Modern loft, view-town-La Candelaria neighborhood

The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you needed to create a true home-from-home experience. The layout worked exceptionally well; it was spacious and gave a great feeling of openness. In terms of location, I don’t think it could have been any better. The apartment is situated in a fantastic area that felt very safe, and it was less than a five-minute walk to a large number of places of interest. The standout feature, above all, was the genuine thoughtfulness of the host. He went out of his way to ensure that my stay was exactly what I wanted it to be. From the moment I made the initial booking, all the necessary information—and more—was sent to me, along with clear and helpful recommendations for the local area. When I asked for additional suggestions beyond this, they were provided within the hour. My anticipated arrival time was delayed from 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm, yet the host remained attentive and ensured I arrived safely at the apartment, even at that late hour. This is a host who truly cares about the service he provides.

Perfect location for exploring historical areas of Bogota. Apartment was in a safe building, with facilities as listed in great condition. Host was responsive, helpful and friendly. Great start to any Bogota Adventure.

Check in was not tricky but through reception staff who only speak Spanish so is handy to be prepared.

This nice small apartment is in a good and secure apartment building (24-hour manned desk by the door) and is right in the heart of La Candelaria (Old Town) and its many fascinating streets, museums, churches and so many great restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and has a nice view out the windows up to Monserrat. Internet is fast and you can sign into Netflix on the TV. This is much better than having some small hotel room in the old town. We had room to spread out a bit with comfortable chairs, sofa and bar seat area, as well as a desk with office chair. The kitchen is nice but who would come here and cook with so many great restaurants within walking distance? We just used the coffee pot and there was plenty of good coffee grounds provided by the host. The bed is small but comfortable and fine for a couple. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, but a very easy climb up a nice wide and well-lit stairwell. The door/security man helped us with the bags. The host, Cesitar, was in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and phone calls and gave us all the information we needed on how to get into the apartment and local advice. We did not meet him as most guests do, but he was away for the week. Nice stay. We would have extended past 4 nights, but the apartment was booked.

Very secure, large space with well equipped kitchen and provisions such as coffee, tea and sugar. Very comfortable bed and great view with good shower. Quiet and good location, just outside the very main area (literally 2 mins walk to be back in it all) and safe.

If you want to have anyone visit you, it is recommended that you book for two people, not one. You will also need to clear it with the host first, so that security will allow them in.

The space is clean, large, very nicely decorated and has a beautiful view of the city and Monserrate hill. My husband and I loved the place and the feel of it. There was grounded coffee and a coffee machine awaiting for us that made a real difference especially when you get tired from the trip. It has a 24 hours front desk service. The location was in La Candelaria but walking distance to most museums, restaurants and even to Cable Car to Monserrate hill. We felt safe all the time walking around as there were security guards seen every couple of blocks. The owner of the place made the check in very smooth providing all the necessary information on WhatsApp and on top of it he advise us which area is safer to be in and which not and point out the main attractions that can be seen in the area.

It is just a suggestion not a complaint as we managed things around with what was at hand. Adding some extra items can make the place more practical: larger plastic pots and strainers can be useful for making salads or pasta, a drying rack for dishes, a dustpan and extra garbage bags. When it rain on the skylights it is making noise that can be annoying for light sleepers but on the other hand is making the place brighter which is a bonus.
