Plaza Kelana Jaya Suites by Sleepy Bear

Location and facilities

Check-in info delivered at the 30 mins before checkin and was not complete until after reminder. I booked 2 units.

Quiet and clean environment. Nice view from bedroom.

Bed mattress condition needs to improve, seems that it is already wear and tear.

Good facility, clean and nice view from the unit.

Nil

Good, easy and convenient stay, with plenty of nearby stores and a strategic location. and easy to go Sunway for my son treatment

Didn’t like that there was no washing machine for a 15-day family stay. With three of us, my son being sick, and my husband busy with meetings, having to use a self-service laundry was quite inconvenient. even fridge was also not so cool to keep my stuff.

Cleanliness is bad as there are insects

Clean

This was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were many cockroaches everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was far below expectations and not suitable for guests. Very disappointed with the condition of the unit and the overall experience.

Nothing.

Not easy to locate. Shopping isn’t great. Limited selection of eateries near by.

None

We booked for bigger unit but was given smaller unit. Photos mislead

We have to wait for 2 hrs outside the property

Nichts.

Poor

Poor

The accomodation is good.

Super bad experience. The toilet door cannot open from inside, so when I enter toilet, need to call family to open the door for me from outside. Secondly, i request toilet paper as there is no provided there. Then owner said will provide on the next day but I checked out on the next day. There is no point to deliver after check out and the owner blocked me after my requested

Clean calm

Far from centre

quietness, not many crowd on the surrounding property and it is value for money.

it is good to have laundry machine in the property

-location and parking easy -staff is helpful and fast response

-cleanliness eventho paid for cleaning fees(beneath carpet have dust) -interior is not well maintained(wallpaper peel, toilet doors difficult to open)

Clean

Small area No washer machine as in photos

Firstly, kudos to the host staffs for their endless support throughout my stay, especially Hana & Vini. They provided excellent assistance and guidance patiently. Secondly, the accommodation itself was superb. Excellent choice of theme for the unit, comfortable beds, well-pressured showers with adjustable temperature, but most importantly the majestic lake view on top of the city skyline from the bedroom window! It was truly a great experience and I highly recommend this place.

It would have been better if the unit comes with a microwave but I think maybe it's just my preference. What I got was already well worth what I paid for. I guess what I didn't like about this place is that I couldn't stay longer. Perhaps next time.

We accidentally close one of the bedroom door and was locked out. The owners sent a courier to bring the key over to me after half hour or so. The owners were quite responsive.

It’s so hard to drive up the Carpark. It’s very narrow especially if your car is bigger. Also the bed is too soft and not comfortable. My daughter found a bed bug on her bed and there were many small flies in the bedroom. This is definitely not suitable for light sleeper as it’s next to the highway. It’s really noisy. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but I left after 1 night.

Comfortable place

Too much whatsapp for reminder

One of the best stays! Very comfortable room with a LED mirror and a full window view of the lake. Netflix was available on the TV, water pressure was great. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful throughout my stay!

The toilet had a constant odor, not sure where it came from. 2nd bedroom was a little cramped with the window directly facing the corridor walkway, but there were curtains so it was still okay.

The mattress is comfortable, the scenery is nice, and the air conditioner works properly.

There are many damages to the facilities, especially the toilet door which cannot be closed, otherwise, one must rely on someone outside to help open the door, which is very unreasonable. Besides, The main entrance door handle is also loose, and both the toilet seat and clothes hanger are broken. Also, Food left on the table for just a short while attracts ants. To make things worse, the TV cannot be operated. There are also other issues that cannot be listed one by one. Overall, the facilities are disappointing.

住的舒服 推荐 good place

The complex has a very good gym and wellness facility. Security was tight and the complex appears new and well maintained. Car par was spacious and easy to get to. The view from my unit was good, overlooking green spaces and a lake. The unit itself was small and cozy.

Appalling communication from the host. Very unresponsive and difficult to reach. The host uses ChatBot that is dysfunctional. They dont have a physical reception, so any issues cannot be dealt with promptly. Deposit payment had to be made via bank transfer, which makes it harder for tourist alike. The unit was tiny and did not have any toilet paper or rubbish bags. Not sure if the bedsheet and linen are clean as I was scratching all night. The couch was dirty and stained.

it clean and comfortable.

Pretty spacious with 3 bedrooms lounge with good views of lake. We booked for 6 people but ended up only 3 could make it.

Sofa a bit stained, probably needed cleaning or covered otherwise comfortable.

i cough up badly just to find out the ac is not well maintained. we stayed for 2 weeks and we were asked to pay extra to get a housekeeping.

Very good place to stay We love the view and the host is too helpful

Strategic location, worth for money, clean, nice decoration and great views. The host improved their facilities after get the comment. It is highly recommended to stay here.

There is misunderstanding between me and staff, however, the problem was solved nicely.

The room were clean

No microwave, no electric stove and the water heater only warm
