The Hotel is in a quiet area and it is very peaceful, The beds weren't the rock hard, typical Viet style beds, innerspung mattresses, firm but very comfortable. The Hotel is exceptionally clean and very new, so IMHO, very good value. One very positive point I must make is that it is the first hotel in Vietnam, after 20 years of travelling here, and staying in many various places, that do not have super slippery tiles in the shower areas. As in the hotel photos, the floors are a woodgrain pattern floor and extremely safe, and give the bathroom a warm and an almost scandinavian appeal. Restaurants, coffee shops, an ice cream parlour and even a beer garden, are all within 200 metres of the hotel. The welcoming staff at reception also need a mention. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all booking requests were handled in a friendly and professional manner. Scooters can be hired at reception for 200,000 vnd per day if required. I would definitely stay here again when next on Phu Quoc Island.

ужасный персонал! администраторы не могут решить никакие проблемы, полностью игнорируют. в номере было много сломанных предметов и ужасно грязно, вплоть до мертвых тараканов. в ванной на потолке плесень.

Очень красивые и чистые номера, насколько это возможно. Стафф не говорит по английски, общались через переводчик. Реагировали на все проблемы сразу. Уютные номера, новые не уставшие.

Лифт ночью перестал работать в день отъезда и пришлось с 4 этажа спускать чемоданы( далеко от всего, тонкие стены и слышимость оч сильная, не убирались в номерах, окно сломано не закрывалось

There was a problem with the key card — only one was given. I couldn’t charge anything in my room because when I removed the card, there was no electricity. The room was not cleaned every day. There was no electricity for a few hours at one point. The staff did not speak English.

Хороший аккуратный отель, вполне комфортный и чистый. Убираться заходили каждый день. В целом все понравилось.

У нас в номере была зона кухни с раковиной и вытяжкой, большим холодильником и чайником - но не было плиты и никаких других кухонных принадлежностей. Было бы здорово если бы были хотя бы доска, нож и пара тарелок, вилок, чтобы этой зоной кухни можно было пользоваться, хотя бы фрукты порезать, а так она оказалось максимально бесполезной))

Everything was great: location, facilities, reasonable price.

The housekeeping ignored changing bed linen and cleaning properly during the first week of my stay even though I informed them several times, which caused frustration and total mess. One of them was brave enough to lie in my eyes and persuade that she had changed the sheets, but I am a hard nut to crack. Once you fail to provide proper service the management will be immediately informed. Luckily, lots of people look for jobs. The new hotel is ‘losing face’ because of such unprofessional cleaners and one pregnant receptionist who was unable to solve issues diplomatically and demonstrate appropriate manners. Probably it’s time for her to leave the job. Hope the CEO will pay proper attention to that as the employees may easily ruin the business. Later on (starting from the 6th day of my long stay) the girls from the reception finally fixed that. But I was not the only guest who was mad about that unacceptable cleaning 🧽

The price of rooms is good for long-term stay. The hotel is quite old, cleaning level is medium. The staff are ok.

In my opinion, it is better to take dirty clothes to washing stores directly by yourselves (there are some around hotel), not give them to the hotel staff for washing.

- Очень удачное расположение: тихий и красивый район. - В пешей доступности несколько кафе и ресторанов. - До пляжа можно дойти пешком примерно за 25 минут или доехать на такси за 30k. - Рядом находится супермаркет Dugong и рынок с фруктами и овощами.

- Уборка номера была минимальной: в углах оставалась пыль и грязь.(В целом, это не мешало отдыху) - Матрас с просевшими пружинами, они скрипели и спать было не очень комфортно. - Холодильник отключался вместе с электричеством при выходе из номера, но со временем эту проблему удалось устранить.

Окна были сломаны и нормально не закрывались, утром было шумно. Не давали вторую карточку от номера, потеряли вещи которые сдавали в стирку, слив в душе не работал нормально. Не рекомендую данный отель

Расположение. До sunset 15мин пешком. Есть парковка для байков. На районе есть вкусные рестораны и кофейни. До Кхем 5мин на такси. Нет насекомых

Комната все-таки маловата, но всего хватает. Вечером, после заката , вода была холодной. И к напору вопросы.

Lage

I liked the location because it was relatively quiet but still walkable to various cafes and restaurants. I usually inspect hotel rooms carefully for cleanliness, and this room was quite clean. The water in the shower was very hot and never ran out. Also the internet was fast and stable. The tv is a good size but, unfortunately the tv is not bluetooth compatible to connect headphones to.

The staff were nice but were not informative or took any initiative to explain anything about the hotel and what amenities and services were available. Even during check in. None of the ones I spoke with spoke any English so make sure you use a translator app. I could feel the springs in my bed a little. Also the AC worked ok, but not good enough to ever make the room feel cool enough to turn it off. And I'm sure this is probably because I was in a smaller room, but my bathroom was super tiny. You had to go in and shut the door just so you could move inside the bathroom. However the price of the room was so good that it kind of makes all of this moot.

Nous avons réservé dans un premier temps pour 1 nuit, nous avons tellement adoré que nous avons prolongé de 2 nuits (dans une autre chambre). L’hôtel est chaleureux, propre, personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Emplacement idéal, calme, à proximité du Sunset Town, plage, SunWorld.

- L’insonorisation de la porte/chambre - Nous avons effectué une machine à laver, nous avons eu des affaires qui n’était pas à nous et notre linge a été abîmé/rétréci, je pense que le programme n’a pas été adapté (>30•) - Lors de notre 1ère nuit tout a été fabuleux, lorsque nous avons prolongé de 2 nuits de + (changement de chambre) : la chambre était propre mais nous avons eu 1 cafard dans la chambre et 1 cafard dans la salle de bain. Le personnel nous a fourni une bonbonne pour les éradiquer + des pastilles : ça nous a un peu gâché notre séjour. Mise à part cette histoire de cafard, l’hôtel était génial !
