, ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und optisch nicht so schön wie der Rest der Wohnung.

Evas Place is just perfect! Really nice and spacious apartments, with everything you need in it. And the view was amazing. We had a really great time staying with Eva and she is such a lovely person. The view is the best part of it but the flat was also amazing and Eva is an incredible host! One of the best places I ever stayed!!!

Absolutely stunning views from the pink and president apartments and more than enough space for a very comfy stay. Eva who runs the property is also lovely and made us feel very welcome and was available if we needed anything.

Der Ausblick von diesem Ort...unglaublich schön. Eva eine nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Alles sehr sauber. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening and were welcomed warmly by Eva, who was incredibly kind and genuine. She took the time to explain everything about the room and the property and even offered to help us with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we stepped inside, the place felt spotless and inviting. The room was warm and cozy, and having hot water available 24 hours a day felt amazing after spending time in the cold. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably, and the living area is perfect for relaxing in the evenings, with a very comfortable sofa and Netflix to enjoy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had one of the best nights of sleep. Waking up to the view without even leaving the bed was unforgettable. The private balcony felt like our own little retreat — ideal for breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening. Sitting on the swing with a glass of wine while taking in the scenery was truly special, and at night, watching the stars was magical. We felt completely at home and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We are already looking forward to coming back in the summer to experience this beautiful place again.

The view was out of this world! The room was quite small, but it was just the sort of place you'd want to stay for your first time in Switzerland. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom's a one-person deal. It's a little out of the way, but we enjoyed the small town and the restaurants there. Much nicer than in Interlaken itself for noise and crowds.
