Great location-close to the downtown pub street

The pool (whole reason we chose it) is totally shaded. You also leave your room key at the desk every time you leave? Thats weird and I didn’t like that

Best value for money ever, very nice staff and owners. At arrival we received a small welcome souvenir. Shower: Good with warm water. Space: Good Air conditioning: Good Beds: Good for me. Location: Great for us. Very close to bars and restaurants with music and entertainment, but the guest house itself was calm.

Water was leaking from the shower to the rest of the bathroom. Mattress too hard for my wife, she woke up with pain in her body WiFi: Almost non-existent in room 15. We were able to connect to the WiFi network, but especially from the bed, often we were not even able to connect to WhatsApp.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist perfekt. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider ein bisschen ein Schwurbler. Das Hotel kann ich trotzdem jedem entfehlen!

Fantastic staff, Cambodians are so kind and welcoming. Pools bit smaller the photo but still nice and refreshing, my room was clean and a really nice bathroom gotta say. Good price point definitely worth checking it out when in Siem Reap

Can't really say anything to be honest. The night agent who helped us look for the insect was helpful and let us change room. Was still impossible to sleep.

Location is very close to lots of bars to play loud music and are extremely loud all throughout the night. Even at 3:30am they were still going. Being bit by a venomous Chinese red headed millipede in the middle of the night. Being told by the owner that "at least it wasn't a snake right" which is absolutely dumbfounding. We got the 1 night we stayed refunded, but not the other nights. Overall very disappointed, and would not recommend

Wear pump noise in the roof working 24/7. Do not choose the second floor

I liked the location

Facilities could be improved- cleaning is poor inside the rooms and outside. Very dusty, bathrooms have mold, mosquitoes. I stayed for 3 nights and I asked for an extra pillow and extra towel and never got them.

Location is great and easy to get around the city

The mattresses in both rooms were soft, only one bed sheet was provided and it had holes, when asked staff for extra bedding and pillow was advised none available.

Beautiful old wooden property with some nice touches of art. 15 minutes walking distance to Pun Street and plenty of restaurants and shops. No food except coffee and continental breakfast , but you can bring your own food as cutlery and crockery is available.

Lighting in the rooms very dull.

Defenitly one of the best place to stay in siem reap. Good location backside of sok san road. Always the best value stopover in town and they have also nice pool to relax.

The room is clean and comfortable, but the lighting is a bit dim. Otherwise, the cleanliness and customer service are quite good. Moreover, the price is affordable, and the location is central, close to Pub Street—just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and a great location. Lots of cheap food options within walking distance. The pool was a great reward for the kids after long hot days exploring Angkor.

Poor lighting throughout. Rooms are very dull, drab colour Mattrass were on the hard side No hooks for having towels up No daily cleaning. It would help to have dustpan and brush in each room as the tiled floor attract dust and grid

Good location, a few minutes walk to that main street but still quiet at night. have a nice pool and sitting area. The staff were very nice.

The room didn’t have enough light even when you turn on all the lights.

The swimming pool and the location

Dust everywhere, they barelly clean, just the necessary. There was a sarcastic man that was in the "kitchen" and we still don't know if he was working or just other of the middle aged caucasian men that "take advantage" of the pleasures that Siem Reap offers, but he was a little bit anoying.

Nice location, a litle away from the hussle, but still walking distance. Resturant nearby. Swimmingpool and bar with chess, something our children enjoyed. Kolonial building with good atmosphere.

There was a bit of noice at one of our rooms at first floor. Maybee from the outside part of the aircon or fridgeroom?

The AC nor the TV was working. Made a complain to the staff but they just said it is hat it is. Good thing was that you can arrange tuktuk tour or rent a scooter from the reception with reasonable price. Also the pub street & night market was about 10min walk away and it was just straight so it was easy to find.

Helpful host, he got us our tuktuk for our Angkor day + our night bus for Ko Rong at a good price and everything made very convenient. Also he cleaned the leaves in the pool every time I wanted to go there which was real nice and lent us fresh towels for the pool. Otherwise spacious three beds room with pretty bathroom. Very clean

AC is slow to cool down but eventually works (we also had a fan)

The location is great, conveniently close to the center. It has quite nice design, the staff was nice and helpful. Good pressure of water (hot water), there is an ac in the room.

The owner is the best. Love this hotel when in Seim Reap. Beautiful gardens lovely pool. Beautiful old world appointed building. Very helpful staff. Great location on the main expat road. Everything you need is close by. ATM laundry, bars, and restaurants. Great value.

Door to room didn’t lock securely. Could be opened without key if you jiggled the door knob enough. I stowed my valuables in the safe that’s in room

Wonderful small hotel. The staff and owner are great. I have stayed here for 3 different trips for over a month. Great location. Nice pool. Close enough to Pub Street but far enough to not have to deal with the noise. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. The hotel is on the main expatriate street very safe.

the staff were friendly upon check and any other time we needed them. They also cleaned the room swiftly when requested. There was a pool which looked nice however not very private as in the entrance of hotel and the bar was also good but could be updated. bed were comfortable and room was clean
