Riad dar Yamna

Riad jest bardzo czysty a personal bardzo miły. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra i przyjazna. Korzystaliśmy dwa raz z transferu na lotnisko, wszystko było doskonale zorganizowane.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Opinions at booking.com are scam!!! Opinions at trip advisor are real!!! We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 AM after a long journey, only to be told that there were no rooms available for us. Instead of offering a sincere apology or taking responsibility, the staff member informed us that we had to move to another hotel, which turned out to be dirty and in very poor condition. What was most shocking was his complete lack of concern. He kept saying that it was “just for one night” and that it was “not a problem,” as if forcing guests to change hotels at 2:00 AM after traveling was something completely normal. For us, it was absolutely a problem. There was no empathy, no effort to fix the situation, and no professionalism. At one point, when we questioned the situation, he said, “I just work here,” implying that it was not his responsibility. That was very strange, considering he was there the entire time and appeared to be in charge. This response felt dismissive and irresponsible. After one night in the substitute hotel, we were finally moved to the hotel we had originally booked. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The room had terrible humidity. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was constantly flooded with water. The ventilation in the kitchen was very poor, and the smell from the bathroom spread throughout the entire building. The odor was clearly noticeable during breakfast, both before and after eating, and made the experience extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. Additionally, during breakfast, when we asked for a glass of juice, he simply said no. We then asked for water, and again the answer was no. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and we definitely would not recommend this hotel.

La ubicación es magnífica, muy bonito, muy limpio y con un personal muy atento, amable y con un trato muy personal y cercano. Ponen un magnífico desayuno. Aunque esta en la Medina es muy tranquilo y sin ruidos ya que esta en la calle paralela.

Le riad est vraiment superbe, très propre et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et l’ambiance très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil, toujours souriant et prêt à aider pour tout. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y retournerais sans hésiter !

L'emplacement et la beauté de la salle principale.

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on me change de riad (pour le Fes Iline), qu'on me donne une chambre différente de celle que j'ai réservé et surtout qu'on me donne une chambre/salle de bain pleine d'humidité dans un état indigne alors que j'ai prévenu que j'avais des soucis de santé. Il a fallu que je me plaigne au Riad dar Yamna pour avoir une nouvelle chambre la deuxième nuit... Les photos que je publie correspondent à la salle de bain de la chambre 7 du Fes Iline. La chambre du Riad Dar Yamna était bien meilleure en comparaison.

24/7 war Personal vor Ort und hatte jederzeit ein Ohr und ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Sehr gastfreundlich und es ist dein Geld aufjedenfall wert.

Riad très bien situé, à deux pas de la porte bleue mais calme. La chambre était très agréable et propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disposé à prodiguer des conseils. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance.

Es war sehr schön. Echt empfehlenswert! Man hat sich dort sicher und heimisch gefühlt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, leckeres Frühstück, tolle Zimmer und auch sehr ruhig zum entspannen. Es hat mir sehr gefallen.

Nos gustó más el trato que nos dio el personal del riad, son muy agradables pero también igual que las instalaciones en sí, todo el riad es precioso.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in diesem Riad. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Am meisten hervorzuheben sind alle Mitarbeiter, die einem jederzeit helfen, gute Tipps geben und einfach super freundlich sind. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, todo el personal muy atento y siempre sonriente. Muy acogedores y es como estar viviendo una película de ensueño. Repetiré, seguro y lo voy a recomendar, sin duda. Fes es el despertar de los sentidos, el gusto, el olfato y la vista. La comida, los sabores, los olores, los colores, perderte en el zoco. Y descansar en Riad Yamna. No hay mejor regalo. Gracias Fes te llevo en mi corazón

Prachtige locatie en prima uitvalsbasis om Fes te bezoeken. Sfeervolle kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekend diner : de beste tajine van onze reis. Duidelijke afspraken en persoonlijke assistentie om de riad te bereiken. Goeie tips van het personeel over bezienswaardigheden en basic veiligheid. Lekker ontbijt.

L’accueil, la qualité des équipements et du mobilier, le soin de la décoration. Tout est vraiment parfait. Le lieu est cosy et très calme, proposant un cadre intimiste, loin de la grandeur et de l’agitation de certains riads de la médina. Nous avons aussi adoré la nourriture proposée à l’hôtel.

We hebben enorm genoten. We hadden prachtige kamers, het personeel was meer dan vriendelijk en het ontbijt echt fantastisch. Het was elke dag weer genieten. Overdag ga je toch vaak op pad en als je dan terug komt is het hotel echt een oase.

It is gorgeous. Absolute gorgeous. The location is in The Medina. A simple walk to most places. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is top notch and take care of everything you need!

We had to pay for parking although it was supposed to be free. The breakfast was very slow.

This riad is beautiful, in a quiet and safe location, with friendly, helpful and well organized staff. The breakfast was nice and was ready quickly in the morning. The air conditioner and heating unit worked well.

Aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit familiärem Flair. Das Personal war superfreundlich und es wurden uns sämtliche Wünsche erfüllt, bevor wir diese überhaupt äussern konnten. Das Essen war superlecker und das Frühstück aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig und superfrisch mit lokalen Zutaten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Arredamento super, struttura pulita, purtroppo al mattino siamo dovuti partire molto presto e ci è stata gentilmente offerta comunque una buonissima colazione. Posizione perfetta. Super consigliato!

Wenn du am Riad ankommst begrüßen dich herzliche Menschen und ein angenehmer Duft in allen Räumen umströmt dich. Die wunderschöne Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das bequeme Bett lässt dich schlafen wie im Paradies. Die Lage zur Medina war perfekt, nicht weit und doch sehr ruhig. Oben auf der Terrasse hörst du nur die Vögel und nicht die laute Stadt.

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente per niente rispondente alle fotografie. Il bagno era intasato per non parlare del letto sfondato! Il parcheggio era in strada (anziché privato) ed abbiamo dovuto pagare una cifra extra. Con tutte le possibilità che ci sono a Fez questo posto è assolutamente da evitare

Elegimos la habitación Deluxe (número 1) que resultó estar en la planta baja entre la entrada y el comedor. Se escuchaba a toda la gente entrar y hablar. Los horarios de Booking no son los reales. El check out a las 12 resultó ser a las 11. Cosa que deberían corregir. No sabemos bien si es que nos echaron o no se menciona correctamente la salida. Importante si tienes un avión más tarde y necesitas la habitación.

Very warm welcome when we arrived at the riad. Biscuit cookies and tea were such a lovely way to start. The staff met us and helped to get to the riad. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable The staff is very responsive and quickly addressed anything that was needed. thank you again everyone was wonderful.

Everything was good

The terrace not only is a great view, but also a good place to meet and hang out with other travellers. The breakfast was excellent as well.The owners were helpful for anything you need.

It is such a beautiful riad. Roof top is amazing with unique views. They came to pick me up at a safe and easy to find location. The staff is very nice. I came here for the second time and plan to stay here again when I will come back to Fez

The only good thing is the location and nice “lobby” area. This by no means compensate the terrible rooms and staff.

Upon arrival, we were told the price we paid was “too low” and forced to pay more in cash (not the municipal tax). The room didn’t match the description – it was damp, smelled horrible, noisy, and uncomfortable. The property pressures guests to cancel bookings and pay cash, hiding bad reviews. Check Google – all 5-star reviews look fake, likely written by bots. The only honest reviews are 1-star from others who had the same experience. Avoid this place at all costs. They will deny everything but you have been warned.

The hotel is very beautiful ，it's in a good place ，easy to find . The room is clean and big . And ，the staff is very friendly ，they help to recommend the good way to visit the town . We leave very early in the morning ，the staff prepared the take away breakfast in advance . Wish to visit this hotel next time .

Due to renovations we were given an upgrade to a fabulous room, the staff could not have been more helpful. They organised a couple of fantastic tours for us - thank you. Would definitely stay here again.

Riad looks nice (especially common places), good location (near to Medina)

The room is small, the functionality of the shower is not great. Description how to go to the hotel and park is not clearly described. The staff was confused (they asked many times for the same information). And in my opinion - They imposed a lot of their service, which was not entirely pleasant (we didn't find it that way in other hotels in Morocco).

Very clean, easy to find, staff met us in the batha square. Breakfast included.

Riad looks amazing - all those green and white tiles and then the lobby in marble... it's simply breathtaking. Location was perfect, just a short walk to Medina. Breakfast was pretty good as well, mostly sweet, but that's what you need early in the morning. :) Coffee and tea were served too. Oh yeah, I mustn't forget to mention the staff, the guys were really helpful too (picked us up on Batha square, told us where to print stuff...).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Ali at the reception was exceptional—friendly, warm, and genuinely caring about our accommodation. His welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Hassan was also fantastic; he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a great spot, making it very convenient for us. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety and great coffee to start the day. Thank you to the team for their excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The riad is stunning and really well located. Very close to the main touristic attractions and at a walking distance to all the points one needs to go. Breakfast was also very nice, hot shower with good water pressure, comfortable bed and pillows.

The place is very quiet yet close to Fez medina. Rooms are spacious and have a very good value for the money. All set with a delicate unitary Moroccon style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a near riad where they serve a super varied breakfast, the best one we had during our stay in the country.

Location was great and everything was clean. The breakfast was really good, and the stuff very friendly.

The shower does not have curtains or anything. When you take a shower, all the flor gets wet and there is nothing to dry it.

The staff, especially Ali at the reception is so nice. Without even asking they gave us an upgrade to a rooftop room. We stayed for one night but it was a nice experience.

Being locked in so we couldn't leave when we had told the staff we would need to leave early. Staff not friendly and we're condescending. We had to phone five times before they unlocked the door. Our tour thankfully waited for us. Being locked in overnight (from the outside) was a potentially dangerous situation in case of medical issue or fire.

Cozy riad, nice decor in patio

The location is excellent. The central foyer is gorgeously decorated. The breakfast was nice.

The staff were nice and helpful, but they pushed us on buying tours more than we would have liked. There are also two separate riads (Yamna and Iline) and this should be clearer on the booking to avoid confusion. They are beside one another and operated by the same staff.
