L hotel est vetuste. La piscine non fonctionnelle le buffet pas top . Ce qui est en annonce ne reflete en rien la realite. Nous avions demande chambre vu sur mer...il n y avait pas a l arrivee. Pas de moyen de payer par carte bancaire egalement.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The place was amazing like a museum and the room was clean and comfortable with great view and the staff were nice and helpful They even have nice books to read and alot of charging ports They even lent us an electric kettle and cups for tea
They dont have elevators and most of the cafe and restaurants were closed We haven't tried their food but didnt look much from what we looked and the pool is not that good to swim in and didnt see anyone use it Also many rooms are small without ventilations

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Un hôtel typique très bien situé à la Marsa, à l'équipement un peu vieillissant mais avec un certain charme. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et le personnel sympathique. Une adresse à recommander pour séjourner au coeur du quartier animé de la Marsa, et pour un prix correct.
La climatisation dans la chambre était bruyante (mais néanmoins efficace), quant au petit déjeuner, il mériterait d'être un peu plus copieux.

A notre arrivée la piscine était un peu verte et il manquait des serviettes. Jolie cadre mais viello. Service assez cher nous avons tenté deux café 16 dinars. Alors que c était des capsules. À 200 mètres on trouve un vrai café pour 5 dinars voir moins

Nothing leaps out but be aware that you will need to pay in cash (not an issue as there are plenty of ATMs around)

Reviewed May 31, 2026Trés belle vue sur mer, un beau levé du soleil. le personnel essaie de leur mieux pour donner un service acceptable malgrés leur nombre trés limité.
l'hotel a besoin de beaucoup d'entretien, meubles vieux et à la limite de l'acceptable, literie minimale, seulement 2 serviettes pour 2 personnes. Petit dejeuner trés simple, juste le necessaire.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Heureusement que je n'ai pas suivi la note globale de l'établissement ! Nous avons passé une bonne nuit en famille. L'hôtel est propre et on sent que la décoration a été choisie avec soin : c'est très beau et chaleureux. Le clou du spectacle reste le petit-déjeuner avec vue sur la mer, un moment vraiment privilégié. À ce tarif, avec le petit-déjeuner inclus, c'est une excellente affaire.
L'hôtel n'est pas de première jeunesse et l'isolation phonique n'est pas exceptionnelle. Cependant, il faut savoir être juste dans ses commentaires : pour le prix payé, ces petits détails sont tout à fait acceptables.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2025I liked the patio garden at the entrance and the terrace pool area with the Japabese bridge. The view is good too but onky partial. I truly appreciated the fact I was allowed to keep the room till 4.00pm because I had a kate flight departure from Tunis-Carthage Airport
The A/c was not poweful enough in the room. Continental breakfast was really mediocre. No fresh juice (only bottke), bread slices and butter, afew cookies, but no eggs nor any fresh fruits

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025Very cosy nice little hotel in La Marsa, about 5 minutes walk to the centre/train station and the beach/sea. I also walked up to Sidi bou said within 30 -40 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff, and a nice garden. Good value for money.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025We enjoyed the place itself, seems that stopped in time...very charming. Staff is friendly and helpful, surely make an effort to keep an "old" place functional and clean. A big plus...It's walking distance to La Marsa center/beach and transports so you can visit several places very easily.
Breakfast could be better, mattress and pillows are not very comfortable, the place is charming but is starting to need a renovation :)
