Reviewed Mar 6, 2024Small hotel but for this price range, I have never seen a comparable service level. Simple setup but not skim on quality. I enjoy the free quality breakfast too as the server is very polite and treat you like a king!
For luggage, there is a few flights of stairs to get up before reaching the lift. A bit challenging for lady if have big/heavy bag.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2023The breakfast is okay coz we got sandwhiches. The location also perfect coz its near to 7e and kk mart and also walking distance to Citta Mall. Overall i would come again. It also got free flow coffee at the pantry.. i kinda enjoyed it. The coffee is goood
what i did not like is as below 1. Did not ask for room cleaning, no any sort of card or stuff to hang at the door to inform that we do not one room cleaning. The cleaner throw our shirt because we put it inside a dustbin. Its a good shirt that are not suppose to be throwed away. But, it our fault and we got it back thanks to the front desk staff 2. Water in the room, all of the water are warm/hot water. I do not get it, even the water at bidet also hot. The sink water is hot. I could not control the temperature. All of the equipment that can provide water are hott!!!!. We do like hot water, but not everytime. When we are back from activities and walking around the cities we want cold water but what we got is hot water. Everything is hot and we could not control the temperature. Even when we shut down the heater, the water is still freaking hot. Mantainance need to have a good check on that 3. Please ask customer first if they want room cleaning

Reviewed Oct 17, 2023Location was excellent, food and convenient shops walking distance. There is even a mall 5 mins drive away. Room was very comfortable and clean. All the reception staff were most friendly and helpful.
Parking is limited, only 3 spaces in front of the hotel and the rest are only available outside office hours. Otherwise, you need to park at visitor's basement parking which was chargeable and the place is dark.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2023Overall it was a pleasant stay. For breakfast choice we were asked to choose between egg or tuna sandwich. Only one eatery - a nasi kandar restaurant within walking distance & a 7-11 nearby. Water dispensers are available on every floor.
The place was quite deserted - may be it was on a Fri evening. Surrounding area was mostly offices & some under construction buildings.
