I like the family atmosphere and grace extended.

The stairway. Only because I have mobility issues. I learned to handle it and was worth the climb and descent. Staff was always helpful. They saved me trips more times to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t have to contend with the stairs. They were most accomodating. If I were remaining longer the bottom floor room would have been available to move in.

Очень гостеприимные и дружелюбные хозяева. Всегда интересовались нужно ли нам что-то. Приглашали нас к себе на праздник и барбекю.

One of the best stays we had in all of SE Asia. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we had a reason to stay longer. The rooms are spacious & clean and have a sofa so it feels like somewhere you can actually relax during travels. An easy tuk tuk ride to Angkor Watt too. We had no issues walking in and out of town and there are some excellent cafes and restaurants a 15 minute stroll away. The owner Phyla, is an absolute gem too and even invited us to have a drink with his family downstairs! Highly recommend staying here!

Clean to perfrction, very spatious, brand new beutifully designed room, sunset view, great air condition, confortable bed, hotel quality sheets. There was a large dining table with two chairs - a much welcome thing after several hotels I have been to. Nice host. They offer home made food and cooking classes uppon request. The host was kind and spoke good English. I rarely give 10 for a plave, but this place would be 12!

If you do not mind staying a bit off the center and taking a 1 dolar tuk-tuk then this is a perfect place for you. I am walked so for me it was far. Two tuktuk drivers had difficulty finding the small street, but once you tell them to go to Singapoor school ( 1 min. Walk) then it is easy.

We like everything there 😍! The room was very big and had everything you needed (kettle, hair dryer, gel, shampoo...) Nice, very clean place with a great Host. Great and quiet location. You can also rent a scooter so everywhere is near. Cambodia is very beautiful and you should up front extended your stay 😊😊

The room is very big and cozy. It feels more like a studio apartment than a room. The location is nice and quiete. It is just 5min drive or 15min walk from riverside. Nearby there are some small shops with everything you need.

Phyla and his family were very welcoming! He drove me to the airport at the end of my stay. Very convenient. There is a kitchen in the yard where you can cook. The location is not far from the centre by Tuktuk or there is a secure place for motorcycles. Recommended!

Everything was great. It’s just a few minutes away from the old market.

Staying here was an excellent choice in Siem reap. The host and his lovely family were extremely kind and not hesitate to be your friend! They would provide you with everything you would need. I loved everything :)

This is the best place we stayed in during our stay in Asia. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner and his family are very caring and friendly. The price-quality ratio is unbelievably good! I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing!!!

The room was beautiful and well organized with abundant natural light. It was also much bigger than we expected. The hosts did a fantastic job. The room was cold and the fridge was stocked an turned on even before we arrived. Great attention to detail.

The chaps runnig this place were really friendly, kind, and helpful. They even invited us for dinner and beers one night. He took us on his motorbike to a pagoda, and was always in contact with anything we needed. We were upgraded to a big room at the top which was big, spacious and very clean. Note the room does get quite warm during the day, but most people will likely be out most of the day. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Siem Reap, and I can't recommend it enough! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really makes it special are the owners. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The rooms here are fully equipped with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, refrigerator, toothbrush, kettle, hangers, etc.) and there is a kitchen that you can use. They went out of their way to ensure I had an amazing stay. If you're looking for a place that combines great accommodation with warm, personal service, this place is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Siem Reap!

Excellent accommodation, very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Super hospitable, friendly and attentive hosts. They gave us to taste dishes they had cooked in the courtyard, the atmosphere is very familiar. A great option to spend a few days in Siem Reap. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the hospitality from the owners. We talked a lot and learned about the cambodian culture. They were very generous, the owner took us to our busstation by car at the end. The house is very beautiful and clean, espescially the room. Would 100% reccomend this place, best price for value if you want to have a more layed back time from the busy center. Thanks for everything!

The owner and his family provided us with their fantastic hospitality and I had an amazing experience here during my stay. I moved here because my previous hotel was not clean, and also had weak AC and Wifi. The room and other facilities here are super clean(even compared with Japanese hotel) and we can use the kitchen outside. The room has a cozy beautiful balcony and downstairs sitting area. My favorite part was in the evening when the owner would cook dinner in the kitchen. I joined her when she was cooking and learned how she cooked Khmer dishes. Additionally, there is a gym community which is called “Ground Zero” nearby, and popular cofee store "Muffin man". I enjoyed the woman boxing class and nice cofee time during my starying! 毎日通えるカフェとジムも近くにあって、とにかく最高でした♪

The property owner was so friendly and fun, he welcomed us into his home, always offering to help and making us feel at home. The room was spacious and filled with sunlight in the day. The property also has great facilities a kitchen and laundry all free of charge, we were even allowed to use the variety of ingredients there as well. The location is lovely only a five minute drive or ten minute bike from downtown, would definitely recommend.

Everything is amazing, this is my second time booking here. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Siem Reap.

The room is very clean. It has everything you need. There is even a shared kitchen outside. The owner is hospitable and professional in helping guests. He invited us to dinner several times and let us try some traditional Cambodian cuisine. The food cooked by his wife was fantastic. There were some small stores around this accommodation where we could buy bread, snacks, and drinks. It was so comfortable that we stayed an extra week. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Siem Reap.

Not a big problem, but at night the neighborhood dogs would bark quite loudly together.

Their room decoration was exceptional. air condition worked well, staff and especially handsome owner are all so helpful. their patio in front is great environment and good place to enjoy our day. hotel staff can arrange us a good recommendation sightseeing and we did enjoy it. try to stay here if you dont believe me.

It was vary quite and peaceful the owner and staff were very helpful, 2 and half dollars for a ride to pub street.would stay there again next time.
