Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Las instalaciones del hotel están super bonitas y cómodas, aparte de que al estar en un lugar céntrico es fácil moverse por la ciudad.
Tal vez deberían contar con algún restaurante o contar con algún lugar pequeño para comer, pero al estar en un lugar céntrico tampoco esta tan mal.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Hotel Casa Aranzazú has a great location. We liked that it has a small number of bedrooms and that the double bed bedroom was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The front door was always locked but staff will open promptly after you buzzed the front desk.
Although the hotel is only two stories high, not having an elevator is always inconvenient when you are carrying heavy luggage.

we stayed on two different occasions and two times on the ground floor facing the courtyard where you can hear every whisper. The second time we had a room without windows, wouldn’t have stayed for another night. Also, if you open the window in the bathroom, other guests have perfect view into the shower..

Reviewed Apr 21, 2024It’s right at the heart of the city, it’s a new remodel, so all the rooms are all beautiful and clean. The team is very customer service oriented and are quick to share the history of the building and how their hotel got the name, after the nearby Capilla de Aránzazu .
Honestly everything was clean and the team was very accommodating and resourceful. They take pride in their history and their city. We were able to get plenty of recommendations from them.
