Reviewed Sep 12, 2026I was stock in the washroom for over 35 minutes. The washroom door was broken, I call the hotel staff but no answer for a very long time. It was a very unpleasant situation and terrifying experience. The location, the facility sign is not clear and you have to park on the other side of the road.

Met de Uber naar de Cairo Festival City Mall voor ongeveer 100 EGP, om even bij te komen van de hectiek. Aan het einde van de straat, op loopafstand, meerdere nette, betaalbare restaurants. Water, koffie, thee, sap, snacks van het huis.

埃及酒店热水的通病，一开就很热，但是很快就用完了，女生有长头发的话一定要抓紧时间洗澡。我洗到一半等了二十分钟才又有热水了。还有就是比较偏僻，机场打车过来都得加很多钱才有人接单，不过为了安静我觉得这没什么

Sleep Inn is our last stay in Egypt, we ever stayed in Giza and city center area, I would say this location is much better than others. plus, the aprt-hotel is just 15 mins away by car from Cairo airport, located in quiet area, and the room is new with 24 hr reception. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Reviewed May 7, 2025Excellent location, in walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, cafes, etc. Apart hotel has everything you need: little kitchen, couch, tv, etc. Clean, quiet and cozy. I’d recommend this over and over! On my first visit to Cairo I stayed closer to Giza but I wish I had just stayed here and ubered around instead.

The studio apartment had everything we needed, including bottled water, kitchen utensils, and toilet amenities. The bedding and bathroom were both spotless. We did our shopping at Lulu Market, which was just a 5-minute drive away. The young man at reception was very helpful, and the host was extremely responsible and responsive.

The hotel is quiet and calm, you can have a good rest. Nice area, calm and elegant, close to Festival Mall by taxi. I wish prosperity to the hotel and we will definitely come back here.

It's in a safe, peaceful neighborhood but still close to malls and the airport, which was super convenient. As a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and secure the whole time. The host was really friendly, helpful, and responsive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quiet and safe place to stay!

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025Booked this as it was for a quick one night stay before our flight home. It was close to the airport clean, as shown in the pictures modern and fresh looking. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were perfect.
From the outside looked a bit dodgy as no external signs but actually staff met us at the gates so it was fine.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025My experience at Sleep Inn Apart-Hotel was amazing. The place is comfortable, clean and beautiful - I felt so at home there. Even the sheets are hotel quality! And the neighbourhood is so safe and away from the noise, dust and crowds of the inner city, so it's a great place to go back to after some sightseeing. Tarek, Hossam and the entire team there are so helpful. They let me keep my luggage there and come back after a few days. I would definitely stay there again and ask to stay in the same room, which I missed as soon as I left.

A list of the important nearby areas is provided along with phone numbers and the apartment’s wifi information. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and equipped with all the useful amenities that a traveler could want (microwave, fridge, couch, hairdryer, etc.) The host, Tarek, was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. This is honestly the best stay we have had during our stay in Egypt. Lastly, the price is very respectable for such a professionally managed Inn. Highly recommended!

After 24 hours of flying from usa was pleasantly surprised to see all the online reviews matched the hotel. Location is very close to the airport and new cairo. For the price,if I was staying longer in cairo I would like to stay here since uber is so cheap (think US3-4 dollars to get to the pyramids). I have read too many horror stories about the giza hotels. This hotel isan amazing value. From the moment you book the staff is in touch with you via what's app. Building is very new and facilities are clean and modern. Area very safe. Perfect for short stay and close to groceries and restaurants.
Only slight negative is that the bathroom is very small and can require yoga to close the door when you're on the toilet. Very minor issue overall. Bathroom really nice and has slippers for you to use

The locations is also packed with security and makes you feel safe just being there. That is why, when visiting Cairo, this is my number 1 choice The place also offers a state of the art laundry room, equipped with everything you need! I have yet to encounter such kind people running such a beautiful place until I visited. For a short stay in Cairo, Sleep inn is incredible! Property is exactly as pictures provided by the place 👌
