The street is extremely noisy, There’s no sound proof amenities , bus station is near by and you would literally hear every sound comes from it also , there’s an institute in the opposite side which adds another level to the noise unfortunately

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Wonderful place with all the basic needs and more. It has AC, the possibility to cook, good WiFi and more a less good neighbourhood. If needed, tiny bus station, tiny stores and supermarket are close. Out of the four places I've stayed in Cairo, it's one of my favourites. If I ever need a place to say near airport, this is my pick. I loved the bed - was medium hard.
The street might be a bit busy (noisy), but it's not too bad.

Very complicated to find, no guidance nor help from host even in situation of need. A few misunderstandings due to an approximative English on the host's part. Disfunctional Wifi. Really distopic neighbourhood (in general I advise to avoid New Cairo)

The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had absolutely everything I needed. I felt completely comfortable and at home. Additionally, there’s a supermarket and various shops nearby, which was super convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay here again.

The owner was involving in our business too much.. What you doing? Where are you from? Are bringing someone? No visits allowed .. He was washing his clothes inside our studio? 🤔 Cameras everywhere you can't even breath the studio exactly on the street you can't sleep you will here cars, bikes, fights and it's not safe to go out at night.
