I like the hotel has swimming pool, near Pub street and everything to buy and eat.

The hotel is located in a good location, near many restaurants, shops, 4,5 km from the bus station. Good staff, with whom there were first misunderstanding about the lack of the promised transfer, but then they managed by providing early check-in, free breakfast, booking a bus ticket to Phnom Penh and a ticket to the Apsara show. The show was very interesting and the Angkor restaurant was with excellent organisation and delicious food. I ordered tuk-tuk to the temples for 2 days, it is better to go in the morning at 5-6 a.m before the heat and mass visits.

L’établissement est agréable, le personnel serviable, on y déjeune bien et il est à deux pas de pub street.

La salle de bain n’est pas bien entretenue, bonde cassée, pas parfaitement propre. La porte qui donne sur la terrasse commune ne ferme pas bien. Dommage également de ne pas utiliser le bar de la piscine comme lieu pour faire des cocktails.

Staff were extremely helpful. They helped us organize transport very efficient and at good price. Location is convenient.

The room need some maintenance. It is not something that is wrong it is just very worn. The linen was torn. There are honestly better deals to find. If I return it with be because of the staff

Fantastic service, nice pool, and friendly staff. Had a great time and would definitely come back again. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very helpful you can also arrange bus tickets directly from the hotel at the same price, so there’s no need to go to the bus station.

We like the cozy ness of the place, calm neighborhood despise one step away from the Pub Street.

The location was very good. Near to everything including pub street. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we're extremely friendly.

The shower controls were too high and because we were on ground floor we couldn't open shutters so had to have lights on.

Le personnel vraiment adorable malgré un souci d'eau chaude, leur gentillesse nous ont permis de passer au-dessus. La localisation vraiment top prêt de tout mais à l'abri du bruit.

Pas d'eau chaude mais ils étaient en train de réparer, nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour en profiter

The staff went above and beyond for us, booked our trips, always so polite and checking in. Our room was cleaned, the pool was spotless, such a quiet spot yet so close to everything.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nah an allem und trotzdem ruhige Zimmer. Gutes Bett und sehr freundliches Personal. Am ersten Tag war das Bett liebevoll und aufwendig dekoriert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Durch parkende Autos vor dem Hotel kommt man Abends kaum rein. Badewanne hat gruselige Verfärbungen. Tapeten lösen sich ab, es läuft ab und an ein Gecko oder Kakerlake durchs Zimmer.

Presenza di scarafaggi in ingresso e bagno. Sporco sotto il letto e dietro il letto. 😵‍💫 Ho chiesto una sveglia per l’alba e una colazione da portare via e nessuno mi ha chiamato né ho trovato la colazione. 😴

Wonderful receptionists and housekeeping staff

The location is great for walking around the city, and is quite close to the night market and lots of places to eat. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is pleasant.

Nice little hotel just around the corner from pub street, plenty of great dining options in the area but still a quite street. The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable. Perfect for shorter stays.

All I can think about is that I don’t want to leave Cambodia. This country has given me the best memories the people, the food, the views everything is just perfect. The same goes for Siem Reap Urban Hotel, the staff took great care of me, arranged temple tours, and shared so much knowledge about the temples and local food. It truly made me want to stay in Cambodia forever.

The positives lovely staff, facilities were clean and the pool was lovely, the room was a nice size and it was within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and get good coffee.

Wonderful hospitality. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The pool is lovely and very clean. Great location. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, and the taxi service they provided was excellent and comfortable. If you're choosing a round-trip airport transfer, the price is only $50, which is a great deal!

All the staff is amazing, they are always ready to help with the best attention and all of them are really good people. It is a beautiful and peaceful hotel with a great location near to everything. I really recommend this place and Siem Reap is a must if you travel Asia.

The location is really perfect. You can reach the Pub Street area in just one minute on foot. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, you’ll see many restaurants along the street, as well as nearby convenience stores. The hotel can also help arrange bus tickets to Phnom Penh.

Location is good and the staff was great. Also the air con was good. It was very cheap for 4 night but you get what youi pay for ☺️

First I had to sit and wait in my room for my key which took some time. The lock was just a push button, did not feel very safe and the extra lock was broken. The room was old with the hardest mattress. There were not any plugs near the bed so I had a 3m charger and slept upside down in the bed. And don't go looking for plugs behind things, then you see all the dirt. But the worst was the bathroom, you really could not see if it was just really old or really dirty. But there was a very old and MOLDY shower curtain in the bath, but it had hot water. The pool looked good, but did not really get sun and the bar was closed. I might stay there again because of the price but the moldy shower curtain holds me back... how expensive is it really to change a shower curtain.

The location is right in the Pub Street area once you step out of the hotel, it’s only about a 1-minute walk to Pub Street. Despite this, the hotel offers a very quiet atmosphere, so you can get a really good night’s sleep, perfect for an early sunrise tour at Angkor Wat. We arranged our tour through the hotel, and they offered a very good price.
