Reviewed May 28, 2025The distance to the Masjid Nawawi was okay 👍.
Internet connection was terribly bad, almost impossible to use it. Also, it was not provided towels for shower. For breakfast, there was no much options for people with special dietary needs. Eg. High cholesterol, diabetes and others.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2025Location's proximity to the mosque. The female reception staff was extremely professional and welcoming. Clean facilities. No long queues for lifts; easy access to rooms. Plenty of shops are in the area.
Cleaning staff could supply additional toiletries, such as extra toilet rolls and soap.

I did not have a chair to sit on at the desk for my morning coffee and sandwich. I had to sit on the bed, which was OK by me but now the staff has an extra job to do to clean the bed I sat on for my snacks and small meals.
