Reviewed May 4, 2026Location was not bad, not to far from masjid. But hotel very run down
We were supposed to get a triple bed room that looked spacious on the picture on Booking.com website., but instead we were given a small room, no space to move for three people, which was actually a double room with an extra bed. We did complain and was told the picture on website was a four bed room, not three and thecroom we were given was the three bed room. The picture of the room shown did not match room given. Plus it was very dirty and run down room. Not very clean. After complaining they did change the room.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Really close to masjid Nabawi. The housekeeping Mr. Sahajahan was super, check on us everyday and makes sure we have everything we need. 100% good.
The room was too small, I booked double bed, when check in front office says double bed but when we get into the room it's twin bed. We arrive midnight so not bother to complain because we just so tired. You should not advertise double bed when u got none. Its really disappointing. I booled double bed, even sent message for double bed. And even got lied to when we arrived said you gave us double bed while in fact its twin bed. Makes us so disappointed. It is false advertisment.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026The place is near a mosque, which is convenient. However, the receptionist was not very professional. When we informed him about our check-out, he said there were no staff available to help take the luggage from our room and that there was nothing he could do. Later, I found two Bangladeshi staff members who kindly helped us carry the luggage out of the room. Their help was greatly appreciated.
