Hotel relativamente remodelado

El ruido de la calle, el hotel es relativamente nuevo pero tiene acabados que se están cayendo, sucio. Falta espacio en la habitación para colocar cosas personales. Solo dos toallas para usar los 5 días, sin toalla de manos ni tapete para salir de la regadera. Fuga de agua en el baño que escuchas todo el tiempo

位置便利，也比较干净，没有那种吵得没办法入睡的情况

我住的当天没有提供浴巾，这点有点费解

ازعاج وتصليحات والكهرباء تفصل كل شوي ولما نشتكي انه الازعاج كيف لنا ننام تقولك الامر طبيعي وقت الاسبوع طيب الزبون اللي دفع لازم يكون فيه علم انه فيه اصلاحات مراح تخليه يرتاح وينام وعزل الصوت زفت احلى شي فيهم طاقم والنظافه فقط وغير كذا لما نشتكي بيقولون عادي الامر طبيعي ليه جالسه مجانا انا اللي ماسكين الواتس اب وضعهم زفت من ناحيه الازعاج والا صلاح والطاقم الاوتيل حلو بس عندك اصلاحات قفل اوتيلك وخلص شغلك مش على حساب الزبون

انا من السعوديه 🇸🇦 الفندق نظيف ومناسب جداً للعوائل وجميع الموظفين لديهم احترافيه عاليه في التعامل مع النزلاء.

الافطار يحتاج الى تطوير وتنويع أكثر ولكنه نظيف وممتاز فقط يحتاج تطوير بسيط.

很吵，设施太差了，床单和被套一股味道，还能发现不知道多少住客留下的头发，有点恶心。厕所也不是干湿分离，洗澡会弄的马桶周围全是水

The hotel is small and elegant. The room I booked was lovely, spacious with natural light and a beautiful view.

They might need cupboard maintenance.

لا احط يساعد في الشنط ، الغرف قديمة لا يوجد فيها هاتف للتواصل مع الرسبشن ولا المستلزمات للحمام واسمع صوت فأر من فتحة المكيف ولا يوجد طاوله للكوي

It is centrally located. Having a kitchenette is a plus.

The cleaning and replacement of towels were not consistent. Sometimes I’d have a hand towel, other times I didn’t. There is no paper towel or rag in the kitchen.

Location was convenient for our aim of street photography. There were good restaurants and coffee shops in the proximity of the hotel. the room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Compared to the studio's of my friends mine was a bit 'tight' with a big sofa cramped between the bed and the TV. The bathroom was small and during showering water would spill into the toilet area and make the floor very slippery. No toilet mat was provided and during the entire week I received handtowels only once.

I enjoyed much like ever before my stay at this Historical place and memorable atmosphere. Since it dated back to 1909 . I am amazed wih the stuff very comprehensive cooperative specially i appreciated much good deeds of omar and merna their friendship is a tresor and a precious gemstone never i can forget . I definitely would come back again to brassbell Hannaux . Wonderful location near everything . The place were neat and clean .you can find everything under your hands kitchenette highly equipped kettle washing machine mini bar fridge service silverware .there is a fashionable bathroom enough for everything you can count on . As for the furniture it's highly equipped lighting system a queen bed it's cosy warm and comfortable. Got served everyday with unlimited mineral water supply since any guest not to drink from Tapwater . Room Is really spacious . One great thing . Place all over Smells great they are providing aroma diffusers in the entrance at reception area that bring your smile and satisfaction. Heart touching. Plants is everywhere in the corridors floors in the rooms. Air-conditioned is satisfying.

The only pros was: I got squeezed in time by 9 pm on first night by not getting oportunity to access my dinner because of closing hours for all stores by state orders to early chut down at 9 pm . I had been obliged to order food by only delivery option and delayed till up 11.30 pm too late . But I handled that in my second night . I turned it to a benefit. And prepared my self quite well and all neighbour's and surrounding people were very helpful I didn't feel at all any discomfort. Egypt is so safe so good people faith and high behavior really touched me . Generosity

Everything except the TV

I would have liked to be able to switch on the TV and find films in english without having to wrestle with an unknown system. It's not that I needed a TV but it is easier to switch off and relax after a day's activity if there is a TV going in the background. Trying to find english language channell was a huge challenge. Advanced tech is not always helpful. Sometime simplicity is best.

التكييف والثلاجة لا يعملان وظللت طوال الليل استدعي الموظف لتشغيل التكييف لانه يطفي فجأة وقبل الفجر نقلوني لغرفة اخرى لكنها كانت ليلة مزعجة بالنسبة لي ولم احظى بأي تعويض بل قوبل الأمر بالاهمال لأن الموظف كان يكلم الادارة بعد ماغضبت وكانوا يحاولون يخلونه يجيب الصيانة ورافضين انتقالي للغرفة الاخرى والحمام فيه تسريب مزعج .. الخلاصة المبلغ المدفوع لا يساوي الخدمات ابداً

Muy buen lugar, me gusto mucho el diseño y lo espacioso que era, grandes ventanas. Todo estuvo muy limpio.

El ruido de la calle, pero en estas situaciones usamos nuestros AirPods con cancelación de sonido y pudimos dormir muy bien.

Мне дали номер категорией ниже, чем я бронировал. При этом персонал делал вид, что не понимает этого) в ходе переговоров, на 2 день мне предложили комнату того типа, который я бронировал, но на первом этаже и с окнами на шумную улицу - я отказался и остался в более дешевом номере.

Muy moderno y bien cuidado. Estupenda relación calidad-precio. Además las personas de recepción son muy amables y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos.

Excellent Location, very quite at night Friendly Staff Comfortable room, contains all you need. Kitchenette very good equipped

Loose carpet in the ausleihen, my friend fall and had a bruise on her eye. Staff was very concerned, sent an apology and chocolate. On the next day the carpet has-been fixed. Lots of corners and small steps where people can fall. Bad smell from the toilet pipes.

És petit encara que suficient per 2 persones. Falta manteniment en alguna cosa però per ser El Caire no està gens malament en aquest sentit

Very clean n modern. The entrance not scary as most of hotel here… easy to find.. accessible to shops. Walking distance to restaurants..

المكان جميل ، واختيارات الاثاث مختارة بعناية ، والموقع كذلك استراتيجي جداً التلفاز جميل.

يوجد ازعاج اتوقع انه مؤقت بسبب اصلاحات وتجهيزات مزعجة جداً من الصباح حتى المغرب دورة المياه يوجد فيها مشكلة في الشطاف احيان يعمل بقوة واحيان ما يعمل

La unicación muy céntrica, a dos manzanas del Museo Egipcio antiguo y de la Plaza de Tahir. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas y pequeños comercios para artículos de primera necesidad en el entorno. El edificio está totalmente reformado recientemente, y es nuevo.

Es una pena que el mantenimiento, siendo nuevo no sea óptimo. Las carpinterías exteriores de ventanas son de buena calidad, pero al estar mal instaladas, no aislan del ruido. El baño tiene la puerta hinchada en la parte baja porque salpica el agua de la ducha, el indoro pierde agua por la junta del suelo y se moja el suelo del baño. Como no mejoren el manteniemento, en poco tiempo el hotel estará tan decrépito como la mayoría de los del Ciro, por falta de mantenimiento. Uno de los días se fue el generador de electricidad y estuvimos sin agua caliente en la ducha un par de días. Pedía hacer el check out un poco más tarde por la hora del vuelo y me cobraron una noche más.

The staff were super incredible!! The room was very cute, and had everything we could ever need- iron, hairdryer, microwave, kettle.

There wasn’t a dryer, so we had to air dry our clothes, which was inconvenient.
