Good location near the city centre. The appartment was nice and the owner was kind.

There are some music bars around the appartment and there is no such a thing as quiet hours so we couldn’t sleep 2 out of 3 nights. Some of the futniture or equipment in the appartment looked a bit worn out but it was not an issue.

Το μόνο που μπορεί να συγκαταλέγει στα «αρνητικά» είναι το πλυντήριο το οποιο έχει σπασμένο καπάκι και δεν στεγνώνει καλά, αλλά το προσωπικό είναι ενημερωμένο και σίγουρο θα διορθωθεί.

The property was clean and close to metro station, also close to most of the places we were planning to visit. The bed was comfortable, it also had a washing machine and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay.

La ubicación fue perfecta, a solo una parada del centro. Además el piso está recién renovado y con todas las cosas útiles a mano: vasos, platos, incluso algo de comida y productos de limpieza para la lavadora. El aire acondicionado se agradeció mucho y la terraza también. El piso es solo para dos personas.

Grand, neuf et très propre, très bien placé à 15 minutes de marche des centres d'intérêts.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location is superb, very close to the metro station. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Όμορφο διαμέρισμα, με άνετη κουζίνα σαλόνι, κάτι που μας διευκόλυνε! Σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία,λίγα λεπτά από το μέτρο του Κεραμεικού στο Γκαζι! Ασφαλής γειτονιά. Κυρίως όμως, πολύ φιλόξενοι ιδιοκτήτες, που μας εξυπηρετησαν πολύ και έκαναν πιο άνετη τη διαμονή μας!

Οτι ειναι ανακαινισμενο

Οτι λέει για δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και εννοει στον δημόσιο δρόμο. Οτι δεν ανοιγε η πόρτα και έπρεπε να περιμένουμε να έρθουν να μας ανοίξουν. Έχει πάρα πολύ φασαρία για να κοιμηθείς απο τα μπαρ της γειτονιάς. Δεν ειχε ουτε ενα μπουκάλι νερο μεχρι να βρεις απο που μπορείς να αγοράσεις.

Everything was excellent—the apartment, the host, the lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants, as well as the location and public transport connections. Truly nothing to complain about!

The studio is amazing. My one-week stay in Athena Studio Gazi was phenomenal: great location, well-thought facilities and warm communication with the hostess. Location is few minutes-walk to the Kerameikos stop with the direct line with the airport so it is very convenient. In addition, it's easy walk to tourist sites and all neighborhoods you'd like to explore during your visit. Regarding the apartment per se, it's 10 out of 10. It feels ample, very comfortable and it has a balcony facing South. So it means that receives sunlight throughout the day which I really appreciated since I visited in winter so I could enjoy a sunny balcony. It has sunshade so you can still enjoy the balcony during summer time. It sits in the corner of the building so the bedroom receives a gentle morning sunlight; but again it has double sets of curtains including blackout for sleeping. Finally, communication with the hostess was easy, friendly and speedy. Check-in was a breeze since the apartment is a Smart Home. This is particularly convenient in case you land in Athens too late. The hostess was also accommodating allowing a late checkout due to my flight itinerary.

No downsides. I experienced a perfect stay.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Με κέρδισε η ευγένεια και η καλοσύνη της Αθηνάς.

Ένα εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με θαυμάσια σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Δίπλα στο σταθμό μετρό Κεραμεικός. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο ακόμη και με τα πόδια (15 λεπτά). Όλα υπέροχα !

This was a very nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable. My contact person was very helpful and responsive. She helped me through a difficult situation when I left my iPhone in a taxi cab. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

Fully equipped modern flat and everything you need is there. Great location and kind staff/owner. Extremely comfy bed and the best apartment we ever stayed in so far. Highly recommended

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einfacher Check in, die Türen konnten online geöffnet werden, als wir bei der Wohnung ankamen. Die Lage ist prima, nur 5 Minuten von der Metrostation der Linie 3 entfernt, die einen ohne Umstieg direkt zum Flughafen bringt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem, die Dusche heiss (Achtung bei Einstieg Kopf einziehen). In der Nähe gibt es Bäcker, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants und Musikkneipen.

1. Direkt neben dem Apartment ist das Rock Dragon, eine Metal Disco, die Samstags von 23:30 Uhr bis 5 Uhr früh einen infernalischen Lärm.macht...auch weil das Schiebefenster sehr schlecht schallisolliert ist... unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Die anderen Nächte war es ruhig. 2. Der Stuhl am Esstisch ist sehr wackelig und das Sofa unbequem. 3. Das Schlafzimmer Fenster sollte dringend mal geputzt werden.

The place was perfect for my needs. The host was so nice and the place is all automated and super easy to check in. It’s newly furnished so high quality fittings and comfortable. The location is 5 mins from the Metro and in an area 20mins walk from the Acropolis. I’d stay here again - so good. Thank you!

Very clean and spacious, with all the amenities! The area is quiet and close to the old town and the Acropolis! It is very easy to get to from the airport, the metro is a few minutes away. The host is super involved and welcoming. I highly recommend!!

The noise from the street at night, music from the clubs and also I had the impresion that it's a strange neibourhood.

A great, new place just a short walk from the metro station, which connects directly to the airport. We arrived early in the morning, and the host was kind enough to let us store our luggage before check-in, which was really appreciated.

Towels seemed a bit overused [clean, but old], but there was a replacement, which i noticed just at the end of my stay..

Before I start listing the perks of the place - let me tell you that I reached the apartment at 2 AM, which is not a good time for checkin usually, often being a dealbreaker. However the hostess here was extremely nice to accept and guide us into the apartment, which I bet most would not. Anyways, you'll be living in a brand new and modern building in a hood that's somewhat 'diverse', but all Athens is. You'll have metro in 4 min. walk and the Acropol you can take by foot, if you want. The apartment itself is fresh, clean AND cosy. I will not list all the facilities and utils, for all of them you can need are there, even nice balcony, and the bed really is comfortable to sleep. Recommendations - keep windows closed at night (and optionally AC on), especially at weekends. Athene parties long and hard. There are one or two essentials stores nearby, use map to locate them. Metro is enough to visit any place of interest and not many apartments in Athens have one nearby. Be a couple, more than 2 people there would find themselves a bit squeezed, if staying longer.

Do not get me wrong, I am not whining, it is still a 10/10 place. But some quests have ruined the sofa and it could use a makeover of some kind. And, for the nice new induction stovetop you could provide a inductive pan, the one there was pure aluminium and useless for induction heating (but there is a small old school hotplate in the drawer so we sill could cook all we needed!)

Kind and helpful host ! Apartment was very clean and it had all the necessities (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, AC, good wifi), it's only 3 min walk to the Metro station Kerameikos and 25 min walk to the Acropolis. Would come again.

We had an excellent stay here at Athena's studio. We were hours earlier than the check-in time and Athena's father Andreas met with us early to let us in. Since the last staff just checked out, Andreas cleaned the room for us so that we could lie down as we were extremely tired after our long flights. Communication throughout our stay was fantastic, the hosts were very helpful, the room was very clean and nice, and parking was relatively convenient as well.

There was a club near by that had loud music until 5:30am

Clean and modern. All the amenities you need for a stay. Great host, very kind and on hand when you needed her. Check in and out was great. We will stay again next year. There’s a bakery and a shop close by. Restaurant and bars too. The metro is 2 minute walk and only one stop from Monastiraki square (or 15-20 min walk). Fantastic holiday

Definitely this was my best stay in Athens. Great location, walkable distance to all attractions max 15min to Monastiraki. The apartment is very spacious, modern and sooo stylish. You have everything you need to live here, not only to stay for a few days. Host was so kind and helpfull and she responds immediately. Next visit to Athens I will book this one. The apartment itself is great, but it's located next to a nightclub who played insanely loud music untill 5AM every day (wed-sat). Literally couldn't sleep untill 5:30AM every day. Don't know if it was a special occurence or if this happens every day.

The place was nicely located and in a relatively new house.

The only thing was that the drainage in the shower was unable to absorb water so it was collecting a bit fast.
